A small yet lively town positioned along the rolling green hills of New England, Hudson is surrounded by bountiful wetlands, with the Assabet River flowing strongly through the landscape. A distinct combination of old and new, Hudson maintains its place in history as a town that thrived throughout the century and blossomed into a dynamic and modern community. Ferry Street (State Route 111) serves as the area’s main thoroughfare and carries residents into the neighboring town of Nashua, just across the river.

Property Ratings at Friars Court
Don't waste your money on this place; you deserve better. Property owners are just here to collect checks and laugh all the way to the bank.
Submitted application in early 2022. Waited awhile and then called the only number I could find, which is to another property the company owns. Actually spoke to someone who said I’d be called by the manager of the Hudson property. Well that never happened. These people clearly could care less about actually getting residents.
I’ve called Bedford many times and was told someone will be in touch with me, never got no call or e-mail back. Filled out Application send to Bedford N.H. 10/ 5/2021. Very poor management! I Really wanted to get in there. P. Duchesne
The property owners are failing to complete anything they are doing. From construction to lack of communication between them and the property managing team. Owners need to be transparent with property management so that they can be transparent with the potential tenants, but they are not doing so. The move in dates have been pushed out since September. Only to be told within days of potential move in that they owners have not completely what they are supposed to be doing. Not the fault of the property management team, this is all on the owners failing to meet the anticipated construction dates. Families are homeless after being told to give their notice and anticipate moving in by the beginning on January or beginning on February. When move in actually happens that’s going to be great but being homeless because they keep pushing back only traps us into waiting for move in and not finding somewhere else to live. This is crap. Once there are multiple bad reviews before the place even opens, there’s no real coming back from that.
This place never properly communicated with its tenants. Very discouraging. Red flag when a place doesn’t communicate
property manager neglected to tell future tenants about construction not being finished when she told us a potential move in date of Jan 6th. Jan 3rd is the day she told us move in is not happening. very unprofessional. i received a rude voicemail from her stating to call her (because I called the town hall which is my right as a potential resident) to check in on the inspections. Her voicemail stated for me to call her and to stop calling everyone and their mothers for information. she is the reason we are not moving to friars court and i am so unhappy with this experience
