Office staff are friendly and responsive, onsite maintenance is prompt, community is quiet, and landscaping is well maintained!
Muy agradecido con el trato de sus trabajadores y buen lugar muy tranquilo y limpio y si tenemos alguna duda nos dirigimos a la oficina y con buen trato y cariño nos reciben Gracias
This was a good property for the cost. The apartments is smaller than many and they have no storage...just two closets...which unlike their website says are NOT walk in. Noise and smells are an issue. They included cable, trash and water. Cushman & Wakefield took over in Aug 2022 and we started seeing more people moving out. They throttled the water pressure...my guess is they installed equipment so they can stop paying for water and pass that on to tenets on top of rent. Then we got a renewal notice with a 26% increase. Now we know why they are losing tenents. For what they are charging now you can get a larger apartment with more storage and more amenities. They are not worth what they are now charging I likely will continue big rent hikes. Would advise looking elsewhere. You'll get a lot more for your money.
I love it here! I've lived here for 10 months, and I must say it's amazing. I love Heather and Dinah they are so good when it comes to communicating. The maintenance stays on top of everything, it is quiet and Very CLEAN. I've recommended my best friend to come live here. Everything is intact, and a big plus for me, is that I'm always able to get whatever needs fixing in my apartment before I get home. Great management and staff!
We have been living here almost a year and we love our apartment! Fantastic schools and value. The staff takes great care of the property and the residents!
My boyfriend & I just moved into a 2 bed 1 bath last Tuesday and it’s been nothing shy of great! A few things needed to be fixed when we did our move-in check list (dip pans on stove & towel rack in bathroom) nothing too big. Neighbors are nice, everyone is so quiet! People in the office are great & so nice! Really love it here! Definitely recommend!
Fox Creek has been 5 star. I have Live here for year now. The office and maintenance staff are always pleasant and prompt. The neighborhood is peaceful and clean. The only downside there is no way to pay rent online. However, I love to always touch base with our office staff. I call it the hidden gem because of its afforadability and great upkeep. Most people dont move until the purchase of there first home those are my plans exactly. You cant beat cable, water/sewer, trash, and rent all in one. Its a life saver. Thank you Fox Creek for being a great community. Current Resident Sherrie J.
I do not recommend it, the apartments stink with cigarettes permanently, the walls of the bathrooms have mold and you have to spray them with chlorine permanently. They never do maintenance to the air conditioners ... Really the only good thing is the location! If you have children, I would not move them to this place When you leave if you are careless they charge you up to the thoughts!
Lived here for 1 year. It was the only place that would take me within a few hours (where I was suppose to live had a pipe burst). I had a dog and there weight limit at the time was I believe 40 lbs (shes about 55 lbs) but they allowed it as long as she wasn't an aggressive breed. They didn't ask to see her or see any rabies vac information. I moved in that day with no problems. Pros: Its super quiet, at least where the 1 Bedrooms are. It looked and felt like no one even lived there. If you are late on rent, just let the office know. They seemed to be pretty easy about it as long as you aren't super late and let them know ahead of time. Has free [basic] cable. Maintenance workers came the next day whenever I needed them to. If they had to come into your apartment, they let you know like 1-2 days before. Usually they come in and check the fire detectors and change the air filters things. Some apartments if not all come with W/D connections. Easy to get to walmart and on a good day can be at the mall in 5 minutes. Very easy to get on highways and close to LOTS of small shopping centers and obviously Hanes Mall BLVD where theres even a Sams club and Costco. Cons: The W/D connection in a 1 bedroom is literally your closet. Its under 600 sq ft and I paid $519 monthly. literally was like living in a big studio or a super small 1 bedroom. Def other places cheaper and bigger. No garbage disposal in the sink. No ventilation in the bathroom. So when you use the bathroom or shower, you have to have the door open because MOLD can occur. The showers are really small. Plumbing is alright, I always have to flush twice though but apartments said that there wasn't much they could do. There isn't even REAL tiles or real granite counter tops, its the kind that looks like it. Any spills better be cleaned up quick because it will stain. The carpet is cheap carpet, but was fine overall. Some dog owners didn't care to pick up waste and will literally look the other way, but now it seems to have gotten better that those tenants are no longer there. Overall, being under 25 YO and single it was a nice and quiet community. It was small overall and couldn't have people over because there wasn't even room to put a small table in. It needs some updates but was fine overall. Just the rent needs to be lowered if its going to be that small. If you need something close to everything and small and don't mind the rent its a good place to live. Office staff was nice always and friendly.
I moved to Fox Creek Apartments in May this year. To be closer to work and family. I thought that's all but after I looked at where it was at I realized that this is amazing. Its less then 15 mins from work, 3 Walmarts, Movie theater, family, Target, and alot more. I believe it got even better after finding out what all they have. They have pool, which I haven't used yet because I've been busy with work. Dog friendly almost all breads. Even other animals. I have a dog and its a great place for her and me. Theres a park for the kids right next tothe pool. They have a laundry mat, or if you have your own washer and dryer, they have connections for them. They have 1 bedroom with 1 bath, 2 bedrooms with 1 bath, and 3 bedrooms with 2 bath. What's cool is they price its only 619 for 2 bedrooms but it includes basic time warner cable, water, sewer and trash. All I have to pay for us internet and power. Which my power bill is really cheap even keeping the air on all the time. So if your looking for a great place this is where you want to come to. The Staff are nice people. There's so much more.
I just moved in, in may and the place is great. Its quite and really the people here are extremely nice. They have a pool, which I haven't went to yet but I plan to soon. I also like that free basic cable is included with rent. What made it even better is that they allow dogs. Plus I'm less then 15 mins from everything: work, mall, movie theater, 3 walmarts, target etc. This place has been the place for me and I hope you really consider Fox Creek.
Now don't get me wrong , I understand apartment living , but some things really get under my skin when it comes to signing a lease and following the basic common courtesy rules. Some basics that we agreed to when we signed our lease but are not inforced are as follows (and keep in mind this is just what I see and hear around my building) Dog feces are supposed to be picked up , not left where kids play , so they can step in it. There are bees EVERYWHERE , I mean more than normal. Like don't leave a window cracked for any amount of time or you'll be pulling over on the side of the road with 2 bees & 2 screaming children. If the dumpster is full and also many times when it's not , neighbors just throw their bags of trash on the ground , which animals get into at night , which in turn ends up everywhere including in fron of my apartment , which I end up having to pick up. -__- There have also been many occasions that we have found glass beer bottles broken by the dumpster , our 3 year old brought me 2 bootlegger bottles from our "back yard" Parking - forget it. Our neighbors went from having 2 occupants to more than we can count in the last couple of weeks , in and out all day and all night. Therefore we hardley get to park anywhere near our door. They are always "spraying for bugs" and "pest control" yet I've seen more spiders , crickets and rolly polly bugs in my house than I do outside. Our 5 year old had a brand new pink scooter , that was stolen from beside my front door , the very first night she had it. We found a capped needle in the parking lot in front of the laundry room. Just this past week , there was a dead rabbit under a bush beside the steps leading to the apartments above us. A cleaning crew comes a couple times a month , cleans up trash , they blow leaves and what not , just make sure everything is "clean." From my couch , my blinds were open , I watched 2 different men see that dead rabbit and leave it , I guess I was suppose to dispose of it , and still left broken glass around the dumpster. So will all the negative there are also a few positives , the pool is very convenient , lots of chairs , bathroom drink machine and to have so many people in one complex with a very small pool , I have yet to see it crowded. They do offer free cable and who doesn't like free. Although small , I love love love my kitchen , the countertops with the black appliances are perfect. If you have children , there are tons of kids here. All in all, decent place.
