Situated between Interstate 16 and Highway 17, South Chatham Parkway is an industrial region featuring wooded areas, a few small ponds, and retail centers. Government buildings, CSX Savannah Yard, warehouses, and engineering companies make up most of the community. Chain eateries, service shops, and more are situated along Highway 17 while a few apartment complexes, located near the western edge of town, provide moderately priced rental options. Although South Chatham Parkway is largely commercial, historic Downtown Savannah is only five miles away providing entertainment, premier shopping, and renowned restaurants.

This was an awful apartment. Highly do not recommend. It is extremely overpriced for the quality of the apartment. The model that you tour will be nothing like your actual apartment. The people who lived in my apartment before me smoked marijuana and cigarettes to the point that nothing I tried took the smell out. I requested the apartment to replace/clean the carpets multiple times (and offering to pay) but they continued to lie and say they had cleaned the carpets while I was away when they hadn't! I had to buy 2 ozone generators to make the smell bearable but nothing I did made it go away! I ended up spending most of the year in the bedroom and barely went out to the living room/kitchen due to how bad the smell was! I also had MULTIPLE (as in 3 a day on some days) new wasps/cockroaches in my apartment. Pest control did come and spray stuff but it didn't help anything. I thought the issue would go away in the winter but it didn't. There is also mold in the vents and the windows that nothing was ever done about. The trash compactor never worked to the point that it smelled awful every time you went to throw your trash away. They would also fine you if you left your trash laying near the compactor but the compactor was rarely working! My neighbors were always fighting and I could hear them through the walls. Nothing was ever done about them. I suspect that one of my other neighbors smoked marijuana that seeped through my vents and made my apartment smell even worse. I complained about this to the front office and they said they would fine them once, after which they would kick them out. However, this was never done. AWFUL apartment!!!

I could write a book but they are not worth my time. They lie! The apartment you rent will not look like the model. They never sent pictures as they claim They lied about the deposit amount. Credit is excellent. Wanted one months rent because a guarantor was paying. Called the day the key was being picked up after my daughter touring the apartment requesting my deposit back. The manager was VERY RUDE, she would not even let me speak and that was after I asked her could I talk. By the way do not call me "MY DEAR" she has terrible customer service skills and she better be glad I was 5 hours away. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
We thought we got a great deal on our apartment when we moved in. When it was time to renew our lease, we got a paper slid into the door frame at 1 o’clock in the morning listing the multiple options for the new rent price and the timeline for when to give them notice of moving out or renewing. We stayed since we couldn’t find anywhere to go and rent went up 50%. The quality of the apartment has not changed after the 50% increase. The wood on the window panes outside are rotting and causing the windows to look into the bedrooms burning storms. Our A/C broke and flooded the place within a month of living there. This caused mold in the carpet and wall damage as well. The shower heads leak around the side and the bathroom fans broke. In the move-in paper, they state they can help fix your gate key if it stops working but when I called, they just told me it would be $50 to replace the key. No offer to help fix it. The front office staff has a bad attitude any time you call and ask a question or even if you walk up to get a package after delivery. And when you go to get your package, they don’t look very hard for it and will tell you they don’t have it until your third trip when they finally find it. I’ve had to remind them to look in certain piles of packages after they tell me they don’t have it. Then suddenly they do. They are constantly sending out emails threatening a $75 fine for leaving your trash on the ground around the trash compactor. However, said compactor is always broken and there is no other choice. Also, the yard maintenance people always blow dirt into your patio, if you live on the 1st floor, when they come to take care of the very small patch of “yard” in front of your apartment. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else. The maintenance team is the only saving grace of this place because they are fantastic with their quick help. One person in the office is nice. Everyone else has an attitude and the complex does not look nice enough to cost what it does.
When I moved in, there was glass on the kitchen floor, the shower was missing a showerhead, the outside socked had no socket, the walls were dirty and had holes in them, and the carpet stunk. If I had not already placed a deposit and needed to move in right away, I would not have accepted the apartment. While living there, my A/C broke and flooded the apartment FIVE, yes-FIVE TIMES. The water caused the carpet and the walls to mold and spread into the bedroom, damaging the sheetrock, the garage below, and my personal rug. I called the Maintenance team, who is the only saving grace of this place, and they were always there within 1 hour and did excellent work. However, management would not let them completely fix the problem. They just had to make do with what they were allowed to do. The dog park fence is always broken, and the lights in the dog park. It is never cleaned and honestly falling apart. When I gave notice that I wanted to move out, I requested that someone from the office do the walk-through with me because I know apartments try to rip you off when you move out. I tried to set an appointment and was told by the manager just to come in, and someone would walk through with me. When I arrived, the manager was gone; no one had any idea what I was talking about. One of the ladies was nice enough to help me. We did the walk-through, and she said it looked great, no need to clean or patch anything. My husband even tried to paint the patched holes with their paint and was told not to. Also, before moving out, I paid a professional cleaning company $300 to clean the apartment. It was spotless and much better than when I moved in. However, they still charged me $125 for cleaning. They also charged me $100 for sheetrock repair, even though my husband patched EVERY hole, including the ones that were from before me. Since there were NO holes, the only sheetrock repair would be from their broken A/C that they did not fix but just continued to patch, which was not my responsibility to fix. Additionally, my contract stated there was a $200 REFUNDABLE gate/key deposit. When I received the statement (which I had to ask for) concerning the refund charges, they told me it was not refundable. I dropped off a copy of my move-in contract that showed where it said it was refundable, but they still refused. Bottom line: DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Beautiful property. Very professional and kind employees.
After looking for an apartment for some time I am so pleased at the professional help I got by your new manager. This property has just what I was looking for. Plus it is so peaceful and quiet.
I walked in to this place most excited to tour it. The leasing agent (who didn’t even mention her name) was extremely rushed and careless the whole time. She essentially opened the door to the unit and just let us roam it without talking anything about it. After our “tour” which lasted not even five minutes, she asked if I had any questions when we got back to her desk. I said yes and she told me “it was all online”. Don’t bother with this one, the staff CLEARLY did not care if I was to sign a lease or not.
They lied about their required credit, lied when they said they would approve me, had me cut on power and renter's insurance. Said I would receive my key on the following monday and then denied me and is refusing to pay me back all of my money from the deposit. They are very fraudulent and will tell you anything to her money. Highly DO NOT RECCOMEND!!
