Property Ratings at Moda Shoreline
This place is filthy, DO NOT rent here. I’ve now made 7 requests to management and maintenance to empty the dog play area trash. It is overflowing and has not been emptied since we moved in (over 3 months ago). It stinks and is a health hazard. Every time you make a request like this, they tell you they will text maintenance, or put a work order in to empty the trash. Seriously, a work order to empty a trash can? Aside from that, this place stinks and there is always trash stacked up after it is picked up. What else, my dog was attacked last week from a dog jumping over the dog area fence. Police seem to make a visit frequently which is unsettling. I could go on. Seriously, do not rent from this complex, you will seriously regret it.

My fiance and I lived here for 2 years. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are spacious and a pretty great layout. The 2 bedroom has 2 full size bathrooms with tubs, and both rooms have nice sized walk in closets. There is a full size washer and dryer with every unit. Though the water tends to smell so make sure you change your load immediately, because if it sits for more than 20 minutes, it might pick up a mildew smell. Maintenance is wonderful, they are friendly, they fix things quickly and are always very thorough with their jobs. But I would NEVER rent here again. They will never convince me to resign my lease. From the beginning we had trouble with our neighbors upstairs. They are loud all hours of the day and night. They break kiddy pools on the patio above us, flooding us, and spray paint in the spring on their patio (not allowed) and the smell gets into the windows. They were rude when we tried to confront them about their noise levels, and the management said to not talk to them anymore, that they'd handle it. We called many many times, and nothing happened. We called the police, who they lied to and nothing happened that with that route. Management never answers the phone. They are nice to you face to face, but they blatantly lie about being willing to help. Not to mention the CONSTANT inspections. They leave a note on your door saying in the next week they'll be inspecting. With such a wide time range, I've had them walk in while I was sleeping, or during a visit with family (which they will not schedule around.) Then, half the time they never show up. It's a hassle and it's frustrating. Upon move-out, I had a professional house-cleaner, as well as 5 of my family and friends help me clean every inch of the apartment. Including the walls, blinds, touch up paint, and shampooing carpets. We spent the entire day cleaning until it was cleaner than when I moved in. The maintenance guy said it looked great, asked us to get a couple black spots out of the oven and hed waive the cleaning fee for us. However, 2 months later, we recieved a bill for $40 (after taking my full $300 deposit) to clean the apartment, as well as a full paint.
Love the quiet community! The staff is super friendly and helpful too!

My husband and I moved here for his job at the airport and are very impressed with everything. Monica at this front desk is so helpful and nice whenever we have a question. Right after we moved in we had a couple things maintance needed to fix and they came over within the next 30 minutes! So helpful! Everyone is eager to help you move in, the property is super clean, very nice grounds, the units are upgraded and very nice. They really take care of their tenants. I am proud to have people come over and show our apartment to our friends and family. It really does feel like home here.
It's a Family oriented place !! We love it . Close to my son's school. Also pet friendly. We love it!
These apartments are smaller for how expensive they are. When you need something fixed the maintenance take a while to get to it, and only do a half done job. The management are not very friendly or understanding. I would love to win and have my rent paid for a different apartment, or get a house big enough for my kids and I.
