Fountain Villas has been an amazing place to live. They have all the things I was looking for in an apartment. Staff are very friendly & helpful.

My son and I have had a very good experience here. The community is very nice and we have been enjoying the events! Also we enjoy the clubhouse and gym!

Great place to live! Love the community gathers every month, everybody has been so friendly and welcoming. Love the amenities and the cleanliness of the property!

The walls are extremely thin and you hear everything from your neighbors. Also, the neighbors are extremely disrespectful. If you move here please stay on the third floor if you want peace. Living on the first floor has been an absolute nightmare.

It was a great moving experience, everyone here is so friendly and helpful. The apartments are beautiful, quiet, clean, and pet friendly which is amazing. The bark park is also very spacious for all dog sizes! We love our apartment and the whole complex, we definitely would recommend living here!

We just moved in and everyone is amazing and so welcoming! Krista and Bridgette have been the biggest help! The pool area seems very clean and fun and I love finding out that they do events or activities a lot!

Great place to live! Love everything from the neighborhood, neighbors, staff, etc. We have lived here for almost 4 years with our dogs and don’t plan on moving.

My family and I love living here! It has been a wonderful experience. We did have some issues with maintenance response times but we found out they were short staffed and they came and helped us. Other than that, neighbors are kind and friendly and area is always kept cleaned up.

Just moved in and so far everything has been great! The apartments are beautiful and very well maintained. Everyone also has been very communicative! Krista has been amazing!

Fountain villas is one of the most luxurious apartments I have ever resided at. The floor plan is beautiful and there is enough space for just 2 people. Has so much storage space and it’s beautiful overall.

I wish there was lightbulbs for the fans in each room and living room. It’s more difficult around night time especially if you don’t have lamps but, it’s pretty dark and you would have to turn on a light from the hallway or kitchen.

I've lived at Fountain Villas for several years, and while the complex is marketed as "luxury living," that couldn’t be further from the truth. Recently, management ordered us to remove the beautiful plants we've maintained for over five years—plants they previously complimented. Meanwhile, they continue to ignore major issues we've raised repeatedly: Smoking (both cigarettes and marijuana) constantly seeps into our apartment, despite numerous complaints. All we get are useless emails that do nothing to address the problem. Junk cars sit in parking spots for months, handicap and no parking zones are constantly violated, and even with photographic proof, management does nothing. The lawn is in terrible condition due to neglectful service, and the mulch areas are rundown. The amenities are only available during business hours, making them essentially unusable for working residents. The pool has been closed several times this summer because of a faulty pump, which management refuses to replace, despite health concerns. The apartments themselves are outdated and poorly maintained, with peeling cabinets, makeshift shower repairs, and appliances that barely work. On top of that, the **onsite management is rude and condescending**, showing no interest in resolving any of these issues. If you’re considering Fountain Villas, don’t be fooled by the "luxury" label—it’s old, rundown, and terribly managed.

Fountain Villas is a very nice community. The apartments are modern & the grounds taken care of. Staff are very kind & helpful. Highly recommend this complex.

Definitely one of the nicest communities I've been a part of, looking to stay for a good long while :) The place is clean, the people are nice, and pet friendly, couldn't ask for more!

I dislike this complex and I wish I lived somewhere else. I have put in so many noise complaints since being in this apartment. The only decent thing about this place is the maintenance team. The walls are thin here and the neighbors are disrespectful. If you move here please live on the third floor so you can minimize the amount of noise you hear. I’ve heard my neighbors’ arguments, the constant slamming of drawers and doors in the apartment, loud music at all times of the day, heavy feet traffic above my head, and the lack of a decent night’s sleep. You complain to the office and they contact the neighbors but the noise still continue. For the amount of rent that they charge here it’s not worth the lease. I can’t wait to my lease ends. Also, the area is limited on things to do so you always find yourself traveling to other cities like Orlando or Melbourne to have fun. It’s not worth it.

Living here has been the greatest six months. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend Fountain Villas to anyone

We had a great experience on our move in day. Office staff was so helpful and everything went smooth. All the neighbors I’ve met so far are friendly, courteous, & respectful. The amenities are great. Really happy to call this place home!

My leasing agent was very attentive and communicated in a timely manner.When it came to getting things done to sign my lease with fountain villas. The clubhouse was very appealing and clean.As well as the walk through of the property is what sold me.

Our experience has been amazing. Staff are great, maintenance is quick, and grounds are tidy! Every resident that we have met have been super friendly.

Krista really helped make the process easy to move into our new apartment, everything was very straight forward, everyone is so friendly and great amenities!

WE enjoy living here but things seems to be declining in the last year or so. Junk Cars, people parking in handicap spots that should not be, weed smoke filtering into our apartment all the time.

Fountain Villas are secluded but in the heart of Bevard County. The staff & amenities are top notch. They have open floor plans & plenty of parking.

So far things are ok. Some minor hiccups with the A/C not working. I see some things in the apartment that could have been cleaned better. The water pressure in the main bathroom shower is not sufficient. The cement in the hallways needs to be cleaned with a pressure washer. People parking in the handicap spaces which is something that bothers me and the security guy should be putting notes on the cars when he sees this.

My apartment would be sufficient if it wasn’t for the neighbors that I have. I hear EVERYTHING that each apartment has going on in their space. The upstairs neighbors have the heaviest feet I’ve ever heard and they are constantly moving furniture around or dropping things and just the sound of their footsteps plague my dreams at night. The neighbors in front of me love to slam everything in their apartment as well as scream and curse at each other. And the neighbors next to me thinks that everyone should hear their meditation music since they seem to turn it up so loud that the neighboring complex can hear them. My right to quiet enjoyment is definitely violated every single day that I stay here. I honestly look forward to eventually moving out and telling anyone who will hear me to not stay in this complex or at least avoid staying on the first floor.

Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Clean and well maintained. Ample parking. Maintenance is friendly. Dogs are allowed, breed restrictions apply.

Lots of drug use here. Don’t want my kid here. Leaving. No one stole my mail but I regularly got other people mail. That’s on the delivery services.

Fountain Villas is a great community. Very friendly & staff is amazing. The amenities are very nice. Looked at other complexes but they didn't have the things I really wanted/needed.

We love living here. Great office and maintenance staff, location, neighbors, and amenities. Ours dogs love the off leash dog park and equipment in there!!!

I haven’t been here a week and the neighbors around me are disrespectful. Right now (3/8/2024) the upstairs neighbors are playing loud music. Sometimes I work from home and I don’t need to hear the noise above what it is intended for in an apartment. I work in mental health and this is affecting my business. I’m starting to regret moving here to be honest. Maintenance is good and the office staff is good but my neighbors are a deal breaker. I guess I will need to look for another place to stay in the next few months.

From the beginning when I chose Fountain Villas to be our next home after selling my house I have had a wonderful experience. The office personnel, and especially Jenifer, helped me with the lease process and made us feel very welcome. We love and appreciate the maintenance crew. Our fellow neighbors are friendly and respectful. My instincts were this was the best place for me and my 2 adult handicapped children to live have been proven to be true.

Don't move here because the building KS infested with roaches and other pest the mold is very bad and has been for years do not be fooled by the fake reviews posted by the staff members. They will also blame you for the things they have been dealing with and will move you into an apartment knowing it has mold and pest.

Management and maintenance staff are still as good as they were when we rented a year ago. There is an ongoing issue with residents being disrespectful and not cleaning up after their pets and the bark park could use some love. Overall, a hood place to live, just a few residents with disrespect issues regarding their dog waste and smoking weed after hours.

Fountain Villas is an amazing apartment complex. The office & maintenance staff really listen to your questions & concerns. The trash butler & recycle area are nice amenities. Thank you for always communicating with the residents & following up with us.

Honestly my experience has been great. I enjoy living here and I rarely hear anything which is so refreshing. Other places I have lived at have had super thin walls and that's annoying. It's like living in a house but apartment style which I enjoy. :)

I’ve been apart of the Villas’s community for 3 months now, and have been enjoying the atmosphere here. The community is clean and the residents I have encountered are very welcoming and friendly. Overall, I have enjoyed being apart of this community.

Maintenance is wonderful, office staff is very responsive. Ongoing issue (staff is working on it) with some dog owners not picking up their pups poops. Very quiet and feel very safe here. Neighborhood/community events are well planned with a good seasonal variety.

I have been a long time resident at fountain villas and have been quite comfortable and safe in my home. The location is located in a quiet area and close proximity to work, shopping and dining.

Been here just over 3 years. Not as nice as when we first moved in. Andy, the maintenance manager Is the best. Tracy who is our apartment life coordinator is awesome. Every month she does fun things for the residents

Fountain Villas really is a great community. The staff & amenities are what make this place great. Really enjoy the nature & launches from this place.

The best apartment I have ever lived in. It’s spacious, quiet, and clean. All of my neighbors are kind and I haven’t had any problems with management.

Going on three years here, and it's honestly a great community. Kid & pet friendly, and very safe. The apartment life directors care about you, and go out of their way to host events, and build the community. Only complaint I would have is some of the residents don't pick up after their dogs, and some drive too fast (even with the speed bumps.)

Everyone has been very welcoming and nice. It’s very quiet out here which is great. Very clean neighborhood is very friendly. Never a dull moment

Enjoying living here so far. Our move in was less than ideal. Communication from the office staff was awful! Since move in, we've enjoyed living here though.

Jenny and Andy are top notch managers. They make you feel like family! They are responsive and kind and I’m extremely happy about my move in experience.

Been here just over 6 months. Jen in the front office is very responsive to needs, maintenance is quick. They respond normally on the same day unless the request comes in late in the afternoon. Emergency requests (I’ve had one) on a weekend was responded to within an hour of reaching the maintenance staff. Community events - at least two per month- are well planned.events are always family oriented, but some are geared more for children - a back to school ice cream social, or an egg hunt are examples. There was even an event for the pets. I have already decided to renew our lease and am looking to possibly move into a 3-bedroom

We had a smooth move in. A few bumps but they were taken care of immediately. Our building is nice and quiet as well. The pool area is also nice and started to meet other residents as well who had nothing but good things to say about the complex
