Property Ratings at Frankford Station
The experience was seamless and positive. I loved working with Jeffrey and all the staff. I would highly recommend the Trails at Frankford Station!
I recently moved into this brand-new apartment community, and so far, my experience has been great! While some of the amenities are still under construction, you can tell they’re going to be fantastic once completed. The community itself is very quiet and peaceful, which is a huge plus for me. The leasing staff has been incredibly helpful and welcoming, answering all my questions and making the move-in process smooth. The maintenance team is equally impressive—quick to respond and always professional. If you’re looking for a fresh, modern place to live with a friendly and accommodating team, this community is definitely worth considering! I’m looking forward to seeing everything fully completed in the near future.
Very nice and quiet place to life. Close to a lot of stores. The only inconvenience that we are having is the parking otherwise everything is great!
I've truly enjoyed living here so far! Everything is clean, the staff is so respectful and responsive! They are great. I will say tho, living by the road is loud with cars but other than that! Love this place
Great staff, they are very helpful. Apartments are still under construction, but over all very nice property. I would recommend this property due to new construction.
I have to get used to the street noises. Besides from that. It's been a pleasant time. Waiting for all the amenities to be done. Good location, good neighborhood
The complex is recently built so it has brand new facilities. The front office staff is super nice and helpful in answering any questions. All maintenance issues are solved fairly quickly. 10/10 would recommend.
Staff is very kind and pleasant to work with. My only complaint so far about the complex is that I wish the water pressure in the shower was stronger. Other than that everything is great!
Moving in was quick, easy and painless. staff communicated well and were easy to work with. everything is clean and the area is picked up nicely.
So far it’s been good. I’ve been here for a little over 3 months now and i haven’t had any issues. The leasing agents are nice. I just hope they install the remaining grass soon
Lovely place to live. The entire staff always greet and professional with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, Although some facilities aren't ready we enthusiams to see them ready for use.The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers.
Trails at Frankford Station is a good place to live and rest, quiet, comfortable and very beautiful. Their apartments are spacious and a nice and helpful community
It’s been great so far! I can’t wait for the amenities to be completed. So excited to see that! I am also appreciative of the discount we have each month.
Some of the outside and late night noises. Not too loud to wake up. Ac Fan seems like something’s stuck and makes grinding noises. Apartment needs more work done like painting and some fininshing. Living experience is good but requires extra care.
The elevator next to my place was not working while I was moving in, other than that everything was fine. The place was quite clean and everything was looked new, but the parking lot and trail was under construction.
This apartment has been fantastic for being under the final bits of construction. The staff has accommodated more than what I can ask and has been very communicative when something does happen.
My experience here so far has been nothing but positive so far, compared to my old apartment, I TRULY feel as though I and home!! I’m excited about what more is to come.
My time staying here has been an amazing experience. I have been here for three years and I can not complain. Every time I submit a work order, no matter how insignificant it was, it was always been taken care of the following business day. It seems like over the years I have been living here the management has significantly become more impressive. I never felt such good and welcoming energy from a leasing office vs other places I have lived. They have truly made an effort to get to know who I am and make sure that I am content with being a resident here. Even when they are extremely busy they do not hesitate to stop immediately if I come to them with an issue. I do believe this is an amazing complex and have great people who are running it. Unlike other complexes, when I have called the leasing office there is always someone answering the phone. I am afraid to move because of all the perks that I am getting by living here. Plus when Dallas had that huge snowstorm in 2021, this complex was the select few that still had electricity and running water. Plus they did not have any issues with bursting pipes. My only complaint is the parking. But since towing was enforced it has gotten better. So 10 out of 10 I highly recommend. If you are thinking about looking into this place to live, you might want to hurry and reserve your tour. I have had the same neighbors since I lived here. - Eric Gardner
Great location, great community, friendly neighbors and leasing agents. Having all fees included in rent price is helpful, not all apartments provide WiFi and cable. Trash pick up is convenient! Almost 2 years since I’ve moved here and I love it.
Sharay King- i love our Very understanding and hard working staff here. I highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet ,clean ,secure home. I love here! Shout out to the leasing office and management . You all are doing great!
Great place to Stay ! I have living there almost for a year, so far so good. Fernando Zepeda.
This is definitely not one of the worst apartments I've lived in. When everything is working, my unit is nice and relaxing. However, I can't recommend this apartment to a loved one. PARKING - If you come home after 9PM good luck with finding parking. There's simply not enough parking for everyone that lives here. If you visit the parking lot at night you can notice that it is very full. You will have to park near the gas station or across the street. However, I WFH, so this isn't an issue for me. SAFETY - After moving in for a week, safety definitely became one of my concerns. The apartment complex is right across the street from the DART train station and there are a handful of homeless people roaming near the gas station and sometimes in the apartment parking lot. At 1-2am you will hear them yelling outside at least 3 days out of the week. Some will wait outside of the stairway exits and ask you to let them in. About a week ago there was an incident where a person was physically assaulted right outside of the apartment. One of my Amazon packages were delivered at a poor location right outside the apartment and it was gone within 20 minutes. MAINTENANCE - Maintenance is really polite, good, and quick here. However, there were a lot of issues from pipes bursting and my A/C not working within the first month of moving in. I'm sure it was just unlucky but worth noting. Besides those things, the apartment is modern feeling and is in a really good location if you like being surrounded by good food and being near Carrollton + Frisco. Very quick access to the highway. Will I be renewing my lease? Maybe not, but if they seem to address to community's concern regarding safety and parking, by adding more parking spots and perhaps gating the property, I would definitely be more inclined to stay here.
The amenities at this apartment community are top notch. From the gym and pool to the clubhouse, there's something for everyone. The grounds are kept up very nicely and the landscaping is gorgeous. I love how the parking is enforced, making sure the lot stays organized and safe. The maintenance team is always available, and they do an amazing job. I'm grateful for their hard work and dedication. Tory, the property manager, is always on top of things and is great at communicating with the tenants. All in all, this is an amazing apartment community and I'm very happy to be living here.
We moved into this complex after living at another for 11 years. Can’t be more happy! I didn’t know what we were missing. Yes this is apartment life but worth it. Newer complex which is nice. Kitchen living space is a little small, wish all 2 bedrooms had an island. Can hear noise even from the 4th floor. Parking can be an issue but they seem to make sure you get a reserved parking spot if you want one, just like other apartments do. Over all I love being here.
Parking is terrible, homeless people wonder around and break into cars. The apartment complex will tow your car, and they tell you to park across the street if they’re not any available spaces. Meanwhile they made more reserved spots they you have to pay extra a month for. Did I mention raccoons invade the trash and surrounding vehicles. If these are things your ok with and paying way higher rates then most places then this is the place for you..
I just moved into Frankford Station and I couldn't be happier! These apartments are beautiful and well designed. My view over looking the golf course and the lake is gorgeous at night. Everyone here is also so friendly and they have great move in specials, I highly recommend!
