The park was styled after 1920s and 30s English gardens, and incorporates many similar designs like winding roads and mature tree groves. Located inside the park is Enchanted Island, a family-friendly theme park with pedal boats, carousel, and a train that takes visitors through the island.

Property Ratings at Fountains in the Green
This business actually goes way out of their way to make it not possible to communicate with them unless THEY contact you. If you go to their website you can only fill out a questionnaire. Maybe they will get back to you, maybe they won't. If they call you, they will actually block their call ID so you won't answer. When you actually reach a person, they are very skimpy with details like rent and fees to get in. They say "they like to give the tour before they discuss fees". If you have a pet, they charge you a $1000 fee before you move in. So enjoy that. If you rent a 2 bedroom, your deposit will be almost $1000 and it's taken us a month to find out this much. Any place that makes it this hard just to get basic information isn't getting our business. It feels like we really might have dodged a bullet with this one.
I could write a book of the horrendous experiences I have had when I lived here. So bad! Everything is broken or put together without thought so does not work. It was the noisiest place I have ever lived in many regards. Parking is the ultimate nightmare can't even unload groceries. Theft is high for packages not left at office. People do not secure gates. Flies and bugs everywhere. Mold all over the place. The place smells really bad, like sickening bad and not from the cats that other folks mentioned. Marijuana is a problem with the second hand smoke, rude neighbors, stench as well as cig smokers who throw their butts on your patio and the smell sweeps in through the walls and air ducts. Some areas have rats, wasps and hornets, bees hives and other friends. It is so unhealthy here. Just aggravating all around in general. It is always something. Location, staff, and utilities included really are the only good things to note here.
I have lived here for 7 years. This apartment complex is the best. Extremely clean, nice and green beautiful manicured grounds. If l put in a maintance request its taken care very promptly. They have a great office staff. So if you are looking for a great place to live. Please come to check this place out. Some other great perks is very centrally located with the bus just steps away. Close to many store and the I 10 and the 51. Several hospitals very close by. Complex set around a great subdivision. I really love this place for its very quite. So if your looking for a place with a big heart in the heart of the city, come on out and tell the "big John 111" sent you. You will be amazed. 1 more thing l can attest l am a resident of and not compensated from F.I.T.G. so come check it out. Move before the school year starts.
So yesterday we juggled our schedules and raced over to Fountains in the Green apartments eager for a look at this place. We walk in to the office and you could almost hear crickets it was so quiet. "We don't show apartments after 4:30" the girl sitting at her little desk says. I look at the clock. It's 4:34. That told us all we needed to know about dealing with the office had we decided to move in here. Sorry to bother you sister.
I have lived in my studio apartment for 16 years now. It comes with free covered parking and cable TV and electricity. I live in the desert, so in the summer this is a huge savings and I can live as a human being in an air conditioned apartment. The management is so helpful and always works with me because I am slow paying my rent due to chronic unemployment. The maintenance people are efficient and fix things immediately. Since I have no family or friends or animals (they all died), I feel this is my home and the people who work at FITG are just the kindest, most helpful people. They make my life a lot easier to bear. I am grateful every day for my home at FITG.
This place is gorgeous. On top of all the green, is the decorations: there's stuff on the walls, there's sign's on low branches that say "Mind your bean", it just feels great to walk to/from your car.
