Frankford Flats Apartments

Te recomiendo estos apartamentos ya tengo casi 3 años y hasta ahorita no hemos tenido ningún problema, Me agrada que el personal hablan los dos idiomas y son muy atentos y respetuosos! Francisca y Alejandra están en la oficina y te dan un trato muy especial, aparte la escuela está al cruzar la calle todo está muy bien!!

I am very happy and satisfied with this property and I have been living here for three years and I have not had any problems, all the staff are very attentive and respectful, I really like that in the office the ladies speak Spanish and are very friendly as well as the manager !! The apartments are very nice and any problem they come right away !! I do recommend them !!

Just recently applied, apartments look amazing and the staff was awesome by making my moving process super easy! I highly recommend this property! Excited for move in day!

I went in for a tour this month and the property is beautiful. The staff is amazing and very helpful...Looking forward to living here soon!

I love the new office team they are very professional, and kind they offered me water as I entered. And made me feel at home.

This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I have been living here for about 6 months and every month they have to come fix something and it will take them forever to get to your work order. The staff is rude including one of the maintenance men. My car was broke into the first night here and they did nothing. The tow truck lurks the parking lot like a hawk and somebody gets towed every night even people that pay for “covered” parking get towed. My girl got towed our second night here. The gates are always opened because they are always broke. Make me wonder if they are working with the tow man to get side money. None of the door locks really work and again the staff is pitiful. Little dudes be jumping the gates and using the laundry room to do whatever. Then that same laundry room caught fire last night. Don’t let the nice photos fool you. I only moved here because I’m from out of state and thought Frankford Flats was the right decision but they have proved me wrong about 6 times now. Well the fire made 7. I have had a leaking bathroom ceiling, leaking closet ceiling, A/C problems, a bursted glass that took them a month to fix, and so on. Don’t do it!

I have lived here kelly crossings or frankford flats for 7 years it SUCKS this apartments are horrible the office don't do anything to help the residents the office girls do nothing the doors closet doesnt work they told me they will order it they never did the office girls are rude and nothing polite and gates always are open it doesnt work 1 year ago the hole in the streets are crazy and dont move in here it is Horrible property

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! I had nothing but a horrible experience with Frankford Flats. From the day I moved in two years ago it was nothing but disappointment after disappointment. When I transferred to my 1 bedroom it was EVEN WORSE. The front door didn’t shut on its own, it needed to be locked to stay shut. My balcony door didn’t have a lock switch that worked you had to put the safety bar down to secure the home, after a day of being in the house I come home to a women painting my shower with VERY STRONG pain fumes. I had a 2 year old daughter with me so we had to leave the house for two days so it would air out. The water pressure is almost ALWAYS messing up. My showers would go from hot to cold to cold to hot. Never consistent. Not to mention on another occasion maintenance had entered my apartment to repair the falling apart ceiling and i noticed some one was in my house because things were in different places then when i left that morning for work. No one called to ask or let me be aware someone would be entering my home and no note was left behind stating that someone had been inside !!! I had a MASSIVE bee hive attached to my balcony THE ENTIRE time I was there. Called, emailed, and even went into the office to address the situation and it never got handled. Dana the property manager ASSURED me the problem had been handled when pest control came. Just for them to tell me they are endangered so they have to get a specialist. Well the specialist never came by. Months go by and the bee hive is still there. I had to CONTINUOUSLY capture bee’s INSIDE my apartment that were getting in from the lack of closure from my front door. My 2 year old daughter was stung INSIDE our home playing in the living room. I was stung while closing the balcony door. Finally a month before I am going to move out the bees were removed. The morning before Mother’s Day a resident stops me in the parking lot and tell me the maintenance man hit my vehicle in the back and wanted to alert me of the damages. I brought it to the managers attention and didn’t receive any type of communication as to what was going on to resolve the situation. I called on two different occasions to seek answers and was denied. Finally I go to turn in my keys and Dana let’s me know that unless I had video evidence of the incident that nothing would be done for the damages to my vehicle. The customer service at this establishment is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. Kelsey Villanueva

I have lived in this apartment complex for approximately 10 months. My apartment was entered and no notification was left behind to inform me of entry. I arrived home on a Friday evening, had difficulty entering my apartment as they had messed up my lock and then had thought my apartment was broken into. People make mistakes, however it has continued to be bad news. I had water damage 2 weeks ago and now I am dealing with mold and mildew which has not been taken care of in a timely fashion. Then again, the same leak which occurred happened again. So not once, but twice have I come home to water coming through my ceiling. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.

I had a good time and experience staying at this property. Too sad I had to move out of town else I would have still been here by now. Wonderful and respectful management , smart and quick response Maintainance unit team. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who seeks for an apartment to live in and stay happy while at it.

I just want to say thank you to all the staff of Frankford Flat Apartments. Management and all the maintenance crew. This is a fantastic place to live. I would recommend this complex to anyone. I have lived here for along time and that is why this is my home. Thank you for everything you do. This is a great place to live. I give it 6 stars on an scale of 5 being the best

My husband and I cannot even begin to list the number of problems we have had with our apartment as well as the staff (even after their new renovations and changes implemented) over only 7 months of being here. The only reasons, and I mean the only reasons, why we're choosing to stay here are because we like the floor plan we have, and the price for the square-footage. We've heard lots of complaints from other residents we've met as well. It may be gated, but I wouldn't consider it safe. Every time we have to ask the maintenance to come, they usually don't do it correctly the first time. And they don't speak English well, so I almost never understand what they're trying to tell me. We've tried calling the courtesy security officer multiple times about different issues after the office is closed, and they have never gotten back to us. We have had 1,000 times more problems in this apartment than in any of the other 3 we've lived in over the past 4 years. It's hard to get a hold of anyone in the office. When I do reach someone on the phone, they never seem to help me. So I end up asking to speak with a manager, but the managers are always "busy" when I call. So I ask the staff person to leave a note for the manager to call me back, but they NEVER do. Even the past few times I've asked the managers to take care of something, I've seen no evidence of it. Every time I contact the office manager herself about the innumerable issues we continue to have, she always has an excuse. And ironically, I recently sent her an email about our lease as well as issues, and when I finally spoke with her on the phone to even find out if she received it, she told me she would reply most likely by the next day... it has now been almost two weeks and still no response. Yet today I did get an email from her about reviewing the apartment complex and their staff. A little ironic, so here I am... reviewing. No one picks up their dog's poop, so I'm constantly dodging poop while I walk my dog, or even just walk through the grass to my car. Parking is a nightmare if you have more than one car. Would not recommend to anyone.

Wow. I'm very impressed by the improvements. The staff listens and is willing to work on anything in a timely manner. Corporate is always around and there is such a good vibe around again. Grateful for a community willing to make adjustments and better living here.

Been a resident for roughly 3 years and have had no major problems. Maintenance does not follow up on unfinished requests. I did catch 3 young punks trying to break into my vehicle the other night, though. My one bedroom floorplan is great. Wish there was more windows for natural light as my apartment is very dark. Love the walk through kitchen!

Nice place to live. My 1 bedroom is spacious. Appliances could be updated for the price I pay. Issues are always fixed the same day.

The view from my building is the pool area with beautiful trees and flowers. A fountain flows water with a soothing sound into the pool. Surrounding the pool are grills and tables for barbecue and parties. This is a fun place for families and is very relaxing.

I love the layout of the apartment. The bathroom and kitchen are long and I've turned my dining room into an office! I've only been here a couple of months and so far maintenance has been good. When I called because my sink wasn't working they came within 30 minutes. Some things that I don't like is the fact that my covered parking space is far from my unit and my carpet isn't cushiony so I can feel the unleveled floor when i'm barefoot.
