Franciscan Apartments a Great Place to Live

Hello, I've been a long-time resident at Franciscan Apartments in Foster City. I just would like to say that my experience living here has been wonderful. All my neighbors are friendly and nice and easy to get to know. The management staff at the Franciscan are outstanding. They respond quickly to any issues that arise. Josephine especially is extremely helpful and nice. She calls or emails to follow up to make sure that everything is okay. She and her team take care of the residents. I recommend the Franciscan to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Safe place

I love this community because the environment here is beautiful: Foster city canals, Erckenbrack park; easy to paddle boarding. Franciscan Apartments is townhome stile apartments. It’s perfect if you have kids, you not disturb upstairs or downstairs neighbours. Elementary School is only 5 min walk, even Middle School is pretty close, and kids can drive bicycle or walk. After-school activities is within walking distance (PJCC, Recreation Center) The management does their best to provide the best service. I live here for 5 years and I had never problem with management staff. What I really like is safe and well maintained! I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live with kids.

Great Management

I've been a long-time tenant and have been extremely happy here at the Franciscan Apartments. The management, especially Josephine is always quick to respond to any issues and resolve them. She and her staff are friendly and helpful and keep everyone informed of things going on at the Franciscan. The Franciscan apartments is great place to live.

Bad Plumbing, Toilets dont work,No emergency call number, No way to do payments online.

A beautiful older complex with a Mission style. Beautiful grounds and beautiful apartments. Located in a warm city with a diverse population. Great schools.

A beautiful Mission style complex located in a diverse city. Great schools, great complex with a serene environment. A resort like environment with great apartments, great pool and nice workout areas.
