Leaving a 1 star review due to the fact that my ac still isn’t working the way it should and it still gets very hot in my apartment over 80+ degrees inside feels like a sauna at times can’t have family or friends over due to the discomfort of the heat has you sweating while sitting on your couch even at 10 pm it will be at 77 degrees and won’t go any lower until midnight I’ve had them come to my apartment about 6 times in the past 2 months regarding my ac and I’m Not the only one in this complex with the same issue at this point it seems like I’ll just have to suffer this summers heat at fox trails apartments and would I recommend these apartments NO

I was SO impressed with how quickly the management at Fox Trails handled the aftermath of the tornado in May. I saw Julie in the parking lot at around 7:30 AM getting absolutely pounded by rain and hail. Within just a few hours there were already landscapers cleaning up all of the big, beautiful trees that had been blown down. The entire staff worked tirelessly to put the property back together. Within days the property looked like it had not been hit at all, while all the surrounding areas had not been touched and still looked terrible. This is a testament to how well organized and committed the management is here. Will continue to call this my home for as many years as I can! Kudos!

I have really enjoyed the time I have spent here. The past two years have been easy-breezy. The manager, Julie and the maintenance manager, John are both top notch. They keep the whole property clean and the landscaping looks great. Maintenance shows up within minutes during the week. Highly recommend.
They are nice in the office and accommodating. They are fast when I need help in my house. It’s clean too
This is an excellent place to call home. The manager and assistant are both top notch and I really like the new maintenance manager. All of them are friendly and even though I have only had a couple work orders in the past 2 years they got done the same day. Great place!
Julie and Shelby are the worse leasing managers in history and they operate an apartment filled with rodents and meth heads! I felt unsafe all the time and I am glad I did not have to stay long ! Horrible staff and place stay away !
If you like living with rats, cockroaches, and squirrels, never getting your maintenance requests filed to complete, and dealing with rude office staff - this place is for you! In all seriousness, don't do this to yourself.
I would give them 10 stars if I could. All my problems and work orders were resolved to my satisfaction within 4 hours of me placing the request. Since moving 2 months ago they provided me with brand new microwave oven and refurbished but good working condition gas range . My son loves it here he plays all day and has managed to make many friends within matter of few days. The basketball court and tennis court is great attraction for kids. They keep lights on in the evening on the court and don't cut corners in saving electricity. It's perfect, cute adorable community and I like all the staff from the office and management. Looking forward to many years of living here.
