Property Ratings at Fox Hills North
Disgusting mice infected apartments. Not just myself but my neighbors and I’ve lived in another building that had the same issue. I hoped living on the top floor would resolve. Also mold, roaches, drainage issues. Don’t move here. Had to stay due to circumstances but leaving ASAP. Parents especially. Not worth it!!
I called and emailed this people and nothing was done. I even have a lawyer for this property. Fake good review.

Pretty landscaping nice balconies but horrible in the inside. I had holes under my sinks, mold behind my furnace traveling into my vent system the smell of mold. My apartment flooded twice. Management only paint over issue they don’t fix problems. Ms.Brown and team are horrible management.

When we first got there it was ok but we ended up calling for things to get fix the first week. The tub constantly kept clogging, the stove had uneven burner tops, the tub is terrible all they did was take white paint and painted over a purple tub which is disgusting. Closet space is small. The neighborhood is quite that’s the only plus about it. Never had bed bugs in my life until we moved here. Roaches appeared!!! It’s not what they make it seem. Don’t move here!!!

Sorry to here your concerns, please call or email us at the leasing office so we can better help your problem and get things solved for you.
When I first moved around here a few years ago it was GOLDEN! Now not so much smh building door been broke for 3 months now (which is a safety hazard) heard about cars being broken in to, Maintenance men are below average (especially the old bald head one who pops up smelling like liquor who looks around and never have a solution) paint not done properly and the doors are so uneven...Can't wait until my least is up! I'm sure the complex is still good for the price but the building I'm in has been a NIGHTMARE
management is in the process of replacing windows. great view of Washington d.c.
I love my apartment. Atleast I did when I first got it. It was clean and open and so many possibilities. Now I just can't wait until my lease is over. The rental office took so much care into making sure. I was a satisfied customer now they consider me calling them telling them something is wrong with my unit a bother. Now every week the maintenance is in here putting holes in my walls, something is always leaking and we now have developed a mice problem that they do not want to tend to. If u are going to move here let it only be for two years anything after that is your problem .
Best apartments hands down great for children and how close schools are from them great for getting around to downtown dc where I work I'm a D.C special police officer so it's very calm to get me out the fast city life
Now I have been a resident here for three years. I LOVE THE COMPLEX. Noise I have not en counted any, very quiet and respectful place. People work in our community. The parking is something different, but otherwise a very wonderful place to live. No I do not work for Grady Management, but for the staff they have is not GHETTO, they are real people trying to eat and keep jobs. They are understanding and hard working. Thanks staff for being you.
Mutual respect is key. Sometimes if you stop and take a breath and choose your words carefully before speaking... the desired result can be acheived. Likes and suggestions: I will admit that there were a few issues that I was unhappy with when moving into my 2br/den apt. However when I expressed my concerns to management and we had a suprisingly candid discussion regarding my apt and needed repairs. I must say that I am now a resident and my repairs have been completed within my first 2mnths or residency. I have heard rumors of the rental office staff being unresponsive, uncaring and generally rude to tenants. However I must say that was not my experience with the rental office staff. They have been extremely accomodating and listened to my view point and allowed me to express my frustrations without escalating the matter. I appreciate good customer service. Although I didnt feel as if I had recieved good customer service during the time that I was moving in... Immediate improvement was made and I felt important or as if I mattered as a resident. I appreciate the work of the rental office staff and management as well as the maintenance staff (whom have immediately responded whenever I have called to place a service ticket).
The apartments are nice and roadent free. Likes and suggestions: The community is quite and grounds are clean. There is ample parking but your visitors will need a parking permit am not to fond of that.
i love that this community is small and quiet. You would never think that you were up the street from eastover shopping center. The staff are very sweet, maintenance gets the job done. Likes and suggestions: I just recently moved in a 3 bedroom in September 2013. I am still happy about the choice of living here.. These apts would be perfect if they had a total upgrade/rennovation but overall they are wonderful and not too expensive.
I love the fact that its always so quiet and clean. Everyone seems to stay to them selves and if for any reason someone does speak, they always seem to be quite nice. The building I'm in is always clean along with the laundry room. The only thing I don't quite like is that because we live on the top floor, we are not allowed a stove vent. Due to this my smoke detector goes off frequently. Likes and suggestions: Pros- Clean building, clean laundry room, affordable laundry machines, quiet, pet friendly, family friendly, secured building, good location, lots of parking, and Property Manager Ms. Andrea is super sweet Cons- upper level residents are not allowed stove top vents, there is nowhere to rinse cars, its hard to contact front desk staff throughout the day
my neighbors are too loud, playing music at wee hours of night. good luck in trying to call the rental office. good thing i have one of the direct extensions, otherwise i would never get to speak to someone on the phone. other than that, it's okay to live at fox hills north - for now.
Since moving here from DC its been a pleasure the staff have been very helpful...I love it here the rent is cheap compared to alot of places. Peace and quiet and some nice neighbors
Wonderful. Very convenient to Washington D.C. and Virginia area. Staff are wonderful especially Brittany. Very professional at their job. Maintenance stays on top of repair work. Does excellent routine pest control.
Very nice place to live; I have been very impressed.
Nice looking apt complex on outside and very spacious inside
Well I have been at Fox Hill North Apartments now for 1.5 and honestly I like it. The staff is always kind and pleasant when I need something or when you just see them walking the property. The maintenance staff is awesome, the gentlemen work hard and help whenever you need. We just need more visitor parking. I like my neighborhood.
