Property Ratings at Foxwood
If I could give this a zero star rating I would! Don’t bother moving into these apartments first off they are infested with roaches like crazy. Second, once you move out they try to screw you over with a lot of stuff in making you pay a lot more then what you originally paid. Something they don’t tell you when you move in. When beryl hit we got water leaking into our apartment that caused mold and a big hole as soon as you enter. They never did anything about it but go in and take pictures and that’s cause I have kids and a newborn baby. These apartments are just money hungry and will do anything to charge you for any little thing once your contract is over. Another thing the pool is closed so you can’t even swim in it. the parking is horrible just everything about these apartments are not worth living in. Management is the worst. I can go on and on about these apartments but all I can say is don’t bother moving in not worth your time and money. Go someplace else rather than these apartments.

Worst apartment ever. Do yourself a favor and move out as quickly as you can and look else where. Have had tile falling from my shower for over 6 months and office does nothing. Also paid parking is a legit joke they just take $35 a month for no reason because you will never be able to park in your “reserved” spot because they don’t enforce it. Front office staff is a legit joke they get paid to do nothing but lie to residents. Old management was on top of stuff Tom and Dana are highly missed. Also no need to comment Foxwood and ask me to reach out to office for what so you can tell me more lies! No thanks!
Well, this property is far from extraordinary, however, it is comfortable. We moved here because the property cost was incredibly low for us. When we first moved in I had to roach motel the the apartment for several weeks, but as of a year now, I rarely see roaches anymore. They do provide exterminator every Friday...use it! Everything is extremely old and not updated in anyway. The cabinets have to be original...painted over and over and all the counters will dust yucky dusty crap all over your things underneath. The maintenance lady, Trisha, is exceptionally kind and caring and will do anything she can to make your home as comfortable as possible. The manager seems to work hard too, however, his help is lazy. They cannot keep any skilled maintenance men for nothing...any repairs are very contrived, jerrybuilt and coined. Other than that...everyone that lives here seems to be kind, considerate and respectful. I don't mind calling it home...temporarily.

These apartments are good for the price. Grounds always look nice and the staff seems to be attentive. Location can't be beat it's super close to the airport.
08/06/19 DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND ROMING CATS THAT PEE EVERYWHERE!!! AND IT MAKES THE APARTMENTS REALLY FUNKY! The appliances are very old the tubs look horrible and they won’t repair them if you’ve already moved in. The kitchen cabinets look like dogs are in them at the bottom and they say there’s nothing they can do about that and rent is above what they are worth
I've been here for years and if not for my financial situation would have moved along time ago. Bad management, lying, cheating, lying more, hiding behind bogus policies, threatening residents and harassing tactics, dog poop cover more of the property than the grass. Roaches have family trees here! I even saw dog poop in front of the walkway to the laundry room, reported it to the workers and they did nothing. My car was hit by a malfunctioning gate to no fault of mine but they refused to even consider reimbursement so small claims court is my only resolution. There is a crack in the bathroom ceiling that has been there for months where roaches come in and out like it's a club. Water drips down and it's starting to spread. Toilet takes 2 or 3 flushes to completely empty and to their credit they did attempt to fix it, and failed, then they stopped trying rather than replace it. Avoid like the plague!
I was very nervous the first time moving in because negative reviews but my 2 years leaving there was great. Every time I had an issue it was fix the same day. No problems with roaches like people would say. Very quiet in the area and no one hanging out. The only issue I had was my neighbors let there young child run almost all night making noises. The managers help me the last few months with my lease by me taking the time to tell them my hard time issues in life and they was also understanding. I can say I made the right choice.I would recommend Foxwood Apartments to anytime.
In the average category, the living spaces are kinda small and rent kinda high and it takes forever for them to fix a problem.Parking is very limited and the speed bumps are sure to scratch your car.Very calm community and good location on the bright side.
This place isn't too bad. Very quick staff when it comes to maintenance and any kind of problem. Only major issue is that the appliances are really old so maintenance is constantly in and out fixing old appliances that would be better off being replaced. Other than that a pretty good complex.
