Fountainview Apartments

Apartments and grounds are beautiful. if there is a maintenance problem it is resolved quickly. Eileen, the office manager wants her residence to be comfortable, happy and safe. She responds immediately to any concern.

I moved here a month ago from California after searching long distance for 8 months. As soon as I reached leasing agent Eileen, I knew my search was over. Everything she said about the available apartment, complex and surrounding community proved to be true. The apartment is spacious, has modern appliances, new carpeting, is quiet and has a lovely view of the beautiful courtyard. There were only a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed when I moved in and Eileen made sure that the excellent maintenance staff did so in a timely manner. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Fountainview is very well maintained and the surrounding area is lovely too and safe.

We love Fountainview Apartments! Our family lived there since 1994!! Currently my mom lives in the apartment and truly enjoys great care to apartment complex and quick attention if needed from apartment management!! Ms. Eileen is very responsive and goes above and beyond on all our requests!! We definitely recommend this nice residence!!

I moved to Fountainview last month and already loved this place. The apartment is renovated and functional, the courtyard is green and quiet, and people are nice there. Especially, I want to thank Eileen (Leasing Consultant) for being super kind, responsive, and helpful. She is always there whenever I need help.

I could not stress enough how helpful Eileen is during beginning of my stay in the apartment. She was very active in helping me out with my air-conditioning issues. Even in a holiday, she didn't stopped in following up with the maintenance staff to come and check my room to solve the problem. The apartment itself is in good shape and the area is wonderful. Also, parking lot has enough space for the residents. Overall, this is an excellent place to live in and would recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

We officially moved in about one month ago. Everything’s been so good so far. Maintenance team and leasing office respond super fast whenever we have questions. We didn’t choose the renovated one, but the one we have is well-maintained and everything works fine! Eileen is always on top of everything. I believe people who read this comment might have seen the same compliment in other reviews and I wouldn’t be surprised, since she’s very nice and she does care about the residents here!!!!!! She always makes sure we’re doing fine and we enjoy our new life here??

I've been living at Fountainview for about eight months and it's been lovely. The process to get the apartment was very easy. During the process, Eileen was AMAZING with answering all of my questions, and since there was construction being done in my unit, she even gave me a tour of her own apartment in the same complex to show me what it would look like. She periodically checks in to make sure everything is going smoothly and I don't need any maintenance for the unit. These buildings are highly in demand! My unit was renovated right before I moved in and it is beautiful. For below average rent, I have a VERY spacious one bedroom that has new appliances, flooring, bathrooms, and its own washer and dryer. This is super rare in Baltimore at this price. My patio screen door was broken, but maintenance was super on top of it and ordered a replacement right away. Pests: A pest control company comes through periodically to do preventative care, so even though I'm on the first floor I've had no issues with bugs or mice. I've had bad experiences in the past with pests so I am a harsh critic, and I have had 0 issues at Fountainview with it. There's plenty of parking near my building and I've never had an issue finding a spot near the door. The neighborhood isn't super walkable, but the grounds are quiet and well-maintained, with lots of families. I can hear people walking around in the unit above mine and in the hallway, but everyone is very respectful of one another and never too noisy. I would definitely recommend Fountainview to prospective residents.

My husband and I moved to Fountainview about a month ago and we are so happy that we chose to live here. The apartment is very spacious and the price is extremely competitive. We have lots of windows and hence natural light in the apartment, and so we barely need to turn the lights on during the day. There are plenty of storage space in the kitchen and bedrooms, and the balcony is also very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and we often just hear birds chirping and singing outside. We had some minor problems at the beginning, but Eileen and the maintenance team addressed it right away and followed up with us to make sure everything is okay. Overall, we love living here and would totally recommend this apartment to everyone.

I have been living at Fountainview for almost a year now and I just renewed my lease! There were some issues with the apartment when I first moved in, but all of my concerns were adequately addressed in a timely manner, and I haven’t had any issues since. Eileen and the maintenance staff did a great job making sure that I was happy with my apartment! In addition, prices are very competitive, the apartments are spacious, it’s quiet, and there’s plenty of parking available. Overall, I am really satisfied with my experience at Fountainview and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I love living here. I moved in July and I love it. Fountainview is quiet and everyone is friendly, I like the controlled access doors on the building and the apartments are spacious. Eileen is wonderful when it comes to answering any questions I may have.

Fountainview is a very great apartment. The location is very nice and convenient, closing to highway and a plaza with Giant and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are very spacious, including many closets and storage places. It is also very quiet here. The Leasing Specialist is super kind and helpful. She really helped us a lot and made the moving process very easy.

I've been at Fountainview for two months now, and it's nothing but great. Lots of parking, controlled access doors, great soundproofing, and impressive, cozy apartments. Eileen is a wonderful person to do business with, answering any inquiry or concern have. I've had to call maintenance twice, and both times they've arrived within a day and fixed the issue. I never expected it'd be this good, but here we are don't regret it one bit.

I have been at Fountainview for about 2 and a half months now and everything has gone smoothly. Eileen was great help every step of the way and continues to check on my roommate and I. The apartment is clean and neighbors are not loud at all. Plenty of free parking. 90 percent of the time, maintenance comes within 48 hours and fixes whatever problem I have. Everything you need is nearby: Grocery stores, gas stations, plenty of fast food options. I love how spacious the apartment is for the price. I do wish we had bottom locks on our doors, but there are controlled access doors to the entrance . Overall, this is a great place to live and I haven’t had many problems at all.

I have been living here for six months. It is a very nice apt. It is quiet and has nice neighbors. The leasing office is quite efficient. Once I have some issue with hot water in the apartment, the maintenance team arrived next working day. And lift is really convenient. It is close to Giant and some restaurants. I will live for the rest of my day in Baltimore!

I love living at Fountainview Apartments. It has been a very warm and welcoming experience for me. The leasing staff does everything necessary to make sure you are comfortable and checks in on you to meet your requests, I have never experienced that before! The complex is quiet and feels safe, and less than 20 minutes from downtown Baltimore and Towson! Maintenance is always quick and I have never had issues with pests. The bedrooms are large and bright, and the living and dining room is very spacious and bright as well. The price for living here is more than reasonable. I searched for a long time and could not find anything as nice and affordable as this complex in this area. You will not regret living here, this is a great place to call home!

I moved into Fountainview Apts two months ago and it is a great place to live. It's quiet, peaceful, safe, comfortable, and well organized. The leasing staff and maintenance respond to issues well. The rent is also reasonable.

I moved here half-year ago and I enjoy living here so much that I don't want to move anywhere else. I love the beautiful view outside and sometimes I would walk around the community in the afternoon sun. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The Leasing Specialist is so nice and caring and she always asks me if I am happy living here. She wants to make sure that everyone living in this community loves their home and enjoys living here. We have plenty of parking spaces that are free of charge. Each unit also has front and back unit doors that are locked, this is rarely seen in other apartments and this makes me feel very safe living here. This community is also very nice, I always see children running around happily and cute dogs. The location of this apartment is also very nice, close to many large grocery stores. Love it here!

Fountainview is well maintained. The maintenance staff and administration are friendly. I enjoy living here. I lived at Fountainview for five years 2006-2011 before I moved out of the area and I returned to live here over a year ago. The patios are large and there is a courtyard and pathway that is .20 of a mile so if you walk around 5 times you’ve got a mile. My wife likes it here as well. It is a nice place to live. I am so happy to be living in Fountainview Clean, newly renovated apartments, with washer dryer in the unit. Easy parking, well maintained grounds, nice neighbors AND Eileen in the leasing office who is always there to assist.

Overall, I love living here. The neighborhood is quiet, and I don't have a lot of issues with noisy neighbors. This apartment had everything both my partner and I wanted. A dishwasher and an in-unit washer and dryer. Also, after looking at other apartments, the price for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment here really couldn't be beaten. I'm also a grad student and I got a student discount for a year, which wasn't something I saw any other apartment complex offering. I don't have many negative things to say about living here except for a few small issues we had that were fixed by the maintenance crew.

We are so glad that we chose to move to Fountainview! The grounds are gorgeous and clean and a great place to hang out. The neighbors are friendly and kind, and the staff are always responsive, helpful, and care about the residents and their comfort. The property is in a super convenient location, near many restaurants, supermarkets, and other stores. The apartments are beautiful, with tons of storage space, and an individual washer and dryer inside the apartment We especially love the view of the large courtyard from the balcony. I truly love living at Fountainview. First of all, the premises is beautiful, quiet and well-maintained. The courtyard is really a tremendous amenity and gives a great sense of peace and community to the development. It's a great place to take a walk, read a book, or talk with friends. I'm very happy with my apartment as well. It's spacious and comfortable. The price is great compared to other two bedroom units in the Orthodox Jewish section of Baltimore. It's a close walk to many shuls and minyanim, and it's conveniently situated for getting to kosher supermarkets and eating establishments. It's really a great place to live as a member of the Orthodox Jewish community. The staff is great. Eileen, the Leasing Specialist , is always incredibly helpful and will go out of her way to make sure that any issues are resolved promptly. The maintenance staff are professional and respond quickly to any issues. All in all, I'm very happy living at Fountainview. The peace, quiet and sense of community are really what attracted me to this development, and I have not been disappointed.

We are very happy in our brand new, redone apartment in Fountainview The grounds are beautiful- there are benches, trees, flowers, and place for kids to play. It’s so nice to have a place to walk around. The apartment is very nice and comfortable with a nice sized porch. Anything that needs to be addressed is done quickly. Stairwells are cleaned daily. Eileen is a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We are very happy here

Yes Good place to start out in. I haven't lived here long, so there isn't much to say. Eileen is helpful, and as a person who is renting for the first time, I appreciate being able to ask questions when I need to.

I absolutely love living in this community I’ve been here for just over 5 months. Not only is it clean and peaceful it’s convenient to everything. The apartments are VERY spacious with ample storage. My favorite features include the in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and the en-suite in the master bedroom. The balcony is large and allows for entertaining. The back entrance is super convenient for parking. Maintenance is amazing, any request I’ve ever had have been addressed within 24-48 hours with the utmost professionalism. And speaking of professionalism, Ms.Eileen and Ms.AJ have been the most helpful and welcoming staff I’ve ever encountered. Overall I love living here and couldn’t think of a better place for me and my family

Coming from New York City, I find living in Fountainview to be a breath of fresh air. The buildings and grounds are well-maintained, clean, inviting, and very usable, especially for a family with small children. I have found the maintenance workers to be incredibly responsive and helpful, as well as the office staff. Eileen Berman, the leasing specialist who works onsite, is a great resource for residents, and her care for the Fountainview community is evident. Unlike my past residences, parking at Fountainview is always available, and very convenient to my apartment. I would recommend Fountainview to anyone looking for a pleasant, welcoming, and safe place to live in the Upper Park Heights area.

This is amazing community to live in the grounds and inside the apartment building is kept clean. The apartment is huge with tons of space and extremely affordable. It's also very secluded . So if your looking for a nice quiet place to love with awesome staff and friendly neighbors this is the place for you. Also I can not forget to thank Mrs. Berman and Mrs. AJ for making this transition easy and stress free they are always checking in to make sure we are still pleased with our apartment.

We found everyone here to be friendly and the area to be a peaceful and quiet environment. Eileen is a great help and goes out of her way to make everyone comfortable. She sees to all our needs and makes sure that we've adjusted to our new surroundings. I think our success here is due in part to her dedication to her job. Moving from the house in which we lived for almost 30 years to an apartment could have been a terrifying project. Instead Fountainview made it a pleasant and easy transition. Fountview is the place we have called home for the past two years. The community aesthetic is well maintained and we have really enjoyed the peaceful courtyard and its magnificent view from our apartment. The slight issues which we have had with our unit have been taken care of with ready diligence, which we attribute to the exceptional attention of our leasing manager, Eileen; who is consistently approachable and accommodating. The rental rates are also the bestin the area and we feel fortunate to have resided here for the past two years.

Both me and my wife are very happy with Fountainview. It is such a wonderful place with wonderful staff. The first time I heard Fountainview is from my friend. He said I just found a place that satisfies all your need. With curious I called fountainview and scheduled a visit to the office. Eileen at the leasing office led me a tour to see exactly what I will have if I live here. I was absolutely satisfied with the apartment, the sunlight, the balcony, the large closet and so on. I had visited more than 10 other apartments before Fountainview, but none of them was as good as Fountainview. So I decide to move to Fountainview immediately at that time. However, my moving date was in 5 months, and the leasing office cannot see available apratments from that time. I was worried at that time, but Eileen told me that she could keep me on file and call me as soon as they have available apartment for my date. That was amazing, I do need to worry any more. I want to mention in special that Eileen is a kind, helpful, responsible, and amazing leasing manager. She will help you with everything before and after your move in. During the time when I was waiting for an available apartment, Eileen called me occasionally to give me update information. And finally, three months before my moving date, Eileen told me that they had available one for me. I was so happy at that time and signed the contract at once. The staff at fountainview continued to be extremely helpful even after we moved in.There has never been an issue they didn't immediately take care of and then follow up on. I have been here a month and so far have not heard any noise at all. My story is long, but I could go on. But to sum up, I am just really so happy to decide to live here.

From the day I called inquiring about an apartment the staff have been extremely helpful and continued to be even after we moved in. The playground outside is great for my son, there's always parking and the apartment itself is comfortable and well laid out. Maintenance will come within 24 hours of being called but in my experience on a weekday it's usually the same day service. The hallways are regularly cleaned and the grounds are kept well - such a pleasure to walk through Been here a month and so far have not heard any noise at all from neighbors across hall or downstairs. While the building is not new, it is being well looked after and it shows.

The residents and management are all very friendly. The grounds are well maintained. I’ve found the apartment complex to be very quiet and a great place to live. I particularly like all of the storage that is available in the apartment. Also the rent for a 2 bedroom apartment is very reasonable.

Honestly I just googled apartments when I was looking to move across country. It was a short notice thing and I couldn't go to apartments like you can in you are local so all I had was pictures to go on. Well when I signed the lease and moved in it was exactly what the pictures gave. A lovely home. The place is very spacious and the neighbors are very loving. The community around is also really great. Close by to lots of shopping and amazing places to dine out on, recommend Mari Luna, haha. I definitely plan on staying a while.

I searched a lot of apartments before stumbling upon Fountainview. I fell in love with my apartment as soon as I saw it. It has everything I was looking for. It is very spacious, has two baths and a washer and dryer. With all this, it is still very affordable. Also, Fountainview is near everything, the mall, the markets and so much more. The apartment is not the only thing that made me choose Fountainview. I really like the courtyard, it is so nice and clean. You hear the children out there playing and you can't help but smile. Lastly, Ms. Eileen made the entire process so painless. Every encounter with her was very pleasant and she is very professional. She has called me a couple of times just to check in and see if anything was needed. How great is that. I have had some maintenance issues and the guys came took care of it very quickly, which was great. I can see myself living here for a very long time, if not forever.

Convenient to everything yet quiet and parklike with excellent neighbors! Fountainview is a great place to live for many reasons. The apartments are clean and well maintained. There is a great staff of maintenance and the leasing agent Eileen who is always on site is professional, helpful, neighborly and a great friend to the residents. The location is convenient to major highways, public transportation, shopping and places of worship. The spacious grassy courtyard is a wonderful place for family fun and socializing with neighbors. The residents engage in many resident gatherings through the year, organized by Fountainview and the sense of community is very solid. If you are looking for a safe, comfortable, well maintained, quiet and friendly apartment complex, you can't go wrong with Fountainview!

We have lived in the Fountainview Apartments for over a year now and we are very pleased with our choice. Theres a great community here with lots of young families. Fountainview organizes get-togethers every so often so people can meet each other and make friends. The staff is friendly and helpful, treating our concerns and solving whatever issues come up. Maintenance is timely and knowledgeable. The grounds are kept organized and neat and housekeeping cleans the staircases and windows daily. We are very happy we call Fountainview home!

Fountainview Apartments has been our home for 8 1/2 years. Our neighbors are friendly, the grounds are immaculate and the staff are helpful and courteous. I moved here since sept 1, 2016. Moving from owning my own home, I was really skeptical about this transition. But to my surprise the leasing staff AJ, Eileen, and Chris along with the maintenance personnel made it a pleasant experience. I was worried about parking but there is ample parking. I always get a space right in front my building OMG the rooms are SO Large. The grounds and court yard are well maintained. Every morning the housekeeping staff are cleaning the hallway and exit glass doors of each apt building. For the few times I had to call for a maintenance repair they responded immediately. I love the fact that I have washer and dryer in my apartment. Matter of fact I'm loving my apartment period!!!!!!
