Nashville, also known as Music City, is the capital of Tennessee. Often heralded as a center for country music, Nashville has also become a hub for various other genres such as bluegrass, jazz, classical, pop, soul, rock, gospel, and Americana. Renowned music venues in Nashville include the Ryman Auditorium, the Grand Ole Opry, Bridgestone Arena, and several honky-tonk bars on Broadway.
Touting big-city amenities while maintaining a small-town feel, Nashville offers residents and visitors access to a wide range of attractions. If you choose to rent in Nashville, you will have the chance to visit the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere, check out the latest exhibit at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts, see the Parthenon at Centennial Park, tour the Country Music Hall of Fame, catch a performance at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, watch the Tennessee Titans score touchdowns at Nissan Stadium, and bask in stunning riverfront views at Cumberland Park.

Property Ratings at Fountains at Belle Meade
I lived here for a number of years, decent community. But understand this, if you rent a downstairs apartment you will be seriously disappointed with the noise level. You can hear everything transpiring from the floor above. There was carpeting when I lived there, now linoleum. Image how much louder it will be. Make a wise choice and find a newer property to rent from.
I do not like living here. The management and owner have made many changes this year and they act like everyone is happy about it but no one here is. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website or the model unit. This is not what the actual units look like at all, and they're really hiking up the prices. You can find a better place. I don't trust these people at all.
I would not recommend living here. It was a great place to live until the new owner took over. They clearly don't care about the residents and have significantly increased rent by nearly double. I have been told to deal with it or move out.
I have a one bedroom apartment. As you walk in, there's a utility closet that contains the a/c and water heater on the right, then there's the partially open kitchen area with a refrigerator and dish washer that's connected to the living room. The bathroom and one bedroom are on the left. You have to use their coin laundry as there aren't any washer and dryer hook ups in the apartment. They pay your water bill but you are responsible for the electricity. There's a manager and maintenance guy who live on site. When my toilet kept running, he fixed it immediately. They are pet friendly. There are public BBQ grills outside and there's a swimming pool. I enjoy living here.
