Property Ratings at Four Hills Apartments
We lived here for six years and it was one of the best apartment living experiences we have had. Claudia is a great manager! The property is well maintained and clean! The neighbors are also nice and it is a safe place.
If you like noisy, rude, rowdy neighbors that shake your walls 24/7, kids that leave trash everywhere, neighbors that let their dogs poop all over the property & bark constantly, and management that doesn't care if you're running an unlicensed daycare or have everyone you know living in your apartment with you as long as your rents paid on time, then this is the place for you! If, however, you expect quiet hours to be followed, maximum occupancy laws to be followed, the carport spaces to be available, rather than taken up by neighbors' guests, and a safe and clean complex, then look elsewhere. The maintenence man works very hard cleaning up after tenants' kids and dogs, but none of the rules in your lease are ever followed or enforced by management, unless it has to do with your rent.

Management works hard to take care of the people and property and to follow the law when enforcing the rules and regulations. Unfortunately, the process takes more time than we sometimes wish, in order to be fair and provide an opportunity to cure. Please rest assured that management does care and does enforce its reasonable rules in a fair, consistent and confidential manner.
Apartment buildings are well maintained. They are very safe for family and friends. Lots of stores and park nearby. Swimming pool is always a plus, well maintained, lounge chairs, and clean. The staff is like family and always willing to help. Great views of the mountains and desert areas.
