This is my first apartment out of college and I could not have thought of a better place to start. Sue was extremely helpful and thorough for everything. The building is beautiful, very clean, and well kept.

Great place to live and it’s pet friendly. Manager was easy to work with.
Definitely recommend living here. The landlord is super responsible and is always willing to accommodate for everyone in the buildings as much to her ability. She always puts safety first, and has always made me feel super comfortable and safe living here. I have a loft apartment with a balcony that is beautiful and everything is up-to-date and runs very well. It is super spacious and quiet. I also love that the laundry rooms are always clean and there is an app that allows you to pay for laundry so you don’t have to always have quarters on you. I’ve never had that before, so that’s very convenient-especially when low on quarters. The landscaping is always up-to-date, mail room is always clean, and everything is very pristine. Would highly recommend living here for anyone looking for a nice, clean, organized environment. Not to mention the location is very close to Pewaukee Beach. I love being able to walk just a couple of blocks to get to the beach whenever there’s parades, fireworks, or just simply walking down to enjoy the weather. I love that I don’t have to deal with parking when it comes to events down by the beach. Lots of nice restaurants around the area and beach as well!

Nice property to be close to the freeway, and bonus points for walking distance to Pewaukee Lake. Apartments are well kept and have a unique layout compared to what's available in the area. Management is easy to get in contact with. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Foxtail Meadows Apartments. Both my sister and I have lived in this development, and had great experiences. The Property Manager, Sam, is beyond helpful, and always accessible. The location couldn't be better, as you are only a few miles from Pewaukee Beach, restaurants and shops.
