Steeped in history and unique culture, Baltimore is among America’s most culturally-rich cities. Centuries spent as a major port city have contributed to a diverse mix of influences, resulting in the eclectic range of food and art found in Baltimore today. The relatively compact layout of the city makes life a bit easier for pedestrians and cyclists — it also means that, even though the city is home to over 600,000 people, it retains the feel of a much smaller community. The city’s neighborhoods display a huge degree of variety, ranging from rowhouses to high-rise apartments to charming suburban subdivisions.
It’s an excellent city for sports fans, with the Orioles and the Ravens representing Baltimore in the big leagues. The arts community is quite active in Baltimore as well, largely thanks to the Maryland Institute College of Art and the huge Artscape festival that draws thousands every May.

Property Ratings at Fox Crossing Apartments
Living here the past 4 months has been a miserable experience. I wish I could afford to break my lease. Constant maintenance issues (HVAC, plumbing, etc.), total lack of communication from leasing (no heads up with disruptions to water service etc.; radio silence when I’ve tried contacting several times thru phone, text, and emails), oh and there was a stabbing on the floor below me which took way longer than it should have to clean up that bloody mess. Warning to all: Fox Crossing is hell.
I lived here a few yrs ago and was saddened to have had to move due to pest and maintenance issues. I seen the place 2022 and new management spent LOTS of money on renovations and pulling this place back together. I loved the area since it is so safe around here. These apartments are not what they used to be, I've been back almost 2 years and I'm happy to be back home.
roaches and mice. management don't do nothing horrible apartments
They got roaches AND mice. They will enter your apartment and the management will do nothing about it. Save yourself.
I have live here for over 20+ years. When I moved in the management was 5 stars and attended to your needs. Now at present you can hardly get anyone in the office they are mostly out or leave early when you come in to pay the rent. As far as putting in a maintenance request they come at their leisure which could be in a few days when they are right there and don't call you to tell you when they will be there. I do not recommend this a place to move into.
This is my first time writing a review, I never do it because I never felt the need to until now. I must admit when I first moved into fox crossing the leasing staff was very nice but they didn’t last long. There has been 4 different new property managers less than a year. This place is so UNORGANIZED !!!! First of all There is only 1 washer & 1 dryer downstairs in each building!!! After I moved in my apt within 2 months I Had no heat ! For the whole month of November. This place is disgusting nothing is done on time, the maintenance crew sucks! After they fixed my Heat shortly After that I had no hot water & the property manager at that time was fixing the issue but then that week someone new was in the office. I swear it’s like one thing after another. I only been here a year & I’m fed up with this place. Do NOT MOVE HERE ! The outside parking lots are filthy not to mention the nasty stinch in the hallway, it smells of weed, nasty cooked food and plain filth! I hate these apts & I’m so glad I’m moving !!!!! I will never recommend this apt to ANYBODY !!!!! There are way more nicer, cleaner, reasonable priced apts out there & fox Crossing is not IT !!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE !!!!!! So glad I’m moving !
Maintenance sucks! Jason was the best he was here over 10 years next thing I know he was gone I guess he saw the changes and got out. When property management owned it it was the best! You call the rental office never get a answer, leave a message don’t return calls. It’s a bunch of young people working in the leasing office, I miss Marybeth. Why do it lie in the profile? Where’s the Swimming Pool? When did they add washers & dryers I don’t have one! Laundry room have ONE WASHER AND ONE DRYER for each building and it 10 tenants to apartment a least give us five!!! For the price you pay it’s not worth it been here for 11 years gotta go peace ??
Moving in my experience was great with the property manager Kristal. Only living there for four months I can honestly say I will not be renewing my lease here or recommend this community to anyone!!! Rent is definitely overpriced for the amount of service you receive you will not get what you pay for, yes its quiet and looks nice from the outside but that is about it!!! Maintenance is horrible!!! Nothing is done in a timely manner I'm so over living here already and its only been 4 months!!! such a disgrace and very upsetting!
Fox crossing is Located in a great area i feel very safe in this area. The apartment was clean, all necessities were there.the staff is very friendly and respectful
as far as square feet apartments are competitive... but not with amenities. no patio to grill, no community center, workout room etc a lot of communities in 15 minute driving range have better amenities.
FOR RENT BEING PAID THERE ARE RENTALS IN THE AREA THAT INCLUDE A HALF BATH AND OR WASHER/ DRYER IN UNIT, A COMMUNITY ROOM OR WORK OUT ROOM.
