Trash is left in the breezeway frequently, during the summer the pool was out of control with teenagers yelling and causing a scene. The gym could use an upgrade. I have nothing but amazing things to say about maintenance, and the apartment it self is great.

Nothing is ever perfect. But it’s only my first week. So far I’ve noticed how congested the parking lot is at night and how mishandled the trash is . But that’s not my problem . I love my home inside, but wish they would sometimes clean the elevators from the dog smells

It use to be a nice environment but now they let anybody live here. I wish all apartments were not pet friendly. The bldg. I live in the area even when walking out the grass is always filled will dog waste all day everyday and it stinks all the time like dog waste. People let their dogs go anywhere and nothing is ever done about it. You don’t even want guest to come over and visit. They worked on the hallway floors left our doors nasty. People be smoking on the elevator, people be smoking marijuana and you smell it all outside, in your hallways and I always smell it in my apartment which I never did before. No need to complain all they do is send out emails like people really read them or even care. This property is really going down. All I feel they care about is getting our money!

The service I have been provided as a resident of Foxwood Luxury Apartments has been excellent. I only have one complaint: the mail kiosk for building 7010 & others nearby is unacceptable. It appears it has never been cleaned. There are cobwebs all over the walls up and down.

Ive loved it here so far. The location is so convenient and the apartment is big and perfect. If I needed maintenance the office is on it quickly. The only downside is I've had my packages stolen a few times. It's not the properties fault though.

The move in process for me and my children was so smooth. Alisha in the leasing office was amazing and very helpful. She was great communicating with me and providing me with all the information i needed for move in. The neighborhood is quiet and clean! I moved in beginning of November so i am new to the community, but so far i am loving it here and plan to stay long term. The base school is right next to the neighborhood so you have the option to walk your kids to and from school. My favorite feature of the apartment is the elevator in every building! It is so convenient and perfect for those huge grocery trips. There’s also a great dog park on the property that my yorkie loves. The neighbors are friendly and pretty much everyone minds their business which is refreshing. I do plan to update my review over time as i continue to live here.

I loved Foxwood when I moved in Nov 2023. It was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. I love how light and bright my apartment is. Maintenance has always been there to answer the call when needed. My only regret is that the residents no longer seem to have the respect for the property that they had in the past. In just a few short months we have had dog poop left lying everywhere because the owners don’t bother to pick it up. Trash thrown down in the halls, elevators, and even off balconies. There are some that feel it is ok to put their dog out on the balcony and leave them there for hours at a time to bark and cry. This has happened on many nights which made sleep impossible. I hope that some day soon things will turn around at Foxwood but have a feeling this was only the beginning of a downhill slide.

I have been getting treated for pests for a couple weeks now and nothing has changed! I see at least 4 a day and all I’ve been told was to keep putting in work orders which are obviously not working! Highly disappointed!

I love it here and love the community. Also the staff is great and maintenance does a great job making sure your good.Plus it is so close to so many places and quick to get on 540 or even 440.

Amazing! The mornings here are peaceful and beautiful! Weekend are great to walk around. The pool was amazing during the summer! People here are just so much more polite! It’s a blessing

Not fully settled in yet, but already this place feels like home. I’m loving the location and ease of parking. It’s also pretty quiet throughout the day time and evening which is super helpful. Neighbors are super friendly and love being next to the dog park to see all the dogs walk by!

REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE, I LOVE IT HERE. Apartments are very nice and no problems with anyone. Staff very friendly. Parking is great, don’t have to walk far to my apartment.

I have been a resident here for a few year. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and supportive. the area is safe and not to mention everything is so close by. Maintenance has always responded in a timely manner and I have no complaints so far.

There have been weird bugs in the apt since we moved in. Unsure of what they are and or how to get rid of them. Maintenence will knock once and then enter without giving a chance to respond.
