Property Ratings at Franklin Village Apartments
The ladies in the office makes applying easy they help the whole way they walke you through everything and they make it easy on me since I’m not internet savvy. This has Ben the most easy process since they have helped me so much. They put a lot of work into they apartments and it use to be bad there now it’s getting a lot better and it shows. Thank you all
Under no circumstances do you want to live here unless you are desperate! Roaches everywhere! Management will tack on fees without you even knowing, they ask you to supply your own renters insurance and still try to make you pay for theirs. The buildings are falling apart and is not in a good neighborhood. Had homeless living in the stairwells because there is no secure outer doors. I moved out 4/2022. They advertise a pool, but there is no pool.
This apartment under new management and they’re money hungry the apartments don’t look nothing like this picture, they have roaches and rodents , my vehicle have been stolen out of here and they did absolutely nothing. My apartment smelled like sewer for over a year when reaching out they did absolutely nothing don’t do it not a good place not safe even with security
If I could give one stars I would. I wouldn’t even pay rent here unless you and the roaches have an agreement. Management changes every two months. You won’t even know who is in the office they don’t care to make themselves known to residents. They are trying to cat fish people. These pictures are FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Nothing has been updated just covered up. I got two bullet holes in my wall. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE. They changed the main locks on the door but not the door itself. Its still broken front and back. Anybody can come through. Only a top lock. Have to purchase and install second lock on your own
Been here less than a year and I’m leaving once my lease is up. The leasing office is TERRIBLE nobody answers the phone and when they do they are rude and non helpful. Maintenance is TERRIBLE they never come around . Leasing office will tell you to put the request in online and they still don’t come. I have to literally go and knock on the leasing office door to get somebody to come by my place and even then they take they time to come. Pictures on here don’t match what the apartments really look like. Just very unsatisfied
As a long time resident of these apartments, I can say I have never had a good experience here. The maintenance men never get around to fix the apartments and the leasing office people are just straight up rude and have attitudes when you call or have a question. Overall an unprofessional and lackluster place.
