I just want to say that I have been living at Fresco Apartments for the last 12 years. I have made it my home. It has easy access to several places surrounding the complex. Also, the office and maintenance are always there to help when needed. The maintenance crew comes in to fix things and are always so polite and professional. I love the maintenance crew that Weidner has hired for all the maintenance issues. I give maintenance and office 5 stars.

Worst expensive I've had living in a complex, it takes them over a month to service your apartment and they the apartment was not ready when I moved in the floor still has holes on the kitchen (after almost 2 years!), And lastly! They towed my car after I already registered it and they refuse to refund me! Do yourself a favor and find another place, there are a lot of other places that give much better service, and be sure to find a place where the management cares about it's residents because that this one does not care for the better of it's residents at all

Overall, these apartment homes are conveniently located and quite peaceful. Its only downfall would be parking. You only get ONE assigned parking spot and I cannot begin to explain how much of a pain it is to look for a parking spot for 2 other cars. It's definitely a nightmare. Another downside is, the gym. It's not equipped at all; their squat rack doesn't even have weights or a bar on it, no free weights, and it's just not kept up with. The pool area near the office is not all that well maintained either; half the grills don't even turn on. It would be nice of these little things were kept up with. Other than that, I can't complain. The unit is spacious and has everything you need to make it feel like home!

Today I had a break in at my apartment while I was at work. The screen to my window is gone. Security is no help what so ever. Upstairs neighbors are very loud. My apartment shakes because of them. Other then that it’s an okay place to live. I’d give it 2.5 stars if possible
I have been living here for 6years...the previous property management was great...the property management company sucks...it has taken weeks to get maintenance requests completed...they won't give you a carpet clean upon renewal of lease, they never answer the phone...the lady Brittney who works in the office is really nice though...Weidner needs to replace staff in the office except Brittney...the grounds are unkept...id rather pay more somewhere else for the piece of mind...although I just renewed it's time to go
I recently moved from Chicago IL to Southern California due to work, on my search for an apartment to live I searched the Moreno Valley area and found Fresco Apartments, I was pleasantly surprised about the place! The community is amazing with a resort like atmosphere and facilities. The staff is very nice and profesional and they went out of their way to help me and make my move in experience a very happy one. Norma was very pleasant and knowledgeable and she helped me diligently. I strongly recommend my friends and family Fresco Apartments as their best option to call home.
When we first moved in the customer service was Great! Nazi and Sarah made us feel very welcome to the place and that what pushed us to rent from Stonegate. Then they changed management and the reps. The reps in the office are the worst especially JESSICA! We didn't have problems picking up packages in the past but we recently had to pick up from the office and they suddenly enforced to have ID present. I was fine to go back to my apartment. They were extremely rude about it when they didnt need to be. When we had a problem or needed a service order put in it took them months to get to. The would blame that they would loose the maintenance order so we would have to file another one. After our lease is done we WON'T be renewing our lease!!! There is always broken glass and trash in the road and i feel like it shouldn't be passed by the maintenance people driving the golf carts. The parking isnt great but it would be Greatly Appreciated if tenants that have two cars to use another parking since there are PLENTY open parking spots under the car ports. THANK YOU for your time.
STAY AWAY..... If i could give no stars i would. This place is seriously a joke. I would advice to never consider this place to be your home. All of the bad reviews you see are all true.... Weidner Management is the worst management company you could ever deal with. They do not take care of their tenants. We were only in our apartment for 6 months and then left because of a mold issue the management and maintenance did not want to take care of. We had to call code enforcement and the fair housing department to even get them to seem serious about the situation. Not to mention i am 9 months pregnant, not the place to bring a newborn child home in. The reviews you see about the massive sized cock roaches are true. We had to have the apartment sprayed a couple of times. Let me just say maintenance is HORRIBLE, just HORRIBLE.... All of our surrounding neighbors have told us they are moving as soon as their lease is up.... They don't even answer their phones 95% of the time..... If you want to know the whole story of our problems go ask them in the office about the tenants that just left out of #1143, see if they even fess up to what they put us through... Yes and reading the reviews on here about the people in the office... Ashley is very rude and looks like she could care less about the problems you may have in your apartment, very stuck up, also another person in the office always butting in with an attitude if you are complaining to someone... the only person that is friendly and gets the job done is Brittney... I wouldn't even waist your time on Ashley or the other ladies just go straight to cooperate with your problems....
1. Daughters car was broken into on January 8th in the assigned parking structure. Police report # MV 170140076 2. My car broken into on January 21st right in front of my apartment. Police report # MV 170210061 3. Dead Rat odor coming from master bedroom closet. Couldn't get rid of smell finally I went online and saw that charcoal and baking soda will get rid of odor so I did that. After coming into my apartment and seeing the CLEANLINESS off my unit the MANAGEMENT gave me 50$ on a VISA CARD for the inconvenience. THIS IS THE PRICE IVE PAID FOR A LUXURY APARTMENT.
Don't know where to start I haven't been in these apartments a full 2 weeks and I'm already regretting it. The walls are paper thin I can't tell if I'm hearing conversations loud arguments from the apartment next door or the buidling next to me. I can tell that the grounds are not kept up people dump their trash and if it falls out they just leave it. I've been waiting on a work order to be completed since I moved in and when I call the office to see when it'll get done one of the girls is very rude and gets smart with everyone very unprofessional. My carpet had stains on it even though I was told it was shampooed doesn't look like it. I feel as if I made the worst mistake by renting these apartments I was hoping to rent an apartment and really enjoy it but I can already tell these are not it I'm already counting the months my lease is up so I can move. The convenience to every store restaurant you can think of is a plus other than that keep driving past these apartments.
Refrigerator is old and doesn't work properly. Tenants are loud and use Marijuana. People don't throw their trash in the dumpster. Apartment is 3 stars.
This apartment is a decent place to live in this area of the Inland Empire. Prices are average to mid-high end. It is in very close proximity from Winco, The Mall, Home Depot, Star Bucks , Panera Bread, Best Buy ,Walmart, Target, multiple fast food establishments and other shopping venues. Stonegate apartments offer one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Each apartment has different versions, some more upgraded than others. GENERAL The people at this apartment complex are decently respectful of other peoples lives and property,however, at night some teenage kids have been known to steal or burglarize residents vehicle. FACILITIES The gym here is small but works. Unfortunately though,the sauna never works and the gym itself is always filthy and full of little kids. The pool is nice for relaxing on the hot days and the hot tub works well for the cold nights. PARKING Make sure you pay the extra $99 to have a reserved spot. It becomes hard to park as night time sets in. Very hard to park sometimes. MANAGEMENT For the most part the managers have been very good to getting things done right and on time. I haven't had a problem that wasn't cleared up within in days of bringing it to the attention of the local managers.Getting mail from the main office is a breeze. OVERALL I feel safe in my place. It's a gated community after all with regular police/ courteously patrols. Nice managers and friendly neighbors , walking distance to the mall! :)
This complex is beautiful, I've been here for 4 1/2 months and I love it. The office staff is supper friendly, and know you by name. There are grills though out the grounds, the pools have lounge chairs and a TV. This complex also has cooking classes and other types of classes for their residents to enjoy. Im in walking distance from the mall, movie theaters, Chili's, Olive Garden, Polly's Pies, TJ Maxx, Sam's Club, Target, Old Navy, and many more great places to eat and shop. I highly recommend this complex as next home.
