Property Ratings at Foxhaven
I moved in 2 weeks ago. I must say I really enjoy living here. The staff Stacy here is amazing and very helpful providing all the details of my move. Community is very well maintained. This apartment has a real homey feel to it, which is difficult to find in an apartment.

Thank you for the review. We're happy your past two weeks have been enjoyable. Thank you for the kind words on our staff & the community and we're thrilled you've made your apartment into a home.
I have lived at Foxhaven for 8 years now and I really love it here, feels like home! It is so pet friendly and the property manager and maintenance tech have always been incredibly responsive to any question or concern that I've had. I feel very safe and comfortable here and hope to continue to be here for a while. A great place to live and close to anywhere you want to go.

Hello, we are happy you have been with us for 8 years. We love pets and appreciate the hard work our staff puts in for our residents. We also hope you continue to stay with us and are glad to have you as a member of our community at foxhaven.
I have lived here for about a year now and just signed my lease for another! The Property Manager does an excellent job figuring out what living situation works best for you, the full time maintenance tech always responds to requests in a very timely manner, and the overall vibe of the staff and community is positive, welcoming and friendly. Outside of that, the property itself is great. Being minutes away from Bluemound, Capitol, and 94 but feeling excluded in the woods is so unique and unmatched by any other local apartment complexes. Would highly recommend, great for all age groups!

Thank you for the positive review. We're glad you found a great living situation and we are proud of our staff at Foxhaven, We're happy you are going to be a member of our community for another year.
I have lived in this apartment for about a year and a half, and I really enjoyed staying here. The community is beautiful and well kept. Location is great too, very close to the Corner of Brookfield shopping center. The staff and maintenance crews are awesome. Heather is the best property manager I've ever encountered, hands down. Overall, I think this community is the best in the area.

Thanks for the review! We believe are crew is awesome and we're happy to have Heather as our property manager on site. We hope you continue to live with us for many years to come.
First and foremost, I cannot speak high enough of the level of professionalism the management team as well as the maintenance team show. We have rented other places where your various requests seem to go in to space and are never addressed, this is not the case here. The grounds are kept perfect, not one time have we woke up to ice on the sidewalks or snow in the parking area. If you are seeking a great place to live that is truly family friendly, I would recommend you stop by and talk to the staff.

Wow! Thank you for your excellent review. The leasing and maintenance teams work very hard for Foxhaven residents and we're so glad to know it shows. Thank you for taking the time to review this special community and for being a Foxhaven resident.
We moved here in June, apartment sight unseen, and instantly fell in love. The grounds and apartments are well taken care of and our neighbors are extremely friendly. If we ever have a maintenance problem they are prompt with fixing the issue and making sure we are satisfied. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment and are happy to have just resigned our lease to continue for the next year!

Thank you for being a Foxhaven resident and for taking the time to review this special community. It's great to know that your neighbors are friendly and that you are pleased with the maintenance of the grounds and your home. We appreciate you renewing your lease as well!
Foxhaven is a nice property that has a very generous pet policy, in addition to private entry, in unit washer/dryer, and a private detached garage. Management and maintenance are easy to work with and are very timely. We recently needed a new dishwasher and one was installed two days later, no questions asked. Only negatives are that rent tends to go up every year and the interior of the units is becoming outdated and could use some updating. We have lived here happily for 4 years. Management and the leasing office worked with us to come to terms that we could agree on. Highly recommend.

Thank you for being a loyal Foxhaven resident for 4 years! We appreciate you taking the time to write your review. Foxhaven really is a special property with its garage, private entry, in unit laundry and pet friendly atmosphere. Our management and maintenance teams regularly receive compliments on their excellent service, and we're glad to know you agree. Thank you for highly recommending Foxhaven to others.
We have lived in the Foxhaven apartments for over 2 years and have loved it (hence why we are on our third year). It has a nice, quiet neighborhood feel and is in a very convenient location of Brookfield. It is a great balance between renting, but still having the privacy, space and perks of a small home feel - like private entry, a yard, patio/deck, garage, dishwasher, laundry in home etc. The place is in great shape, but any issues we have had maintenance has fixed it same day. Have also had good experiences with the management staff, and more importantly with our neighbors who have always been very friendly, respectful and many are dog lovers. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Wow! Thank you for your fabulous review. Foxhaven really is the best of both worlds. You get the convenience of an apartment and the lifestyle of a home, all in an excellent location. I will pass along your compliments to the great staff at Foxhaven. Thank you for being a loyal resident of Foxhaven and for recommending this community to others.
I lived there for about 3 and 1/2 years as my first apartment and was thoroughly satisfied with the service and amenities. Well-maintained property as well as very responsive maintenance and staff. It has a very unique feel as well, as far as being a collection of non-uniform housing units in its own "private" subdivision. On top of all of that, you get a personal garage and private entrance, which really does give it a condo-like feel. If I were to criticize anything it's that some of the appliances etc could use some updating to make things more modern, but that wasn't a big deal to me personally. Overall, highly recommend!

Thank you for being a Foxhaven resident and for taking the time to write this review. The Foxhaven team works very hard to provide a great experience for residents and are regularly recognized for their efforts. I'm so glad to know you were happy with the condo-like living at Foxhaven and I will pass along your compliments to the staff.
We utilized Foxhaven as we were in transition during new home construction. They offer flexible short term lease options which is just what we needed. The apartment was very clean and nicely maintained. We really liked that each unit has its own private entry so, while it is apartment living, it doesn't feel like a traditional apartment. It is a great location close to Waukesha and Brookfield. The community is nice and quiet, and pet friendly which we really loved. We always had great communication with management from beginning to end. Maintenance was extremely responsive, although rarely needed during our stay and for very minor issues. I would definitely recommend the Foxhaven community.

Thank you for being a past Foxhaven resident and for taking the time to share your thoughts. Foxhaven really is condo-like, with private entries and garages. I'm glad you like the location near Goerke's Corners and everything that area has to offer, yet off the beaten path. And Foxhaven really is incredibly pet-friendly. I'll pass along your compliments to the staff. Thank you for recommending this jewel of a property to others and best wishes in your new home!
Waukesha is great for enjoying city life without all of the noise. The first few nights I did notice more noise (cars) than I was used to by living in the middle of nowhere. I had 2 dogs and they were very accommodating. I had to pay 2 pet deposits and an overall deposit which was fine. My apartment was on the upper level so I had a cute view and yet my building was tucked away so I felt safe. We had a nice little gas fireplace which was only used once but still fun. The rent was a good price for what you were getting. The landlord and maintenance staff were ready to help at any time and have great communication with their tenants. Right before I moved out they started using a website called "Nextdoor" to help residents connect with the community and is a great place to ask for a dog-sitter or find out if someone is selling something you need. They also host events in the summer and have a Halloween night for the children on the premises which my husband and I didn't participate in but it sounded like everyone enjoyed that too. Foxhaven is close to Waukesha, Brookfield and Pewaukee which has any store you would need and is close enough to Milwaukee if you need more city life than they offer. I lived there for just over a year and I didn't have any major problems. I put in a few maintenance requests and they were resolved in a day or two.

Thank you for being a past Foxhaven resident and for taking the time to review the property. I'm glad your time there was positive and you enjoyed the great location. The gas fireplace is a real bonus, isn't it? And the social events Foxhaven hosts are so fun, even pet-oriented events! All the best to you in your new home.
I've lived at Foxhaven for just about a year now, and have nothing but great experiences. The maintenance is awesome - well kept lawns and super prompt service if needed. I don't plan to leave any time soon, and especially respect the notice they give us for Apartment needed entry. Pet Friendly is amazing!!!!

As a former resident of this apartment complex I must say I was very pleased with everything. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, maintenance was always done on time and very professional, and the units themselves are well kept. By far the best apartment I’ve stayed at you get everything at Foxhaven which is the most important and I would recommend this place to anyone! The surrounding area is also very convenient too with shopping and the interstate very close by .

Thank you for being a past resident of Foxhaven. I'm glad your time there was positive. You're so right about the great location. The staff at Foxhaven work hard to keep the property in top shape and it's nice to know it shows! Thanks for taking the time to submit your review.
I've lived at Foxhaven for 10 months. I truly enjoy living here. The management company is wonderful. Maintenance (though rarely needed) is extremely responsive and things get taken care of quickly. The grounds and the homes are very well kept up. The units are well designed and quite sound proof. I rarely hear my neighbors. And people are very friendly. The community itself is very pet friendly. They allow cats and dogs, with generally few restrictions on dog breeds. The location is ideal because it's so close to a main highway. As an added plus, the apartment community is adjacent to a wildlife preservancy so it has the feel of living in the country even though it's just 1 mile from lots of popular stores and restaurants. My unit overlooks the preservancy so it's not unusual to see deer and other wildlife from my window. I am moving soon due to purchasing a condo but I will really miss this place. I would highly recommend Foxhaven to anyone.
The apartment complex is in a nice, quiet, clean neighborhood. There is very little nearby traffic, despite being close to multiple I-94 access points and many urban high-density roadways (Bluemound / Capitol / Waukesha's Mooreland). The location is about as nice as you could possibly hope with quick and easy access to multiple shopping areas, grocery stores, and entertainment facilities all within 5-10 minutes of the apartments themselves, however, nothing within walking distance. The apartments themselves are decently well kept. The interior style is fairly bland and out-of-date, but otherwise everything is as you would expect. Over the past couple years living here, I've had very few maintenance-related issues, but when I do, they are typically quick to respond within at least 1 day for non-emergency issues. Overall, I think the largest selling point of the complex is the location.
I've been in Foxhaven Apartments for 7 months now. There are different ages of buildings, mine being one of the oldest. Even so, these apartments are great. The floor plan is wonderful compared to every other apartment complex I looked at. It's very open, and there is plenty of storage space. There are two full bathrooms and in-unit washers and dryers (which are relatively small, but get the job done). Maintenance gets done in a timely manner and everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. Each apartment comes with a detached garage and one assigned parking spot. I really don't have any complaints. I have enjoyed living here, and would recommend renting here!
A great location that is natural and quiet, yet just minutes from the expressway, shopping, and great restaurants. Foxhaven is perfect if you're looking for a clean, quiet, no-frills rental at a moderate price point. The property manager was extremely accomodating to my needs and went beyond what I expected to help me find a suitable unit and move in quickly. My building is a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance manager is very competent, friendly, and quick to respond to any issues. The grounds are well-kept and snow removal is outstanding. I am extremely pleased with Foxhaven and highly recommend it.
My husband and I have been living in Foxhaven Apartments for about half a year, and we really enjoy it. All of the neighbors seem very friendly, and I like how pet-friendly Foxhaven is. We love getting our own separate entrance and having a washer/dryer in our unit. It makes it feel like we live in a townhouse. The buildings/maintenance crew have been great so far too. As of this summer, they repaved the lot, repainted the parking space lines and numbers, trimmed the bushes, painted the front door (to everyone's homes), and cleaned off the balconies. Personally, I have been very impressed with the high level of upkeep here, and I've never lived in an apartment complex that takes such good care of its grounds. The pricing is affordable, and I'm so thankful we finally have a garage somewhere for our vehicles for the winter! I think you get more than what you pay for here, and I'd highly recommend it to a friend or family member if they were moving to the area.
I started my search for an apartment early in 2014. My special needs were an office and a home for my two dogs. I looked at nine locations before coming to Foxhaven. I wish I would have came here first! I made the right choice last March and am not disappointed with the value. The management team answered all my questions with a straight forward style. Communicating in a timely and professional manner via email and phone. My checkin was thorough, making sure we checked all pluming and appliances. One small repair was taken care of quickly. Considering the number of furry friends on the street, my apartment is very quiet. My dogs love how the lawn is manicured and I love the pet waste stations on the street! For us humans, all my neighbors have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location is perfect if your looking for a low traffic street but want access to everything on Bluemound Rd.
I have been living at Foxhaven for 3 years and it's been a great fit! I was looking for an apartment with a good location, private entrance, all the desired amenities and most importantly, a dog friendly environment. This is the place! The office and maintenance staff are very responsive and know me (and my dog) by name. Great diversity in tenants and a very safe apartment community.
We just moved out of Foxhaven apartments due to purchasing a home. Since we moved in, the staff was extremely accommodating. One of the office managers, Heather, was extremely helpful and very easy to get ahold of. Our apartment was clean, bright, and quiet. We loved that we had a fireplace, den, and most importantly that Foxhaven is a pet-friendly community. The property is very clean and well maintained. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, and someone is always out walking their dogs. I would definitely recommend these apartments to those looking for a quiet and nice community.
I lived at Foxhaven for 6 years. Just moved out because I bought a house. The location is great and the property is very pet friendly. The apartments were well maintained. Definitely worth a try.
They take to long to get things fixed. Have a high turnover rate of Property Managers. Raise your rent ever year. Gutters are hardly cleaned out, they are over flowing with leaves. I have lived in the complex for 8 years. It gets worse every year. In the 8 years I have met some REALLY great neighbors.
