You can find Greeley just 49 miles from Denver, placing it an ideal range for those seeking a quick commute to the big city and a small-town environment. This former farming town is now on the rise and home to many large corporations and small businesses.
Greeley houses two colleges within its boundaries. The University of Northern Colorado and Aims Community College are two major community achievements. The downtown area is an exciting part of town where locals and students enjoy grabbing a bite before attending a concert at the Union Colony Civic Center.
In addition to academia, the city touts gourmet restaurants, affordable apartments, as well as five craft breweries, including Crabtree and Broken Plow. Poudre River Trail is a 21-mile paved pathway suited for walking, biking, and even rollerblading if you’re into it. Residents appreciate the shopping opportunities at Greeley Mall, plus the city-wide festivals such as Greeley Stampede with its rodeos, carnival games, and food.

Property Ratings at Franklin Flats
My lease is ending here soon, and rest assured I will not be renewing it. I moved in and Mickey Mouse maintenance is apparently their idea of “rent ready.” Garbage disposal and toilet were not working from day one, among other STANDARD repairs that should’ve been taken care of. Management only focuses on the front exterior, as that is all prospective renters will really see. The premise is filled with trash, furniture can be found sitting by the dumpster for over a month. The lawns are full of dog poop 24/7. Unless police get involved, management could care less about the drugies and random people that constantly frequent here. The only plus here is the nice, modern floors. If you like a place filled with trash, below standard amenities, and neighbors who make home feel miserable, welcome home!

Thank you very much. If we can help you with anything please let us know.
This place will take advantage of you and really charge yo outrageous prices they won't take care of things like proper lawn maintenance they make you pay for shared utilities which becomes really expensive 2 years ago rent was 575 now they think charging the tenant for new appliance and new carpet etc to "refurbish that they can then charge the next tenant 1100 or more a month for small 2 bedroom, easy to get in so alot of felons, and next to a failing middle school so lots of bad kids running around all night also see alot of drug dealers to the building from the west and surrounding neighborhood coming to the complex truly a horrible place for a high price

Matt, it is difficult for us to receive such a review, as we do our best to ensure that each and every resident in our community has a five-star living experience. We do our best to make all residents aware of any and all additional charges they may face upon their departure, as we do aim to restore each home to the condition it was in during the move in process—per our records, your home was no exception. Additionally, we have a thorough application and screening process that we must adhere to when processing applications for all prospective residents. If you would like to discuss these matters further, we ask that you please reach out to us so that we may speak to your concerns offline and in person.
This place was the worst place I've ever lived.Constant marijuana smoke, gangster kids fighting on the grass late at night, drinking,The electric boxes let out a very loud surge sound every couple of hours in the apartment.I wouldn't mind so much paying the premium price on a premium place but this is some very old shined up buildings that can't possibly justify all the cons.Heed my words.Dont move here.
Neighbors smoke and the smell of marijuana is strong, have to leave or get a hotel when it happens. There are bed bugs and they overcharge for water. Its an old building and the floor squeaks alot. I dont think there is anything positive about this place.

As a new resident at Franklin Flats, I truly enjoy the new playground and business center, and look forward to the upcoming amenities. What I look forward to the most is the 24 hour fitness center. Management has hosted really nice community parties helping bringing the community together. I am proud to call this my home.
These apartments are all around amazing. There is so much closet space available, it is very well put together, and very beautiful! It is a very pet friendly and family friendly neighborhood l. Perfect walking distance to safeway, little ceasers, taco bell and much more! The management lady is an amazing, friendly lady. No other place can beat this! Come check it out, and I'm sure you'll love it just as much as I do!! I'm a current tenant and I just love this place! -Tori Nelson
When I first moved to Greeley I was saddened by the overpriced rentals but then I found this gem! Perfectly located on 35 and 10th the layout is extremely efficient for my life as a mother, student, and full time employee. The two bedroom has 5 closets TOTAL. Two of which you can step into and the kitchen is gigantic! I love the built in closet in the hall and the cabinet space in the kitchen is phenomenal!
