Fountain View on the Plaza

Love that the community is gated and only tenants that live here can access the doors and gates. It makes me feel safe. Love having a parking garage and parking space that is close to my apartment.

Lovely space, it is quiet and a great place to live in KC. I feel very safe here. I love all of the amenities including a dishwasher, oven, laundry room, and big fridge. I also love my room size.

This is a great community! The location is the best for KC Metro access to delicious food options, shopping, and entertainment without being in the thick of things. What I love most is the walkabilty! I can shop, bike, picnic, or enjoy the city all without driving my car. I appreciate the many amenities offered on the property and the extremely friendly and helpful staff.

My daughter has lived here almost five years. Now we are both living here. We love the the complex and all the amenities!! Maintenance is phenomenal!

Great neighborhood, unit has great amenities and small amount of neighbors. Noise is never a problem. I plan on renewing my lease again next year! Staff is always friendly as well as maintenance. Thank you!!

The move in process was a little confusing but I love living here so far. It’s very peaceful, the staff is very kind, and all around a good feel especially for a first apartment

The property is very well maintained nd in a wonderful location within walking distance of the Plaza. The administration staff is very helpful and friendly, and the maintenance crew is quick to respond.

Just signed lease for 6th year. Must be good sign! Aside from all the crazy construction on and around the Plaza, love where we are. Great amenities, management and super maintenance. Only complaint is no shade provided around the pool area. Hopefully they will bring the umbrellas and cabana curtains back.

We love it here. The community seems really nice and clean. I enjoy my very short commute to work, and I've gotten used to walking my dog daily. It's nice to be able to walk at the nearby park and on the grounds of the community. The missing star is due to the fact that there's no elevator access to my apartment. That's been a very difficult adjustment for us. It would be nice if a chair/package lift of some sort was installed to help bring packages up and down the stairs.

Everything has been going great I feel I’m at home. Great maintenance and great service and office. Safe and good neighborhood and neighbors.

I have really enjoyed my time so far at fountain view. The outside is kept very nice and clean, and they are always doing improvements. I had a leak in my apartment and they came to fix it within five minutes. Very good.

Its been amazing. Very friendly and responsive. Nice common areas and neighbors. Great neighborhood to walk arou d, shop or dine out. You wont regret moving here

Quick to answer maintenance requests, BEAUTIFUL units, lots of greenery, and great amenities. We have loved living at Fountain view so far and hope to stay here for a while!

I feel like a star living here! The Fountain View staff are incredibly kind and quick to answer and resolve any questions or concerns. The AC is so nice that sometimes I even get chilly in the middle of a heat wave and the bathtub reminds me of a lavish hotel. I haven't wanted to take a relaxing bath every day since I was a kid! I am grateful I get to live with this community.

Fountain view is a beautiful complex with an amazing location. Communication between management and residents could be improved, but overall the complex is well taken care of.

Pretty good place to live so far! My only complaint at this point in time is that we have a problem with the lock on one of our doors. We submitted a maintenance request and haven’t heard back in four days. Other than that it’s great!

Apartment was not cleaned between previous tenant and us, with a good amount of dirt, debris, and dust left about. Issues with water leak as soon as we moved in, as well as a light out in the closet and a strange smell coming from the in unit washer. That said, the apartment itself is lovely and spacious, the community is well kept and beautiful, and the area is superb. Maintenance has been very friendly and responsive to the issues we've had so far.

Loving Fountain View! Just getting better all the time. We especially love the salt water pool, and excellent maintenance crew. II look forward to many more years.

Overall great experience. The management team is very responsive and caring, the maintenance crew is efficient and timely and the apartments and amenities are very nice.

Decent apartments, A/C struggling during the summer. Nice pool with a lot of beds/chairs. Nice gym/workout rooms. Do not leave any personal belongings into your car, or it will get broken into and/or stolen.

I've really enjoyed my experience this year. I have had very minimal issues and when I do the maintenance staff is very quick to help. The one drawback is parking can be very tricky for guests, with limited spots usually available.

We have lived here 6 years so I guess that says something about Fountain View. Love the amenities (except for no shade at the pool. Maintenance crew is wonderful an friendly. Have yet to try the cleaning service but next on my list.

Amenities and location are top notch! The pool and grill set up is the ideal summer spot. Maintenance responsiveness could definitely be improved, but overall a nice place to live.

Overall a good place to live. Communication could be better and response time needs improvement. Beware all the added fees to your rent really adds up.

I love living at Fountain View! I always feel safe and comfortable in our community. If ever I need anything the office is welcoming and willing to help me at anytime.

I like the security and the amenities. Also the staff is very friendly. Only downside is the parking. My spot is not close to my building and the parking garage is a little hazardous to navigate

Living here has been great! The gym is a little underwhelming but still useable, other than that everything else has been really good. All of the front office employees are extremely nice and helpful and my one maintenance request was serviced next day.

The staff is extremely helpful in walking you through all the features Fountain View offers. They are easy to work with and the community is great.

The staff is so attentive and helpful it really made the moving process so much simpler. I love our new home and am most excited to spend time at the pool!

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed living here. The location is great, and the pool is my favorite! My apartment has been great for me these last 3 years.

Great staff very understanding about the problems caused by cheap materials used by the property managers. Not too many problems. Issues with things getting done in a timely manner, regarding rent, maintenance, internet etc. I am however happy with the time I lived here, 3 years, but I am a college student so my standards are a bit lower than average.

I love living at fountain view! It’s in a great location with walking access to the plaza and only a 5 minute drive to Brookside and Westport.

It is great, the best is the location, walking distance to everything. The place is clean very well maintained, the apartment has very reasonable space and we'll distributed. Lots of natural light. The amenities are worth considering the gym membership prices in other places. The fact that is gated makes it very safe.

Leasing office is helpful and go out of their way to make the move in process as stress free as possible. Maintenance team is smart and quick!

Overall satisfied with location and amenities. Noise with neighbors could be better. Maintenance is always on time and resolves issues fast and efficiently.

this is a really good place to live in. the area is super nice and i have nothing bad to say about it. there were a bit of maintenance difficulties with move-in but those were solved quickly! the managers and staff are good about notifying residents of global changes and even building-specific changes happening.

My experience has been mostly good, I enjoy the actual apartment and location. Management is nice but often times don't all know what is going on so you can get varying answers. Maintenance has always been quick but sometimes doesn't do the cleanest or most professional job. Lately it's been getting better with the communication, I appreciate the newsletter it seems like they are trying to improve.

Apts are in a great location, friendly staff and super cute! I would highly recommend living here, it’s safe and affordable. Pool is awesome too!

The inside of apartment is nice and updated. Clean community and fast maintenance services. Only problem is they will charge you for little things and not give you notice or explanation. Way too overpriced of a complex.

We had to submit too many maintaince requests that took too long for us to get fixed. The main issue is that the buildings are old so cold and hot air makes its way into all the apartments. It is a pretty place to live and is close to many different things as well. Nice amenities

I absolutely love living here in FVOP community! I always feel safe and know my neighbors and management look out for me! Whenever I need something fixed or have questions they are so quick to help me out. I feel like I’ve truly found the home of my dreams!

Staff and maintenance have had challenges with cold weather and renovations. They have handled them professionally. I made a maintenance request in the morning and it was completed by mid afternoon. The staff is personable and helpful. This is a well run organization.

I've enjoyed living here. The location can't be beat. It's right across the street from the park. I can easily walk to shopping and restaurants. Maintenance is always right on point. There is never a long wait.

Great location! Easy walk to the Plaza and restaurants. Pool and workout facility is good. Nice sitting area with heaters. Great staff to deal with.

Pretty nice apartments. A bit on the expensive side, but that's what you get for such a good location and responsive maintenance. Only issue is having to use Fetch for the mail service which makes getting packages take longer than it should, but overall a fairly minor issue.

Community is pretty quiet, definitely not a place filled with nightly partiers in my experience. Assigned parking is wonderful. Management tends to be slow in their response to concerns and guest parking is sometimes difficult to secure.

I love the staff here they’re so helpful and friendly. At all the other big apartment complexes I’ve lived in, if there was ever a problem that came up I felt like I had to go back and forth fighting with the staff for weeks to get anything done and constantly follow up over and over if I wanted something fixed but here it’s the complete opposite and everyone seems to genuinely care.

Overall, I am very happy living at Fountain View. The location is great and I enjoy my amenities! I've had some difficulties in the past such as frozen pipes, a big problem, air conditioning going out, etc, but on the whole I enjoy living here!
