Excellent

This is my first full year of residing here and I'm proud to say with a big smile on my face that I made a great choice to move here. My neighbors are always so nice and friendly. When I had my surgery everyone was so kind and helpful to me, including the staff in maintenance, and our apartment management. There's not a day that I dont want to come home to my cozy and quite beautiful apartment. I'm new to the Kent area and with neighbors and staff like great I'm so blessed to call Four Seasons @Kent my Home Sweet Home.

Horrible

Continues to decline as management and maintenance only give excuses for why nothing gets done. Fire suppression system hasn't worked in over a year, we've heard every excuse in the book

Excellent management, beautiful facility. I’m very blessed to call Four Seasons my home.

Management has made me feel welcome and at home from my initial phone conversation, the application process to moving in my apartment. The facility is top notch beautiful and clean and I’m very happy about my decision to move here I love my apartment.

Thin walls and doors

Like I’ve said this place is built like a cheap outhouse. The walls and doors are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversations and their TVs and stereos. You can even hear your neighbor going to the bathroom. It’s definitely not worth the price ANY PRICE
