Property Ratings at Meadowview Apartments & Townhomes
I would give it zero stars but that’s not an option. Maintenance are the laziest people on earth. If you have an issue in your unit you’d be better off fixing it yourself. The a/c doesn’t work properly. Vents in bathroom don’t work. Water pressure is as strong as a small water gun. Leasing office has no sense of urgency when dealing with issues. Fridge broke and lost all my perishables and couldn’t get in contact with anybody.
Management is very friendly, the process was very quick! Management stuck with me every step of the way, keeping me up to date with everything which was awesome! Apartment is gorgeous, the flooring and lighting alone blows my mind! I think I will have some really good luck staying here in such a peaceful environment! I would definitely recommend. The key to a great living environment is Management who is there to answer questions and help you feel at home. That is exactly what they do here!
There is no newly renovate pool it was closed most times it was suppose to be open. the fitness centers gone and we never had a business center and still don't.

While it is true that we no longer have a fitness center, we do have a beautiful, newly renovated pool. After several surveys, we decided to discontinue the use of our fitness center as it was never used and our residents showed no interest. Also, prior to the Covid-19 crisis, our pool was open and available from 10:00 a.m. until 6 p.m. daily. Our Clubhouse was available to our residents where they were able to conduct business using our computers, printers, and wi-fi.
Had some some problems but fixed. Nice place to live.
I moved to Four Seasons Villas a couple of weeks ago. My overall experience has been a positive one The management team is great Both are very nice people who go out of their way to accommodate you. The apartment is quiet and very clean and I feel blessed to have found it!
What a previous tenant wrote about what are shown in the pictures is not what you’ll be living in is very true. Very old apartments with dirty white tile, old windows that do not stay open on there own, no screens, cold dirty water, crappy paint job throughout the house and the pipes are old and rusty...the list goes on. I’ve had to put in so many work orders for things to get fixed which is unfair. I wish I never moved here. The ad for the apartments are very misleading. The downstairs stay cold and is very difficult to keep warm and by the time you get the downstairs warm or cooled the upstairs is the total opposite. They will come fix things if you ask but if you complain too much it’s an issue. Thwy claim to be so busy but they don’t forget to send the email about the rent being due. They don’t provide you with the proper paperwork. I’ve been waiting on paperwork for weeks and still have not received it but they claim to be working on it. They are nice people. Very polite and the neighbors are good. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. People work hard to pay their bills and when you’re promised a certain quality and are mislead and made to feel bad when putting in a work order when they know they should have never moved anyone into an apartment that was not ready to be moved in. I wouldn’t want to move into another apartment with all the issues I’ve had with this apartment because I’m afraid the next apartment they put me in will be worse. I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can move. I give this place a 1.5 stars out of 5. because you’re not living in the streets and it seems safe with no violence or neighbor issues. Very quiet neighbors and the children that play in the neighborhood aren’t disrespectful.
I was killing time at the interned and decided to take a look at the comments about the property where I live and I found one in particular that definitely does not go with what Four Seasons Villas really is or it may be some situation that made the people in charge not look very good. Having the knowledge that nothing is perfect, I think that the comment made yesterday about this property is unfair and that it must have been a misunderstood. I have been living here for 3 years and I have been witnessing the good changes that this property has had since then. The maintenance and administration team are great, friendly and cordial with the whole community. I hope that these new residents have the opportunity to live a good experience in the time they are in this community just like I do every day. Anyway, I apologize if my point of view is not liked by someone, but there are times in life when we should do the right thing. Thank you.
I decided to take a tour of four seasons villas based on these reviews but now that I live here I find them to be a little misleading or not as detailed as they should be. First things first there are roaches! From the time my partner and I paid our deposit we've had problems. The management team gives dishonest, conflicting, and wrong information. For example when we viewed the apt we were told the unit we were getting would be exactly the same as the one we viewed. This unit had carpet, lovely weathered gray floors, and stainless steel appliances. No joke, as soon as I handed the manager our deposit he told us that unit we would rent would have white tile floors in the living room (you won't find any pics of that online) and the rest would look the same. I expressed that we were told something different and that it wasn't cool bc it wasn't the place we fell for. He responded with a solution of getting a different unit prepared. The manager went in to detail about how sexy and fabulous the place would be and gave me a move in date (Jan 15th) that he knew he could never meet. This all happened on Dec 21.We waited patiently and about 10 days before it's time to move in I call to verify that everything is ok. I'm informed that they were unable to get things done and that we will have to move in Feb 1st. A week before that date we get a call to come "check out the place" to make sure we like it before we move in. On Jan 26th I take off of work only to view a debris filled kitchen with no cabinets and most of downstairs covered with cardboard boxes, both bathrooms looked like a demolition project. So We sign the lease bc we're desperately in need of a place to stay by this point. We're given the wrong keys for our place and have to go back to the office to get the right key lol. We are also told to take our lease to the post office to get mailbox keys that no one mentioned would be $22. Also the building is pretty old and it's hard to keep the unit warm all the windows and doors have gaps that keep cold air flowing in. There's also a hole in the fence behind our place which seems hella unsafe. Overall the location is good and mins away from everything but I feel sad that this is the place I have to live now and I hope I can help someone else not feel like this.

Mrs. Greene, We want to thank you for taking the time to write about us. We are sorry that we have not been able to fill your expectations during the process to move in to our property. We are very flattered that by this means people can express their feelings in public to improve any uncomfortable situation. We also want to take this opportunity to welcome you to our community and to invite you to our office at your best convenience, so we can have a chance to take the necessary measures to make your home a better and more pleasant place. Please be aware that we have a system for extermination of insects that has always been very effective. It is a permanent treatment for all units and we also do treatment in the units by request for our residents with our regular process of maintenance work orders. We are very sorry for the confusion that could have occurred during and through the days of preparation of your residence unit and again we invite you to stop by our office to be able to listen and clarify this confusion in detail. We will always be willing to remedy everything that is our responsibility. In general, we apologize and hope we can have the opportunity to show who we really are and how we care for our community and our residents. Once again, thank you very much. Best regards, Leasing Professional
I moved here about 4 months ago from Serenity Apartments and living here has been like a breath of fresh air. The office and maintenance staff here are very attentive and they actually care about their resident's concerns. Maintenance turn around is usually done within the same week, unless it is an emergency and then it is usually within 48 hours. The property manager actually listens when you have an issue with a neighbor who is not being respectful of their noise levels. At the apartment, I used to live in, I would get the line "that's just apartment living," but not here. They actually take note of your concerns and will act on them. For the most part, it is very quiet here and I really enjoy it. I am looking forward to living here for years to come.
