The community is amazing with super friendly people, scenic natural views, amazing summer pool parties both outdoor and indoor with temperature control. Famous stores like Aldi, Poornanand, Walmart, costco and many more all in vicinity.
We recently moved to Fountain Place apartment. We really like the place and maintanance. Security ia good and facilities also good. Most of the shoping related stores are nearby only.
I have been living here for 2 years, recently it has become noisy, the neighbors are noisy after 10 pm, but the service staff is very friendly and there are many good places for walking around.
My resident experience here has been incredibly positive, with a strong sense of community thanks to well-organized resident events, prompt maintenance response times, and a friendly and helpful staff who are always available to address any concerns. The apartment itself is well-maintained, with modern amenities, and the neighborhood feels safe and conveniently located near local shops and transportation options.

Maintenance is good. But there is no proper action take about complaints. Have good club area and fitness center. Have nice pool area and relaxing center too.
The building is always clean and the access from the underground parking is excellent. The package room is very efficient. Overall it is a quiet building and I do appreciate that. Initially there was a very noisy family but they have quieted down this past week. I appreciated that a lot.
Tenants are respectful and location is super nice. The staff at the main office is super helpful and understanding about issues and address them quickly

Neighbors still keep propping the doors open. Not managements fault but kinda frustrating because of how unsafe that is and no one seems to grasp that no matter how many times management tells them.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Children play on the elevators run up and down the halls all day and night. The office never responds to emails. Theft here is outrageous. Lot of residents don’t pick up their dog poop.
Foundation place is very nice and calm place to live with lots of stores around it like ALDI, Indian stores and schools too. Play area , swimming pool etc are well maintained

Everything was good, except there was a distinct smell that is stuck in the apartment, whoever was their last cooked specific food. Other then that its all good

I had an amazing experience during the application process, it was easy and simple. The leasing staff were friendly and responsive whenever I had a question.
I am writing to share my recent experience with Fountain Place Apartments regarding the move-out charges. Upon moving out, I was charged $1,600 for various damages. However, these charges are unjustified and should be reconsidered: 1. Vinyl Replacement Charge: Shortly after moving in, there was a significant backup from the laundry room drain due to a clog, causing water damage to the vinyl flooring. We promptly reported this to maintenance, who acknowledged the issue and brought in a fan to dry the area. This incident was beyond our control and was due to a lack of preventive maintenance. Despite this, I was charged for the vinyl replacement. This charge should be waived, as it was not due to tenant negligence. 2. Vanity Damages: The vanity already showed signs of damage upon move-in, which worsened due to the water backup. The bottom half of the vanity was particularly affected. I urged management to consider the pre-existing damages and the unforeseen incident that exacerbated the condition. Nonetheless, I was still charged for the full replacement of the vanity, including labor costs. This charge seems excessive given the circumstances. 3. Full Paint Fee: I was charged a full paint fee despite the paint's condition upon move-out being consistent with regular wear and tear from a non-smoking home. It is standard practice for rental properties to repaint between tenants as part of routine turnover maintenance. Therefore, this charge seems unwarranted. In response to my dispute, management offered a small credit, stating the vinyl replacement charge was a fraction of the actual cost, and adjusted the paint fee slightly. It appears that the new management company is eager to hold residents responsible for what seem to be upgrades under the guise of damages. This practice feels unfair, especially when the charges are related to maintenance issues rather than tenant negligence. I hope this review will prompt Fountain Place Apartments to handle such matters more fairly in the future and to ensure better communication with their residents.

As per my personal view, it is peace for living, easy and quick services or maintenance, all the personal home needs are near to the location, community services are good and helpful.
Application took very long to process. Apartment was not fully move in ready. Carpet was still wet from carpet cleaning and they replaced our vinyl floors three days after we moved in.
Do not be fooled. The location is great, but these are NOT luxury apartments. The phrase "lipstick on a pig" comes to mind. Considering this is a non-smoking property, the building I live in constantly smells of pungent weed and cigarettes. It's inside my apartment, outside on the balcony, in the halls, in the stairwells, even the garage. The garage is constantly wet and smelly. The halls and stairwells are filthy and in disrepair. They are not heated or air conditioned. In the summer, all the smell is intensified. There are dead insects and webs that have been in the halls and stairwells for over 2 years. Centipedes, roaches, and other insects are a repeated problem. No one cares about their neighbors or the rules at this community. Neighbors are often rude and loud. They let their kids run the halls screaming. I have had to call the police repeatedly for loud music and parties after hours and DA and mgmt does nothing. If you have a noise problem, you better make sure you get recordings of it. And even with recordings, you will still be blown off by mgmt. My phone was able to Google translate my upstairs neighbors conversations, that's how loud and clear they were. One dog crapped in the halls on 2 floors in the middle of the night, and one pile sat there for 6 days, even though it was reported. The daily carpet cleaners vacuumed around it every day. It's now been 7 months, and even though it's been repeatedly reported, the dog crap stains are still there!! It's completely unsanitary and disgusting. These are OLD apartments, so there is no sound barrier anywhere. Tenants carry on loud conversations on the phone in the halls at all hours. you can hear all the hallway noise in your apartment. even when it's all the way on the other end of the building. They would rather modify your apartment and ask you to modify your life instead of enforcing their rules. They suggested I try to figure out what schedule the weed smoker below me smoked so I could turn my bathroom fans on and get ahead of it so my apt wouldn't smell like dank weed all the time. Ridiculous! I haven't even mentioned the package issues, the entry doors often being propped open and the liklihood that many apartments are over occupied. I'd think 2, 3, or 4 times before moving here. There are plenty of other options. This place is on the cheaper side but it's a nightmare to live here. I can't get out of here fast enough.

I absolutely love living at fountain place it’s clean and nice. The neighbors are great and the facilities pool and gym are wonderful! Great staff, and love the walking path right next to my place!
Everything was good. Staff was amazing. I didn’t have my storage key when I moved in so I wasn’t able to put things away. There is a sink missing and my master bedroom smells like smoke really bad. The screen door on my patio was not installed and does not fitwhen I tried to install it. There is molding missing on the cupboards at the floor. The air ducks are blowing out black dust, which probably means they need to be cleaned or the filter needs to be changed. There is no toilet paper roll holder in the main bathroom. There is no platform under the sink in The kitchen. When these things are fixed, I’m sure I will love it more. The amenities are great and I like the secluded area by the city very quiet and everyone seems friendly.
So far we absolutely love it! Lots of space for such a great price. The staff is so friendly and the amenities are amazing. So glad we get to call this place home.
