Clean and well kept complex

Franklin Manor is a nice gem in Hollywood. The complex is clean and management is very helpful. Anytime I ever had an issue it was fixed the very next day. Its a small open complex and all the tenants are friendly.

Real Hollywood Living...

Do you enjoy listening to the sounds of bumper to bumper traffic, car horns, and road rage 24 hours a day just outside your living room or bedroom window? Well you are in luck! All Franklin Ave facing apartments at Franklin Manor will provide more of these sounds than anywhere else in the city. As an added bonus, the same North facing apartments offer arguably the most intense direct sunlight this dirty little town has to offer. Still not sold? What if I told you the neighborhood is full of permit parking zones (read: you have to pay The City of Los Angeles for the honor of not being able to find a parking space). In all seriousness folks, if you value your sanity do yourself a favor and avoid this place (and the rest of Hollywood for that matter) like the plague.
