Moved here and fell in love with the price, location, and apartments. BUT, our location within the complex is HORRIBLE. If you are “lucky” like us and get an apartment on the back by the trees and stream, hope you don’t have a spider phobia/ or bug phobia at all. There’s absolutely ZERO parking back here, but tons of space always open in the front area. Management recently had the parking lot done and tons of parking space was removed and made into no parking areas. There’s tons of humidity in the apartment as well, we had to get a dehumidifier to soak up the excess moisture. Doesn’t matter what temperature the thermostat is at, it’s either super hot or super cold. Also, the walls are paper thin, I can hear everything my neighbors above me and beside me do. I also can hear every tire and engine on the freeway next to us. I CANNOT wait till our lease is up, hopefully there’s an opening in another area of the complex or we are leaving Four Pointe.
Lived there for a year. Had to have place sprayed multiple times for cockroaches crawling out of vents. Terrible parking.
Heather is the one and most beautiful angle on earth. The position of assistant manager fit her to the brim. She has a great personality. Welcoming, people's person. She really knows how to interact with people. Four point will go far in business if she is the the forefront of the apartment. Keep it up.
Safer to live in the hood that in the Four Pointe Apartments, they have no security monitoring in the complex and a lot of drug activity!!!
WARNING!!!! This is the worse place I have ever lived. Area is becoming not so great.They almost never answer the phone in the office. The office staff is rude. Parking situation is horrible. Serious spider problem. The community trash is always stacked up outside the compactor. Packages are stolen all the time.They processed my rent payment out of my account 3 times online because of an error with they’re system.They now give me crap just for a copy of my money order because I now take me rent in to them. My first neighbors across the hall would stacked their trash up outside their door all the time and then it would be scattered and in front of mine. They let their dog relieve itself right on my mat in front of my door. The walls are paper thin so we would hear them arguing. After they moved the people that moved in after them had traffic in and out of their apartment all times of night and day.I assume drug activity because it was sometimes some of the same people but a lot of new faces all the time as well. They moved or were put out after only a few months of living there and dumped a busted up safe in the bushes just in the back of us. It looked like they had robbed someone and dumped the safe.Above us have their music so loud during the day and through the night. I’ve had to call Columbus police every week several times a week about the noise because they have a subwoofer on in the middle of the night during the week and weekend. I’ve notified the management by verbal and written complaints because the police say they can come out and go up and ask them to turn it down but the management are the only ones that can put a stop to it. I've called their corporate office only to have them tell me that the staff in the rental off say they didn’t know what I was talking about. Which means they just discard my written complaints I took into them and the corporate office also did nothing nor did they address them just discarding my complaints. I’ve even called the rental office during their office hours about the noise and they don’t address it. I’ve put in maintenance request both by voicemail and gone in to the office and they have yet to send anyone out I didn’t waste my time writing this long review just to be spiteful these are all real issues that I’ve experienced living here.
I just moved in and so far I'm loving my new place. Heather th assistant mnager is absolutely fabulous. She made the move in process a breeze. She is very warm, friendly, and personable. I was not however to impressed with the Apartment manager. He could use some "bedside" mannerism classes on how to treat and interact with people. If you want something done go to Heather. The apartment was clean and nice. I fell in love with my walk in closet, it's like a small bedroom. I'm so glad I found this place.
I have lived in this area for years and when they built this place I knew this is the place to call home. My neighbors are amazing, the staff is amazing Heather and Aaron have done so much they make it feel like it's family here!
After reading the some of the "bad reviews" I still was going to give Four Point a try. Well shame on me!!! The office staff wants to act like their professional but their not. The right hand don't know what the left hand is doing or saying. I was given wrong information from Sandy, who said she received the information from Aaron the MANAGER. Which in turned cost me money that I didn't have to spend if I was just provided the correct information in the first place. Communication is VERY important. I'm not the one that usually complains but this experience was HORRIBLE! I definitely will be taking my concerns to a higher level.
We need more trash cans the trash is outside for days until the trash come this community is to nice for that invest in more trash cans I have a photo of it but it won't allow me to upload it on here
Way too expensive for how terrible this place is!!! Have had nothing but awful experience living here. The management is very unprofessional and never answers their phones! Maintanace walks right into your home without knocking or letting you know in advance.. which made me very uncomfortable being a female how stays at home with my young daughter. Lots of people's apartments and cars have been broken into! Also someone was stabbed outside my door and there is still blood there from that..... The only thing going for these apartments is that they are new but they aren't even new anymore people have lived in them so...would highly recommend DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
First off, When I first moved here, Ardent was our management. and Elaine, our leasing office lady was AMAZING! she returned my calls promptly. Was quick with letting us know the changes. But soon as Oakwood Management came in, it has gone down hill. It seems like the leasing office is only open Monday-Thursday because no one answers the phone Friday - Monday Afternoon. The dumpster is even out of control. Somehow the trash is over flowing. There is trash all over the place outside of the dumpster. flowing into the street. There is so Much that's happened to the place. The quality has left. JUST DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!! it was nice before oakwood took over. Im looking forward to breaking my lease and moving elsewhere. if anything STAY AWAY
I love my new apartment and kelly is LIFE She's so sweet and helped me with everything I got moved in the same day as applying I love the area and all my neighbors speak and are kind the 24 hour gym is great I love it here so happy with moving here
The apartments units here have molding issues. After two months of informing the leasing office of my mold issue, they've finally decided to take action. I wouldn't waste the time or energy in looking into living here. Do yourself a favor and go look elsewhere. Also the folks in the leasing office are rude and unprofessional. Not the same folks who were chippy, happy and profession when I came to look at these apartments.
I absolutely love my apartment.. They are brand new, so cute & affordable! All the employees are so polite... Especially Kellie! She was such a great help! So happy I made the decision to move in! (Even though it was clear before I even I took a tour!)
Was informed that two One Bedrooms were available. Scheduled an appointment for 5pm with the leasing agent and confirmed all requirements over the phone. Arrived for my appointment at 5pm to a front leasing office agent that hadn't remembered they had an appointment at 5pm nor had recorded any of my information during our previous call, then informs me that none of the apartments what we had discussed were available, while also simultaneously diving quite deep into fabricated excuses as to why I wasn't called to be informed of the availability change nor any remorse of an apology for blatantly wasting my time. Sure they are new but there is something to be said for excuses and the way management handles their business, proceed with caution on this one.
