Saginaw is a Central Michigan community with lots of comforting conveniences. Once a prospering lumber town, it soon became a thriving car manufacturing center until arriving at clean energy innovation and production.
Served by two local colleges (Delta College and Saginaw Valley State University), residents and students alike enjoy its focus on academics. Downtown Saginaw is the area’s entertainment district – the local symphony performs regular concerts at Temple Theatre.
Just minutes from their apartments, residents enjoy the community’s farmers market for seasonal flowers, produce, and baked goods. Locals have direct access to Interstates 75 and 675, golf courses, Hoyt Park’s zoo, and Fashion Square Mall. Spirit is a local sports team that belongs to the Ontario Hockey League and plays at Dow Event Center.

Property Ratings at Fox Glen Apartments
Crappy apartment. They charge a ton just to have a pet, find poop, when people Park without a parking pass park there, and even when you have too much on your porch. Which many people have lots of trash on their porches and many let their dogs poop all over and no one ever picks it up. I’ve stepped in poop many times and I constantly have to park far away while seeing cars that never having parking passes park infront of my building. I would never sign another contract with them again. once my contract is up we’re moving to a house because they promise all these things and never deliver.

We appreciate all comments that allow us to make Fox Glen a better place to live! That being said, this is why we have implemented the PooPrints program to address the dog waste left on our property. Since we launched PooPrints, we have had great results with keeping our property poo-free. Thank you for your feedback.
I moved into Saginaw knowing anyone and as much as I was terrified with reviews and people’s viewpoints about Saginaw I wanted the safest and affordable place to stay as a college student. My parents and I toured different places but we decided to go with Fox Glen! It’s the best decision I ever made. My first real apartment. I stayed there from 2017 to August 2019 and I didn’t even want to move but I got a job in the big city so I had to move. KIM is amazing! Very friendly, listens to your concerns, follows up with you etc. everyone seemed nice at the office, however I only dealt with Kim entire time I was there. When I moved in apartment were in good condition. Just a little spots in the Bathroom tub but Kim made sure it was fix in 24hrs. Maintain is amazing. Always on time. If you’re single and sacred Fox glen is the place for you. Am very picky and hard to please but Fox always made me feel home. Within the two years that I was there I switch units and didn’t have to pay any deposits but that was only at the end of my lease each year. My last month there thou, I got my deposit back by Cheque in the mail. Rent is a little expensive but I have lived in Farmington hills all my life and safety was my number one priority so if you want to feel safe, feel at home, less noise, no kiss running around Fox glen is the place. Their cleaning services is ?? and are willing to satisfy if your don’t like it. Amazing people there ????

Thank you for your kind words and positive review of Fox Glen! We are happy that Kim was able to make your move to the Saginaw area as stress-free as possible and that you have been pleased with the level of service Fox Glen strives to deliver.
I moved here in 2017 and left May 2019. I always paid my rent on time and never had any issues with anyone. Throughout the time I lived there, there was a trend with management of wanting to charge tenants for everything and this was always use as a threat if you weren't compliant to whatever change they made. This never sat well with me and I even told someone at the office that this wasn't the proper way to treat tenants. Now that I am out of there I can see how money hungry they are (and my friend that moved out of there at the same time as me doesn't recommended them because of this). When you move in, they tell you to not worry about any holes that you leave on the wall when you move out because they will fix it, now I'm getting charge for multiple holes on the wall when there was never any specifications on certain holes (I had a TV wall mount), $37.00 because some blinds were bent, charging me over $600 for the bathroom floor vinyl that bubbled up after there was a leak that made my bathroom and dining room flood that they fixed and $25 more for removing one bag with cleaning supplies (because I cleaned the apartment before I left) and some string lights that were left in my daughter's room that would take 3 minutes to take off and I overlooked. I also had a $50 credit that magically disappeared and they aren't aware off. I also paid my rent until 6/5/19 and their maintenance team was already in there before that date. I was going to recommend this place to some friends but I changed my mind. All they are is money hungry, they will charge you for whatever they can find. Is not worth the headache for dealing with them. Also, you will get a increase of your rent every year even if you are someone that has stayed there for a while and if you don't reply within two weeks of getting the notice to renew your contract (you receive this notice 2 months prior to your contract ending), they will up your rent $100, Giving you barely any time to really think about wanting to stay there before you get charged more. I would never go back!
I transferred to the Saginaw Michigan area for college. The information Fox Glen advertises on there website was enticing and looked too good to be true. The application was free and they the offered the rest of the month free with just a $99 deposit. Pros: Apartment styles- you can pick between a studio-2 bedroom that come as original style, slighty upgraded no washer/dryer and or fully upgraded with a all in one washer/dryer in the unit all utilities except electric are included. Management- The management is fully staffed with maintenance supervisor and staff who changed my air filters and put in a new air conditioner the day I moved in! They also installed a new shower head I purchased. Fitness center- the Fox Glen Fitness center includes a hot tub, sauna room and outdoor pool. All in one washer/dryer unit is in my apartment so that means no sharing the laundry room with neighbors and dealing with the hassle of coin laundry. Cons: Costly- An upgraded apartment is expensive but definitely worth the investment ($165 more than what I wanted to pay). Pets- cats and dogs are allowed with a $200 pet fee. I dislike the thought of pets in the building (due to my allergies). Not near public transit- you must have a vehical to get around, I am about 9 miles from school. I absolutely love my home at Fox Glen Apartments and am so comfortable and happy here!
I love coming home to this view. The windows are huge, so much light in my apartment year round. I like to leave the windows open for fresh air and am never woken up by people, traffic, or any noise! It's a pet-friendly complex with many animal lovers walking their dogs and cats hanging out on the big window sills or on their owner's deck among the plants they provide to us each summer. Been here 3 years and counting and have no intention of moving soon. Not when I can enjoy this view from my couch, cloud-watching on the weekend or using the pool or fitness center. Fantastic community for families as well :)
Fox Glen is a place where you will definitely find your self at for any extended period of time. It's a little pricey but when you consider the great location, friendly neighbors and staff, pool & private gym you are getting what you pay for. The staff are very helpful as well I've even called the front office to help jumpstart my car in the winter time and they were right there to help!
after going to visit a couple of apartments i have decided yours is the best.
