Manager is professional down to earth and dedicated to the upkeep of the apartments which is a good thing. We viewed one unit , liked it and wanted to rent it but they are not equipped to accept credit card payments or deposits hope they can do that in future because otherwise they have decent size 1/1
This place even has a play ground for my kids! Takes a huge load off me when I'm cooking dinner. I go to SBVC and i literally walk to school everyday. Good place for me and my family
I just moved in 3 months ago and I am surprised how well its been here for me. I'm a single mother and this place is next to the stores I go to so I don't even have to take the bus anywhere. When I moved in I had new carpet and the place was clean. Already had 2 of my family members go down and get approved for a place. Rent is cheaper than any place ive found in colton.
Ive lived here for 2 years. The manager has been very helpful and maintenance is always done when asked to be. I have never had any major problems and I have never felt unsafe here. I love where I live because its quiet. It a good deal for anybody with low income.
This is the worst apartment building ever. The manager turns off the water and doesn't notify the tenants 24 hours. The water is not clear it is brown. They expect the rent on time but violate many codes. The manager apartment has illegal rooms built and has a washer and dryer and in the lease states we are not supposed to have. Code INSPECTION needs to be called and I'm about to call real soon. This is not right at all. The manager is the old maintenance man who didn't ever do his job and now he still is not doing his job.

This is a disgruntled tenant who did not pay the rent and we had to evict. No one turns water off, unless it is the city doing work. How/why would a tenant know or even care how many rooms are in a manager's apartment and what makes them illegal? Sad, very disgruntled.

Tenant is disgruntled. We have tried to do everything we can to please, and correct. This is a 55 unit building and no complaints from other tenants.
