My experience with Fourteen 01 has been okay so far. I’ve had several issues with my unit that haven’t been fully addressed, even though it’s been a week since I moved in. I understand that things take time, but I wasn’t able to see the unit beforehand due to a ‘toilet’ issue, and I wish I had, so I could have addressed these problems before moving in. I’ve put in multiple work orders and spoken to different staff members, but I’m still waiting for these issues to be fixed.

From the beginning to the end I have experienced nothing but pleasure from the leasing team in the office to the maintenance supervisor coming over to explain how the ac works. Such a nice place to call home !

I love the renovations that they’re doing to the property. The units are very nice. The property is well kept from trash and . I appreciate you keeping the gym clean and the dog park. I’ve been living here two years and no complaints. I am very satisfied here at 1401. Thank you for all you do 1401 staff you are the best.

Had an after hours Maintenace emergency and Anthony was here within an hour! He got the sink back up cleared quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. The leasing team even called me the next day to make sure everything was good! What service!

I have moved to Fourteen01 apartment in 2021, to a 2 bedroom Apartment. No one bothers me. Community is very quiet. I have now decided to transfer to a one Bedroom. And Oh! It's Big and Beautiful. I Love It!

I’ve lived here for 3 years. The community overall is very quite, I have had few negative run-ins with neighbors and they have been pumping money into renovations, which is much appreciated because rental rates have increased $600 in those 3 years. The staff is prompt, private, professional and policy focused. The location is great as you’re 10 minutes from Downtown, 7 minutes from Universal and 3 minutes from 408 or I-4 which will take you anywhere in the state. I still think we are probably just over the edge on what would be a good deal vs getting ripped off on the cost of rent to quality ratio. If they weren’t putting money back into the complex then it would be a way different story.

This is my first time at Fourteen 01 Apartments,so far I enjoy it here and it's really quiet also the atmosphere is nice.
I didn’t have an enjoyable experience the entire time that I had been a resident. I had noisy neighbors above me who I complained on multiple times, front office visits, and spoke with myself, never resolved. There were multiple times where there were significant additional fees added to my rent where I had to visit the office, email, and threaten to get legal involved in order to get resolved. No apology on management’s end. My gate key probably worked 3 months out of the year which remained unresolved with multiple visits to the office. Raccoons infestations where trash was scattered down the breezeway which I cleaned and AC not properly working for the last month. I moved. I had enough.

If you take nothing else away from this review please at least listen to this: STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS HELLHOLE, TURN 180 DEGREES AND BOOK IT. With that out of the way let me explain. At first moving here was great, the people are friendly and the apartments are clean, however management is the worst group of blood suckers I have ever seen in my life. they will attempt to nickle and dime you for every little thing and god forbid you ask them for anything because they will find a way to charge you thousands for it. It only gets worse the longer you stay, they will increase your rent, fees, insurance every chance they get until your are bled dry. Do not rent here.

I love this community it's very quiet and friendly and the apartment is beautiful and pet friendly. I feel quite at home here. There are stores a 5 minute drive away and, if needed, a bus stop close by. I'm so glad I moved here!

Fourteen01 Apartments is a gem! The complex is located near Publix, Walmart, it’s close to the mall of Millenia and universal, banks and the post office. The staff is pleasant and professional. Highly recommended! I have been here for 4 years. No complaints!

Very nice staff who work to get problems resolved. The complex is quiet and a stones throw away from Universal. I'm glad I live in such a peaceful community. The fact that people stay here a long time says a lot about the complex.

We have the best of both worlds. Friendly, small community not too far from downtown & right next to Universal. Great management & staff. Grounds are well kept, nice pool & workout room.

Large apartment and huge patio. We loved our three bedroom apartment we had here. The staff was wonderful and we had a great time there. Had to move out of town or would still be there. :)

Very nice place to make your home very kid friendly, nearby grocery stores just minutes away from down town and office employees always ready to assist with any issues. I do recommend Fourteen01 to all my friends and family.

Been over here almost a year very nice and quiet neighborhood the office staff is very helpful and they are on time about fixing whatever wrong. The atmosphere is very clean and peaceful. I like the space and very open.

Been a resident for over a year now, had no problems so far, if something is wrong in the apartment, maintenance will do it literally the next day, neighbor are nice and peaceful. It really feels like home to me

Spacious floor plan and very affordable prices. I have lived here since 2021 and have always had all work orders completed in a timely manner. All the staff are very nice and office is always clean and welcoming.

Very nice community, love the crew that keeps the property clean, it seem to be a safe community The residents are nice to each other and I never had a problem with my deliveries be left at the front.

It has been a great experience so far. My neighbor is pretty quiet, and i've never had any problems with pest, noise etc.Definitely would recommend to a friend.

The staff is great!! They are why I keep on renewing. They are so friendly and professional. The apartment is cozy and homey. Plenty of room and storage. Great parking throughout and the pool is the amazing!! I most definitely recommend!!
