Just north of Anaheim lies Fullerton, an energetic community full of public parks, unique shops, and an enviable variety of arts and entertainment options. This diverse area exhibits classic California, with Spanish-style homes and apartments set behind picturesque palm trees on wide boulevards. The area is full of families, artists, working professionals, and more, giving it a livelier atmosphere than surrounding areas.
The huge number of students enrolled at Fullerton College and Cal State Fullerton comprise a hefty chunk of the local population, and clusters of restaurants and nightlife hotspots can be found around their campuses. The Continental Room and Matador Cantina both command a crowd on the weekends, and Brea Mall offers up some of the best shopping outside central LA.
Theater and film events fill the calendar, and the local music scene has produced dozens of notable alumni over the years.

Property Ratings at Fullerton Pointe Apartments
Let me start by saying that this is the bare minimum of apartments. I moved in here a year ago thinking it would be perfect as my first apartment. At first it was ok since I had no other previous apartment to compare it to. After moving out right when my lease ended & moving into a much nicer place, I realized many things were wrong with this place. 1. There is absolutely NO parking. If you’re off work after 3 PM you won’t get a spot. You can’t even park in the residential areas because there is no overnight parking in the city of fullerton. We even asked the manager a few months into our lease if we could be on the wait list for a parking spot...of course he never got back to us so we suffered our entire year there constantly circling for parking and ended up with a few parking tickets. 2. No AC. Worst summer ever especially being on the second floor. Management gave us so many issues when we were given permission to put in a window unit so we ended up just taking it out. 3. Lack of communication. If you have an issue and need to talk to management GOOD LUCK! There is literally no set hours at the leasing office. 9/10 times the office will say open and NOBODY IS THERE and the door is locked. It’s very unprofessional. In my new apartment they are there 8-5 Monday through Saturday and there are multiple people working. At Fullerton pointe you can’t even call the office, nobody ever answers and nobody is ever in the office. 4. Loud and rude neighbors. The building I lived in had the loudest neighbors. Several fights have broken out and cops have showed up on various occasions for public intoxication from one of my neighbors. 5. ONE laundry unit. Your side of the building only has 1 laundry unit. Each building has its own but your key only works for that 1 washer and dryer (we had to do laundry after 10 PM). 6. The mailbox in my building was broken for about 5 months or so and nobody has bothered to fix it...so if anyone wanted to, they could easily have full access to anyone in my buildings mail. (It didn’t close). Honestly I could go on and on. This place might work for you but just keep in mind it’s literally the bare minimum. Management was very unprofessional & lacked major communication. Also keep in mind I’m pretty sure management=1 person, which is ridiculous. Rent was raised $120 a month more after my first year I lived there so I decided to leave to a way bigger and better apartment for practically the same price. Choose wisely!
I have been living in a beautiful one bedroom apt at Fullerton Pointe for the past 2 years. I love it because it is spacious, has a nice big kitchen, living room, walk in closet, and extra storage shelves. There is a laundry room just a few steps away. You have the option to rent a shared garage for a fair price. The neighbors are friendly and nice. If there is ever a problem or something needs to be fixed the manager and maintenance team is always ready to help. I also love the variety of stores, gas stations, freeways, and restaurants that are nearby.
