Property Ratings at Fourth Street Apartments
I ended up getting mold in my apartment. So did the tenant prior to me and they sent the city out to do an inspection and they said they found nothing. No one said anything to me but the neighbor upstairs. It now happened to me and they are lying to my insurance company. They are flat-out lying!!!!! The worst management team I have ever had. The cleaning person has left and now the building rarely gets cleaned, backed up pipes, washers and dryers break down all the time, locks on the doors are broken. Bad Business.
I just moved in here. First, these pictures are weird because the map makes it look like it's in Downtown LA. Second, those pictures are not of any of the units in here because I've seen a few of them, so I'm not sure why they are misleading it so much. Third, & most importantly, this place is infected with MOLD!!!!! Not all the units, but some of them (unfortunately mine). Also, it's such an old building that you can hear everyone. The management company SUCKS and doesn't have enough people working to get to your concerns ever. This honestly is a terrible place do not waste your money or time here. I am hopefully not staying long and seriously concerned about my health.
