i’ve been living at this apartment complex for over a year now, and I can confidently say it's been a fantastic experience. Safety is a top priority here; I always feel secure coming and going, even late at night. The well-lit areas from the city lights and secure entry points give me peace of mind. The management team is definitely responsive and attentive to residents' needs. They've been quick to address any concerns or questions I've had, making me feel valued and heard as a tenant. The maintenance crew is equally impressive – they work efficiently and are always on top of repairs, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The event room and gym are real gems of this complex. The event room is a versatile space, perfect for hosting gatherings or meetings. It's been a game-changer for my social life. The gym, on the other hand, has everything I need for a great workout. From cardio machines to free weights, it's well-equipped and maintained. It's like having a mini fitness center right at my doorstep. Overall, this complex caters to the needs of all age ranges, providing a safe and comfortable living environment with outstanding amenities. I highly recommend it!

Love this building and my apartment. The floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Arch and Busch stadium are fabulous. Perfect walking distance to Busch and Enterprise. The new management has been very responsive, accommodating, and helpful!!
