Good luck getting any kind of notice for when they turn water on and off for maintenance, the pool is NEVER open and they cant even get it to pass inspection, they decide when the washers and dryers are open and theyve closed the laundry room in the middle of people washing several times, had to wait to go get my clothes, and there's gun violence almost every night.

ABSOLUTELY Horrible!!!! Do not be enticed by lower rents as compared to other complexes. They raise the rent every year, however they don't update or even do basic maintenance for that matter. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere

They alright they need to to do better with communication and need to be more understanding with the Tenants

My power was on and off ALWAYS and it wasn’t because of Alabama Power. Their breakers were always having an issue in the town house. They didn’t want to cover my food in my fridge. They NEVER show up to fix anything in the home. It’s a waste of money, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

This apartment complex is a great place to live , at first I was skeptical because of the area but don’t let that fool you , nothing bad happens out here , it’s friendly & the staff are very nice , I applied & got move in within 2 weeks . Dina and Lauren respond at your request , it’s a great place to live and very affordable!!!

I never had any problems with them, if I did everything was fixed within 2 hours. Quite neighborhood. And lovely neighbors. I would recommend to anyone especially college students.

This is the worst apartment complex ever, I have had over a dozen problems in the past year that I have been living here. My biggest problem out here is the huge pest issue! There are spiders, lizards and roaches coming in the cracks and it’s cracks all over the house!

This is the worst complex that I have ever lived. The lady in the office is rude and speaks to everyone like they are inferior to her. Her attitude is beyond cold. She will even snap at you for no reason at all! I would hate to see her if I really had an issue in my apartment. Stay away from this place!

I use to enjoy living here, but the new staff which work at the office have a major attitude problem. They are rude and very short, each time I try to speak to them. I even noticed that them acting the same way toward potential tenants, and very condescending toward them. If they continue to act in this unprofessional and disrespectful manner, I may consider moving elsewhere. It is obvious they do not not care at all about the residents here. I used to find the office staff a pleasure to speak with, but not anymore.

I have been living in the complex for about 2 years. The change in management and staff has caused a tremendous change in the property. When I downsized from a townhouse to a one bedroom apartment they made sure that all of my needs were taken care of! Communication with the staff is easy and they are very understanding. The property has been through internal and external changes and they have all been for the growth of the complex. I am extremely happy here and I feel very safe with the 24 hour surveillance in the neighborhood.

Do not believe the advertisements on this website. This location is not safe. We moved our son into these apartments and were told that it was under new management. We were also told that the area where he was placed was going to be fully rented. My son was robbed twice, once by gun point and the second time the door was just kicked in. We were told that there were cameras on the premises, but of course nothing was captured. In addition they do not repair things in a timely fashion. There was still standing water in the bathtub which had been reported a month prior. We should have known that this was not a good location as there were little to no cars in the parking lot. A clear indication that there were few occupants. My advise do not move in!

This apartment complex has a wonderful staff base in the leasing office, they make sure that all your needs are met in a timely fashion. It is located right next to a local grocery store so that the travel is a short distance. One thing that I can say is they make sure they provide 24 hour security to ensure your safety. The court yard is wonderful where you will be able to walk through, and the pool area is nice and clean. The rooms are a nice size and the kitchen and living room are huge!
