Beautiful, secluded, quiet, wooded, green area by the Little Patuxent River. Friendly staff who treat you like family, work orders handled promptly (even during the pandemic). Plenty parking, convenient access to I-95, BW Parkway, Fort Meade. Walking distance to convenience store, post office. Nearby Savage Park trails which leads you to Lake Elkhorn if you enjoy running/cycling.

I’ve been living at Foxborough Estates for nearly two years now, and I love it. The leasing office is excellent and extremely efficient. I’ve had to call about a couple of issues, and they took care of those issues right away without question. The maintenance staff is great with taking care of requests in a timely manner. They offer a military discount on rent and the complex is close to Fort Meade. Highly recommend this place!!

Ongoing mice problem, other tenants leave trash and piles of unwanted belongings at the bottom of the stairs, as well as trash bags on their balconies seen from the entrance/parking lot. Not enough parking, specifically at night, sometimes having to walk from 5 buildings away. Maintenance and exterminator show up days after calling in an issue and are not even successful in the job.

I've been living here for 2+ years. I've had a few minor mechanical problems and all have been attended to and fixed immediately. Last week, on Christmas Eve, my garbage disposal died!! I felt terrible having to call on Emergency Maintenance on Christmas Eve, but Amado was here so quickly and had a new disposal installed in not time!!! I am so grateful for the ENTIRE MAINTENANCE TEAM at Foxborough Estates!!! They are not only quick and efficient, but lovely people and happy to be so helpful!!! THE BEST SERVICE!!!!

It was my first time renting an apartment, and I came across Foxborough Estates, which was based on great reviews. The staff was professional and attentive to what I was looking for in an apartment. The process was easy. I lived there for 3.5 years both in a one and a two bedroom. It was quiet, a family environment, maintenance was great, and the experience was wonderful. The neighbors were very friendly, and it was a pleasure to live there. I would definitely recommend Foxborough Estates to those who are looking for a great environment for themselves or for their family. Close to Savage Mill, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful first-time experience.

I've only been living at Foxborough Estates for about a month, but I am so very happy I made the decision to move in!!! Myranda and Rahel (Leasing Office ) are the REAL reason why I chose Foxborough Estates!! Their open friendliness and genuine caring made my decision an easy one!! I looked at over 20 different apartments in the Laurel, Anne Arundel, Howard County area and NO ONE was as kind and caring to me as Myranda Stephens! I KNEW I wanted to live in this kind of environment, where the staff and the residents are kind to each other, look out for each other and help each other. I love my apartment...it's just the right size for me and I've felt "at home" since the day I moved in! I'm anxious to share the pool and other amenities with my granddaughter when the weather is warmer. The few minor "issues" I had in first moving in (Caulking in tub, missing light bulbs, etc) were taken care of immediately AND completely!!! The staff and technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and take pride in their work! This is a GENUINE COMMUNITY and I am proud to be a part of it.

Thanks to the staff of Foxborough Estates. They are very committed and very helpful to there residents. I will always referral anyone that is looking for a place to live. this is a great property and I don't believe I will be moving out anytime soon. At least not till I buy my house. Also, I 'm close to everything. That's also what I love about it!!

The community of Foxborough Estates is a great community to live in because the apartments are really nice. The area is nice and quiet and clean. The people here are amazing, they make you feel like you are at home already. The best part is there is a deli by the apartments. I just love living here. There isn't any other apartments I would want to live.

No major complaints whatsoever so I am giving them 5 stars and recommending this place! I would recommend Foxborough Estates to anyone living in the Baltimore & DC area, looking for a place in Howard County, it doesn't get any better than this! These are easily one of the more affordable and high quality apartments in Howard County. Definitely check them out!!! I moved here a few years ago from out of state based on the reviews I read here and I was not disappointed. First I want to say the staff are very professional, friendly and courteous. There is something to be said for staff that actually care! And this place has just that. The office manager, is just awesome. She's the best I have encountered so far and her assistant too is a joy to work with. The staff are always available to make sure that your needs are met. And what is truly amazing is that they go out of their way to help. I don't think you'll find a better team elsewhere. I think finding Foxborough Estates was a blessing for me and my son. We truly feel taken care of. Although the apartments were built in 1980, the units have all the latest amenities. The apartments and grounds are well maintained and recently renovated with updated appliances. I enjoy living here because of the section I’m located in, when I step out to the balcony I have a great view of the landscape behind the apartment. The apartments are nestled on a river and completely renovated. Another big bonus is the pool and how clean it is kept in the summer. My son and I come home from work and run to the pool as fast as we can. Lifeguards to make sure everyone is safe and a fun environment to play. You will not go wrong by renting here. It is the only apartment complex I've ever felt like I am at home in.
