Property Ratings at Freedom's Path Chillicothe

Apartments are poorly maintained
When I first saw these apartments they were nice, building and grounds well maintained. As of today I could not believe the condition of this apartment building The halls are filthy someone dragged a garbage bag to the dumpster room and something sticky was leaking leaving a trail (April 12) today (April 25) it is still there and dried and dirty the stairway has not been cleaned in months the same trash and dirt still there. The outside is dirty there is food put out to feed animals which is attracting undesired wild animals. The lawn is not being mowed as before when maintenance was here. I don't know why the condition of this apartment has drastically declined. The pictures they show in the listing no way reflects the way this property actually looks.
