Property Ratings at Four Seasons
I get $733 a month from my disability, my rent is $400 a month. I have a 14 year old child to feed, clothe, and buy things for, not including myself and house supplies. These are the cheapest apartments around my town. The are run down, the building I am in leans 25 inches to the left! The carpet is so old the tack strips are completely rotted, when I vacuum my floor I have to readjust my carpet because it moves. The cabinets are falling apart, my air condition unit is rigged horribly with exposed wiring. There are spots on my ceiling from leaks, There is no sufficient lighting, the bathroom had mold growing, the toilet constantly runs, the tile is broken in the shower and on the floor. The heating element in the stove is broke(cant use my oven). The maintenance man is a local guy who I don't even think is licensed. These are government operated apartments for people with low income and even people with low income cannot afford to live here. $733 a month like most people get that live here with disability are losing there place to live because its just too much. With the rent light bill food and other costs it is just unbelievable!
