Property Ratings at Four Seasons Apartments & Townhomes
We've lived here for 2.5 years from 2022-2024. We've mostly enjoyed living here, but the below negatives all added up to the point where I would not recommend anyone to move here. * Quality of the Four Seasons has gone down since we moved there 2.5 years ago. * Rent has gone up considerably faster than inflation ($300 increase after the first year). No wonder that when we moved there all units were filled, now lots of them are empty. * Probably because of this, the type of tenants has changed. Many apartments are shared by larger groups of people (not families) sharing your apartments (presumably to split cost). * In our experience, some of these groups are loud, smoke on premises, and leave trash. * Don't expect any bicycle racks. Also, you're not allowed to keep items like bicycles on your patio where they'll cover the utility door. Just keep it in your bedroom I guess. Modern upscale apartment units have bike storage. * Trash collection service has been unreliable at times, and written complaints about this went unanswered. * Payment for water/trash has recently been switched to ConService. Along with this switch, this went up from $75/month a year ago to $100/month now. * Last but not least, the cleaning/painting fees are a joke. After paying $40,000 in rent and a $2,000 break lease fee, now we are being charged petty amounts for some spot cleaning, regular wear and tear, unnecessary carpet cleaning, and a paintjob. All small amounts up to ~$150 or so, adding up to $528. Why you think it is a good idea to charge this is beyond me. Apartment turnover costs are obviously included in rent. Charging these petty amounts seems bad business practice, and says a lot about the mindset of this company.
Sketchy maintenance! Appliances don’t work and they have yet to fix them! One maintenance guy likes to argue and tell you things are fine when they are not. Spa services got canceled but rent did not go down. Dog poop everywhere. They will nickel and dime with all sorts of fees! The media package is $109 and supposedly includes direct tv but you only get ads unless you upgrade but you cannot decline the directv part so you are forced to pay for it anyway!Over grown weeds all over the place! Select managers appear to be incompetent. Overrated and overpriced!!!!
Finding a new apartment with my GF was a nightmare, at least until we met Nimsi. We completed the entire application process in a day and I really couldn't be happier with our new apartment. The furnishings are modern, the apartment is clean, love the hardwood floor, the walls are freshly painted, and I'm just a fan of the aesthetic. Not to mention 3 different neighbors greeted us while moving in. They introduced themselves and even offered to help! We haven't even had time to check out all of the amenities yet but I know they're amazing because I've had friends live at Four Seasons before. Anyway, I'm excited to finally take pride in where I live!

Like a lot of people, I chose four seasons because of their ammenties and beautiful floor plans. Unfortunately, I learned after moving in that the luxury of the property was not worth dealing with such unprofessional management. Their staff is CONSTANTLY changing and things are often lost. There are a lot of extra fees that can seem unreasonable. I was sent to collections for a fee that I had been trying to pay for months. Thanks to four seasons poor management, my credit has taken a hit. I had called them countless times to make payments and was always met with a new employee confused and stating I owed nothing.when I assured them I I owed they would promise to get to the bottom of it and call me back. I waited months for them to finally figure it out and tell me that during those months it was sent to collections. Not a good place to live. Management is not helpful, not professional, and only care about is the money. Please consider anywhere else before signing here just due to the ammenties.

When I first moved into these apartments about a year ago they seemed very nice, a little overpriced, but overall a great find. I quickly found out after my first three months this was not the case. Quick fact,Four seasons is located right next to multiple farms. you may think that is irrelevant, but when if you live at four seasons you would know a tractor going full speed right outside your window till 1 a.m. will DRIVE YOU INSANE! the worst part is that if a tractor wasn't keeping me up, my neighbors were.Very poor quality insulation, if any at all. Something else to consider is, every one in Logan and their dog uses the Four Season pool! good luck ever using that grill they have at the pool unless its 10 a.m. (I did use it with no one else around in the morning once). after they decided to raise rent by over a hundred dollars, that was the final straw. now a month later they are nickel and diming me out of my security deposit. DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS!!
Me and my husband love living at four seasons. We get a massage every month, access to the pool/hot tubs, and 24/7 gym access. The buildings were only built a few years ago so they look almost brand new. The rooms have vaulted ceilings, nice carpet, walk-in closet in the master, and stainless steel appliances. We love four seasons and would definitely recommend the apartments to anyone we know.
The apartment is nice with some decent amenities. Granite counter tops, newer finishes, pool, hot tub, grill and gym. The issue is how much you need to pay to live here, over $1000 a month for less than 900 square feet. They make you have cable and internet which is built into the rent, so you don't even get that as a savings even though they advertise free cable and internet. It is a side item to your rent. They have a lot of rules, a lot! When you violet said rules you get a note on your door like a child. The complexes hardly stay full, because of this they rent out to 6 to 7 college students in one apartment. Leading to a lot of partying and running through the halls late at night. There are a few pluses but even those are limited. The pool is closed quite a bit and the gym isn't very expansive. They bill that 4 Seasons as a luxury living resort but in reality it is not really worth the money. The management is nice and helpful and will even negotiate with you when it is time to lease or re sign a lease which is a plus and they do allow dogs and cats. Something that most places will not allow.
