Property Ratings at Fox Manor Apartments
This place is disgusting, poop everywhere, crazy people and drug dealers go on in the middle if tge day. It take for ever to get things fix. rats, roaches, bedbugs, mice and spiders everywhere. Haed to communicate with managment and things will not get fix at all. Will not recommend this place to my worse enemy
Until I get the problems here fixed I don't have anything nice right now to say. Outdoor stairways are crumbling, cockroaches and bedbugs have arrived, poop all over the yard. It takes forever to get anything fixed, it's like being on a very long list....VERY LONG!! Rent is laughable for what is going on at these apts right now. The only nice thing right now about these apts is that it's next to a park.
The layout of the building is reminiscent of a motel: it is three stories, with all front doors facing each other on a right angle, and the ac units are in the front of the apartment, placed in a hole cut out of the wall underneath the front window. In fact, I'm almost certain it used to be a hotel. The management is solid. They quickly take care of maintenance issues, and it is done by one individual, as opposed to some random guy sent from the management company. I prefer the former. They have recently renovated some of the kitchen appliances (oven and dishwasher), replaced the windows, and reprinted the building. All upgrades were well done, except for the window caulking. Unfortunately, these improvements have resulted in a pretty steep rent increase (30%) for a one bedroom. This resulted in attrition of about half the tenants. The new occupants of each unit are more numerous in many instances, and this can result in a ridiculously overflowing dumpster, on occasion. The building was recently sold, and my lease is up for renewal. I am hoping the rent stays the same, in which case I will strongly consider another one year lease, as it is in a good part of the denver area, making most over southern denver easily accessible.
Been here a year almost and its been nice! Management is really helpful...Close to 2 parks and a water park. School is really close and the buses pick up and drop off right next to the apartment.
