Affordable housing with loaded amenities. Having in unit Washer Dryer is so convenient. Lot of trees. Leasing office members are so helpful
Soo far its amazing had lil problems here and there but other then that great living also the fact has a washer and dryer is a big bonus honestly
I love that there is always people around and very pet friendly place. Everyone is friendly, it’s not noisy. If you need something done, they take care of it right away. I love that there plenty of parking.

They are working very hard to keep thebgrounds clean When something breaks down they are fast to fix it. It would be nice if they could fix the pot holes. It looks like some of them were done. But not the ones by my apartment.

It was so fast and easy moving in and soon as I tell them something wrong it's fixed within a day or 2, if it's an emergency it's fixed that Day..haven't had too much wrong go on. Being my first place on my own I'm very happy with my apt and what comes with it. I really tell anyone about that place if I hear they want to move somehwere new

I like the complex, it is very quiet but I don’t like they do maintenance to water system so often. Also, sometimes I request some repairs to my apartment and it gets a lot to be repaired. But I would say is 8/10

My boyfriend and I have been living here for a couple of years and it has been pretty good. Anytime we have a problem maintenance is always on top of it. I I would recommend.

Things are getting better. But still, there are occasions when we do not get enough support from the front desk.. Also not much response to bug issues etc. General concerns like parking, cleaning , garbage handling, gate repairing etc to be taken care of better. I do not want to share my name since I am unsure if the feedback will be taken professionally.

The place is pretty quiet, very comfortable and spacious apartments. The staff has been very, very helpful, by answering all my questions that I had. When a work order is placed for maintenance, it is done right away with no issues. I would recommend this place to my friends and family if they decide to move to an apartment.

It does feel like the complex isn't as nice as it once was. Rent keeps going up but the units are still super outdated. It's fine but nicer absolutely exists.

I have been here for about five months now, the office ladies are always so nice especially Michelle. Any time I have an issue it is fixed promptly, which I haven’t had many thankfully. I love the area and all of the greenery surrounding the apartments as well.

It's a great place to live. It is very homey. I love the trees and landscape. Having five pools and 3 Jacuzzis is fantastic. When I have something needing to be fixed. They are pretty quick about tending to the situation.

Fountainhead is located near several restaurants, highways, hospitals and entertainment. The bus line is really convenient to get to and use.

I like the staff who were able to speedily do my lease and get me into my apartment. I like the location and the quietness of the complex. The pools are great as well at the fitness room. Love the fact they have trees and plenty of shade.

I signed lease 2 weeks ago and requested for some fixtures to be completed and had not yet been done. At the beginning everything was ok they were cooperative but now it’s just like we will get to it when we get there no interest at all

Location is good. But apartments needs immediate renovation. Rent is low, thats the only reason we are staying. There are roaches everywhere at the apartment.

All good so far but recently few incidents like windows are getting broken and somebody stole my neighbour's kid bicyle. These thing should not happen in a gated community like Fountainhead. Road signs for apartment and building number will be helpful for the outsiders.

I have been here for 2 month and this is my first apartment by myself. I absolutely love it! The main office staff and maintenance is so friendly. Any maintenance requests I have made have been fixed so quickly and efficiently.. a few times they were here within minutes of me calling about an issue. I'm very pleased and happy here.

I have enjoyed somehow my stay here. I am a little disappointed regarding the pool maintenance experience on Memorial day. It was filthy and disgusting. I reported this to the office, their response was they were short staffed. I also had a delivery from UPS and it was stolen as soon as it was delivered. There were pictures sent to me as proof of the delivery.

Fountainhead has been a great experience. The staff worked with me for a week to get me approved. The maintenance staff was there the next day when I had an issue. And best of all, it's conveniently located off of i10 and 410.

No major issues but they turn off the water to the entire complex at least one day a month. Additionally they’ll renew your lease at much higher rates than they charge for a new lease of the same exact apartment

Fountainhead uses electricity in former residents' apartments and does not ante up to the monthly charges they rack up. I got stuck with a bill from CPS the month I already moved out after I forgot to 'officially request' a specific shut off date. When owning up to this minor mistake, I kindly asked Fountainhead to pay the bill for the charges they racked up during my absence. Of course they denied it. Talk about immoral and unethical.

Poor management, flea infestations, shoddy apartments. That’s all I can say here but shame on this apartment for renting to animal lovers whilst fully knowing their property is infested with fleas.

We have been very pleased with the assistance we received while submitting our application documents of move in. The office staff is professional, personable and very helpful. We love the property and our apartment, especially the quietness of the property and the grounds.

Neighborhood is good and it's a quaint complex, but maintenance and staff have ruined the experience. I would never recommend these apartments because living here has been a huge pain.
