Property Ratings at Four Seasons
Where to begin. First off, don’t expect to actually be able to use the onsite laundry because you’ll have to dish out 5 dollars and 4 cycles (2 hours of time) to get one load dry. Second, when the seasons change, it will take the management some time to get to turn on or off the air conditioning. Central cooling is really great but most likely you’ll be having to live with 90 degree days with no A/C before they turn it on. On the other side, it will be 45 degrees outside and your air conditioning is still on full-blast. Keep in mind that this area is extremely close to central and crazy people come out of the woodwork at night. The windows that lead outside don’t have any bars to prevent break-ins and there have been several occasions where someone was screaming in the parking lot. Living here has been a learning experience. Look elsewhere.
I really like the convenience of living here, as a student at UNM. You really can't get much closer, and it's right next to the Frontier!
This apartment complex has a great location for University students and is reasonably priced. However, the management is bad. They are known to require extra payment for repairs (e.g., windows) where the renter was not notified beforehand and it was unclear if any work was actually done or even needed to be done! Faced with this, most poor and naive college students just bite the bullet and pay. There have also been problems with registered renters' vehicles being towed from the parking area and the management not accepting responsibility for the error.
