Property Ratings at 8248 Rockwell Avenue
Nancy is respectful and responsive. Maintenance is also timely and responsive. Grounds are kept clean.
I've had my eyes on this apartment complex since 2015, and I had never been so excited as the day I moved in at 2017. Since then I've loved every moment of this place. It's just so peaceful and it's nice to be on a cul-de-sac so close to the forest. I mean, I've seen deer while getting into my car. How many people get to say that? The rooms are also spacious and get so much natural light that you don't need to turn on your lights until it's pitch black. Also a very pleasant neighborhood where you can befriend your neighbors, and great area for both kids and dog lovers. Nancy is a phenomenal landlord, she is always on top of her game and makes sure both her property and tenants are well provided for. Not to mention you get brand new appliances! Most importantly, Nancy does not cut corners. Everything in her apartments are high quality and if anything breaks she immediately replaces them with a new version. Honestly she's so great at what she does that she can't get rid of her tenants! Sometimes they just upgrade to her newer, luxury apartments which is what I'm doing. Honestly, I've never been so upset to leave a place before, but I'm an hour away from work and the commute is just too much, which is why I'm relocating. However, I am excited that I get to live in her brand new apartments in the city. It might seem a little pricey at first, but honestly it's a completely fair price with everything you get out of this place. You don't just get an apartment, you get a home.

We thank you for taking the time to give us such good comments and we are happy to know that you feel comfortable in your apartment.
I LIVE HERE FOR TWO YEARS WITH MY SON IS A SAFE PLACE WITH MANY GREEN AREAS PEOPLE ARE NICE I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO MOVE
The manager here is greedy and psychotic. They would nickel and dime you for every little thing. In addition, the place is roach infested. I lived here for one year and it was a complete nightmare. You are allowed to have dogs and that is fine if the pet owners are responsible for them. One lady had ten cats that just wandered the hallways urinating on the carpets. At this place, people would leave and the dogs would bark for hours and hours. When you call the manager she would do nothing about it. There was on three different occasions dog feces just lying on the hallway floor. An exterminator was called on multiple occasions but to no avail. We were told "well, it's an apartment building and they could be coming from anywhere". They have two washers for an entire building and were never available. The place reminded me of a dumpy college dorm. The free gas is a joke because it would only be turned in for a few months. Even if you wanted to turn it on you couldn't. One parking spot no matter if there were two adults with two cars. If someone were to visit you and parked in the lot the car would be towed immediately and you had to pay a few hundred dollars to get it back. At first appearance I thought it looked nice but once I was locked into a lease I realized all the issues the place had. I just want to warn others to rent anywhere but Fox Chase Park apartments.
