Property Ratings at Fountain Place
Bought out my complex and they are not helpful at all. They don't ever come into the office and they don't respond to your emails. Can't ever get help with maintenance requests. They care more about parking spots then anything else. The pool is never open. They manage other complexes in our area and put all their effort into those and none into ours. Why should I have to pay the HOA when they offer nothing?

Neighbors: Ah the neighbors, as the saying goes you can choose your friends but not your family, well you can’t choose your neighbors either but you know who can….property management and they are doing a terrible job at it. They will let anyone who is a nuisance live here and will not act until the police are called out multiple times or someone is shot at, which has happened in the last 3 months. They also had an issue with people partying at the pool last year, and their solution was to limit pool hours from 10am-5pm, instead of limiting the privileges of the wrongdoers. So a feature you may only be lucky enough to use 4 months out of the year, you’re essentially limited to only weekends if you having anything to do during the day. I’m counting the days until my lease is us as a prisoner would as I feel trapped in this apartment with the roaches, the unruly neighbors, and the uncompassionate management. I’d suggest you look elsewhere for a home to feel safe and comfortably in.

After residing here for an extended period, based on my experience, I can affirm that this property possesses commendable qualities. The complex managers exhibit kindness, professionalism, and friendliness, always ready to assist in times of need. Their understanding nature, passion, and willingness to collaborate contribute to a positive living environment. While encountering minor inconveniences with waste management and occasional parking challenges, the latter is gradually improving.

They kept everything very clean and the complex felt very safe with paths to walk around in warm weather. Like everywhere in Columbus there were geese roaming around but unlike most complexes the groundskeeper made sure every day that all areas were still clean and that they weren't blocking the roads or walkways. The staff here was also absolutely amazing (especially the property manager Aaron). They always worked with you and they were incredibly polite. Whenever we needed maintenance they were there right away and they actually fixed things as opposed to throwing some duct tape on like other places. When we moved out they also didn't try to charge us for anything they possibly could as many places do. I have actually never had a more positive move-out experience. Even when we weren't their customers anymore they still treated us with kindness and respect. The only reason I moved was because we needed more room, otherwise I never would have left.

Over 2 years cost has gone up $80. A bit high for what you get. Parking in the end was getting hard to find. If you get home late you might have to walk a block to get to your place. Speed bumps are annoying, but they don’t own the street. It was pretty quiet most of the time.

I have lived at Fountainplace for 2 years - I wouldn't be moving out, but I'm relocating out of state. I have an updated apartment - the upgrades are worth the extra rent. Aaron in the management office is amazing - he always remembers your name and you'll often see him out and about around the property. I had a problem with a neighbor and Aaron solved it quickly and efficiently. Maintenance issues are taken care of the next day. Highly recommend!
Apartments are in desperate need of some updates, neighborhood is ok, sometimes not so quiet because of the neighbors, but some people are friendly. Kitchen is pretty small, with not a lot of counter space.
The management staff are very caring. Also the apartments are clean and quiet. The kitchen could be bigger but the large bedrooms and two bathrooms make up for it. I would definitely recommend Fountain Place apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live
Fountain place apartments are fantastic. I have an apartment that faces the clubhouse and pool with ponds right in front of me. It is so peaceful and quiet and the apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable. I will definitely be here for a while!
I live in the renovated apartments which are absolutely beautiful. The staff is very nice and accommodating! Only problems are there isn't assigned parking, so if you work late you might be walking far to get to your apartment. Second problem is thin walls. I know that's pretty common, but you can hear sometimes too much about the neighbors. The apartment is a bit small, so if you have anymore than 2 people living there, you would be cramped, but otherwise it's a great place to live.
