Great front office everyone is very helpful. They keep you updated about what going on around you they’re always doing something for the kids and keeping them active

My experience with this apartment was good and they were very helpful with communicating and managing time with helping to make sure me moving in was all smooth

Really enjoyed this piece only been here for a year and I can’t complain it a very nice place there’s a bus stop nearby lots of shopping areas and walking distance parks near the airport near the golf court really close to everything

I love the managers that’s in the front. I haven’t had a problem since I been living here in February 2023. These apartments will work with you if you ever need assistance with anything and I like that about them. If you ever need an apartment, don’t hesitate to give them a try.

Great Staff very helpful and always helpful not from Texas but they made me feel good about living in Texas and they have helped me and my family adjust

Location is perfect very affordable to low income family and the office staff is always there to help if you need anything. Small community with alot of resources to assist family's in need.

Been living here for over a year when I move here the staff was amazing and they still are and I appreciate everything. Everybody does. The apartment is amazing is clean, quiet and safe for my family because we came here from another state and we are having an amazing time, living in Texas

Me and my wife just moved in and we love our new apartment. It is right by the playground, I enjoy seeing my daughter play all afternoon. Esperanza was really helpful during the application process and made sure all my questions were answered. I look forward to being here for a long time

Esperanza is the best she is so helpful and always has a snack and water bottle ready for me after my daily walk. the community is great love the people this beautiful around here. I am a very happy resident.

Very quiet community great location and affordable. If you looking for space and affordability this is the place. Office staff is very friendly,professional and willing to help.

The maintenance here Is very friendly and so is the staff. The playground is usually really clean and I love all the birds flat fly around the complex. People are very nice.

My car has been stolen, someone has tried to open my door. I like the apartment but not the neighborhood . Sometimes I don't feel safe. They need security at night instead of daytime. My experience overall has not been good.

Very quiet peaceful community. Not alot of action. Very nice to live here. Staff is very friendly. Neighbors won't bother you much. Strong sense of community

I love my new apartment. It’s very spacious, can hardly hear any neighbors from inside. The only thing I don’t like is that people break the gate and the trash is left next to the trash can instead of inside the trash can.

Lovely apartments with a nice view. The office people are very nice and make you feel welcomed. The apartments are very spacious in the inside even for a one bedroom.

Nice community, friendly staff in office. Process took about a total of 10 days to get approval because staff was so helpful. Looking forward to our 1 year!

I love my home and my community at frontier valley. So calm and peaceful. It's the best I've had so far. The office managers are a Hoot! I live all of it.

Has gotten better over the year I have been here. Property is very quiet and residents are nice and stay too themselves. Management is great !

Love it I been there for over ten years the front office people are kind they try to get stuff done fast just need more maintenance done but otherwise great place

Quiet complex and really friendly staff. Feels very safe. Bus stop is nearby. Corner store & heb up the way as well. Really great place to live for the location and price.

Quiet, property kept clean, just added speed bumps, no problem parking. Staff friendly and approachable and will actually listen to your concerns.

Staff is kind. Maintenance is good. Neighbors very nice. I like living here . I have always been treated well with respect . Any questions I have are answered promptly. I would recommend to orhefs

Def love living here ive had thw best experience so far the only thing i could complain about is the neighbors who live above me they stomp an move furniture all through the night an morning but other then that no complaints hwre absolutely love these apartments an 10 out of 10 highly recommend

I love it! It’s not loud at all. I’m glad to have a place to stay. It was totally worth the wait to get in. And the swimming pool is really big. Doesn’t look deep but it has a bunch of space.

Severe shortage of free parking spaces. No enforcement of community rules, specially in the pool. I would not recommend Santora Villas.

Don't get me wrong, these apartments are very nice and pretty spacious especially for the price of the rent which is extremely reasonable, office staff is good, very attentive to their residents but the bug infestation triumphs all of that. No matter how clean you keep your living quarters they still seem to be around. Annoying is all I can say.
