Property Ratings at Fulton Ridge Apartments
Yes it might be best bang for buck but I highly do not recommend moving here. I have been her 4 years had someone move in above me about a year ago and they are the loudest family I have ever been around. I have kindly talked to them multiple times about it but they still run around like crazy. Tried to call the landlord and people at office but there was nothing they could do. Needs new railing as well for stairs. Looks hideous
I have lived here for about 5 years. The complex was fairly new when we moved in. Floor plan is pretty spacious and rent price is good. However, this complex has extremely declined. The stairs and paint on the rails are chipping away, and they’ve done nothing about it. We’ve had maintenance issues such as a leak from the unit above us that broke our ceiling, and a stove that turns on and off when it wants. Neither of the requests to fix these have been responded to. The bugs are HORRIBLE! They come spray every month, but the spray they’re using is basic and doesn’t help. We literally cannot turn around or enter a room without bugs. All over the kitchen, the dishwasher, in cabinets, in the fridge, in the sink. The bathroom sinks and countertops and tub, even the toilet! We have to ziploc bag and box pack all of our belongings, from dishes to toothbrushes just to ensure a big won’t touch them. Not to mention they do nothing about noisy neighbors. We have a noisy neighbor above us that just refuses to comply, and management has not responded to our requests for over two years. Loud music in the parking lot. The absolute worst management I’ve ever seen. Save your money and time. We will Ben moving at the end of our lease this year.
I live here now. Rent is great and its pretty spacious. HOWEVER. the apartment was NASTY when we moved in. We have issues with mold and we clean constantly with clorox. My biggest problem is the bugs. We have asked several time for the apartment to be sprayed and "they do once a month" however bugs are everywhere. I thought it was just our unit until I got to know our neighbors. It's all the units in each building. Its awful and I have spent tons of money trying to spray myself. My lease is up in July and I will not be staying. We find bugs in our food in our fridge, our dishwasher. It is awful.
So basically this company took our application fee without any intention of letting us move in. We applied and was told that there were 4 apartments available and we will know the decision if we were approved or denied the following day. The next day we went to view the inside of the apartment and the leasing agent who show us the apartment immediately turn his nose up at us. He wasn't interested in answering our questions and lied and told us that there wasn't anymore vacancies. We called the main office back to see what was the discrepancy. This lady had onset amnesia because she didn't remember us applying and didn't know any information on the apartment at that point. She told us to call back in a hour. We did and was advised that we were denied not because couldn't afford the rent four times are because we had perfect rental history but because of pure discrimination.
