Property Ratings at Frederick Building
East 4th Street is the best place to live in Cleveland if you're young and love nightlife. It is pretty touristy but you're able to establish small neighborhood connections as well. The interiors are outdated and the carpets are truly disgusting. You can't be the view and everyone is impressed when they come over. Management is very responsive and generally helpful.
