Everett Mall is a popular place to dine and shop in Twin Creeks, featuring a fitness center, movie theater, department stores, chain restaurants, and more. Various other shopping plazas sit in and around town, but the neighborhood is mainly residential. Property Ratings at Fulton's Crossing and Landing
They lack on answers phones and return them. The office lacks on caring about residence. And lack on taking care concerns issues. Like people parking wrong area or making sure lights on the property is working. News letters are post on the buildings instead at each residence door when things are being fix on the property. "Residence are the reason apartments make money, so communication doesn't cost anything."

Good location and place to live but the mold is unbearable! Even if you follow all of their guidelines and regulations to ensure your house is moisture free there will be black mold everywhere! If you submit maintenance requests regarding the mold they are canceled or you are told it is your fault. Stay clear
These apartments seem to be decent when you first move in but you will be quick to realize they are terrible to live in. First thing is that these apartments grow mold like crazy. So when you tell the apartment managers they will come and tell you it’s because you cannot have furniture against the walls because it creates moisture. So we rearranged our furniture to have no furniture touching the walls and there is still black mold growing. We also keep our windows open constantly like they recommend and keep our fan on and like I said black mold is growing everywhere. Second they have a ant problem. No matter if there is food in the room or not ants find ways into the apartment because the apartment is not sealed with the right equipment. All they do is set up three little ant traps that do nothing. Parking is terrible because if there is absolutely no parking you can’t even park in guest parking or you will be towed so I guess they want you to park at Ampm or McDonald’s a ways up the street from the apartments. Lastly, if you ever have an issue that you want cleared up or something don’t expect to get a friendly helpful apartment staff because we’ve dealt with multiple rude encounters with these workers especially a lady named Kara. They might have been correct in the information they were telling us but I’ve never experienced such rude and horrible customer service. I wrote all this just to give an honest review so people don’t move here thinking it’s “an awesome apartment” because you’ll see how terrible it is to live here.

Good Morning Rebecca, I am sorry to hear that your vehicle was towed on the morning of 6/9/19. I understand that it is never a pleasant experience having your vehicle towed, but we do our best to educate residents about our parking policies to try and prevent things like this from happening. It looks like your vehicle was towed because you were parked in a designated "Guest Space". The reason the vehicle was actually towed (and not just warned) was because this same vehicle had already received 2 prior parking violations in a calendar year. I have emailed you a copy of your signed Parking Boss Addendum which states, "Guest parking spots will be clearly marked and reserved for guests only on a first-come first-service basis." Our after-hours courtesy patrol service observed your vehicle parked in a guest space, but registered as a resident. Per our parking management policies, the vehicle was towed based on this violation. We do not guarantee parking to anyone unless a reserved carport space has been leased. I am confused as to why you would choose to renew your lease agreement with us for another year based on the comments in your recent review. We want all of our residents to enjoy their living experience here at Fulton's Crossing and if you believe that living here is "terrible", then I encourage you to take a look at your options before locking into a lease renewal with us. If you wish to cancel the scheduled lease renewal that you signed on 5/20/19, please let me know in writing as soon as possible. I don't see that you've submitted a work order for mold recently. The last work order you submitted regarding "discoloration" was on 1/7/19, and addressed by our maintenance team on 1/10/19. If you are having issues concerning mold, please put in a work order. We can't help you if we are not aware of an issue in your home. Lastly, our pest control company "Stop Bugging Me" will be out again on Wednesday, 6/12/19 to treat your apartment for ants. If you have any questions about this scheduled treatment please let us know ahead of time. I am happy to meet with you in person to discuss any concerns you may have. I also tried calling you this morning but had to leave a message on your voicemail. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Best regards, Rachel Phinney Senior Property Manager

I guess they assume you should Park at McDonalds or ampm w ways up the street but that doesn’t seem to be fair as you pay to live in these apartments and should be allowed now to park in a open space as long as it is not someone’s car port.

It's a good location, apartments are decent. Some of the buildings have mold issues and we had to break our lease. Good amenities... parking sucks, never leave valuables in your car. Security is good and has always been quick to respond. Leasing staff is decent.
My husband and I worked with Fulton’s Crossing tirelessly while relocating from Alaska. We were told that we would not be required to pay an entire months deposit on top of all move in fees after taking care of X, Y, Z. After they refused to deduct the amount promised, they requested almost 3k in move in costs two days prior to us arriving in WA. After we told them we would not be able to pay the entire requested amount, they then refused to refund our $200 deposit already paid. You would assume that being trapped in Canada without cell reception would be justification enough, but they still refused as we were two days past the normal refund time frame. The lack of empathy at this location is appalling as we are now stuck without a home in a city that we are unfamiliar with. I suggest getting all refund promises IN WRITING- or simply avoid the property all together. Customer service is a solid ZERO.
Property Manager at Fulton's Crossing and Landing, Responded To This Review
Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to review our community. Our standard security deposit amount is $500, however an additional deposit may apply depending on your screening results. You submitted your rental application on 6/17/18, and it originally came back denied. On 6/18/18, our leasing consultant was able to assist in getting your application "approved with conditions", as further documentation was provided. A Welcome Letter was emailed to you the same day which outlined your total move-in costs, including the additional security deposit amount equal to 1 month worth of rent. On 6/19/18 the option of a guarantor was also mentioned, as this can sometimes reduce the additional security deposit required, however you did not provide a guarantor. Based on the email correspondence you provided to me, I do not see that our team made any promises or guarantees regarding the security deposit amount being reduced. The next communication we received from you was on 6/23/18 stating that you would not be able to move in due to the additional security deposit requirement. Unfortunately, per the signed Screening Agreement the $200 application deposit is not refundable unless your application is denied. As a courtesy, our team allows a 72 hour cancellation window, however you did not inform us of your cancellation until 5 days after your application was approved with conditions. We specifically held & reserved an apartment off the market for you, so that no other applicants could apply for this home. Our team worked very hard to get your rental application approved and were very much looking forward to meeting you and your household. If you wish to re-apply again in the future we would be happy to credit that $200 application deposit to any one of our available apartment homes. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors and hope that you will consider Fulton's Crossing for your future housing needs. Rachel Phinney Senior Property Manager
I regret ever living here. Apartments are moldy, management doesn't fix flooding of walkways, there's no parking so prepare to either park on the street if there's any there or get towed. They are trying to make the apartments look nicer, but it still doesn't fix the fact that they are moldy place to live. Out of five stars it's a zero.

Dear User, Thank you for your review. It is our goal to maintain a quality living environment for our residents. To help achieve this goal, it is important to work together to minimize any mold growth in your home. Please be sure to review the “Mold Information and Prevention Addendum” outlined in your lease agreement. If you have not done so already, prompt written notification to the leasing office is required. Our maintenance team will respond in accordance with state law and the Lease Contract to repair or remedy the situation, as necessary. Lastly, if there is a walkway that is flooding, please let us know so that we can address the issue. We have taken steps this year to clean & repair gutters throughout the community to ensure that water is being re-routed away from buildings & walkways. If there is an area that still needs attention, just let us know! We look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Rachel Phinney Senior Property Manager
Pros: My apartment is spacious enough for just me, and I do like the layout. I live in the one without a fireplace which is nice since it has 3 large windows and makes it easier to set up my furniture. All apartments have a full size washer and dryer which makes it really convenient. Cons: they obviously sprayed down or did something before I moved in to make it smell okay when I came to look a the place. However, about 2 weeks after moving in, it was clear the previous renters were smokers and it now smells weird. You can see that instead of updating their counters, they spray painted or something to make it look new. And speaking of paint, they've repainted so much that you can see the thickness around the window. Also, my window was painted shut. I had to pry it open. Parking is terrible, but I pay monthly for a covered spot, so I don't deal. But don't invite people over, they won't be able to find anything. One more thing, they make you sign a waiver for the mold problem they have. Anytime there is any condensation, mold will grow. You can wipe it away, but it'll come back. All in all, I can't say I hate it here. It hasn't been awful, but I will be looking for another place to live. I wouldn't recommend it, but if it's all you can afford, I wouldn't say it's a no go.

Fulton's Crossing in Everett, WA is a decent place to live. Nice, clean apartments.Great staff on the premises. Only negative is that WSG is NOT paid and there is a monthly pet rental fee. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The apartments I live in are just wonderful. The service workers, and the office workers (renting agents) are all so wonderfully nice! Not only this but they always follow with their word. If you desire help they will help you within 24 hours guaranteed, I've had no issues and have become friends with the woman who made my housing possible. The area itself is just as wonderful. Beautiful trees, walkways, and grass that is constantly cared for. Pet friendly and I even always get to see squirrels and ducks roaming around, and even they are friendly. There are various places to park, and many different choices of apartment styles. Honestly I have never lived in a better place. There are two separate sections (each with hundreds of apartments), which have a small bridge with a mini-river under it, to connect them. Both sections have one cabana, one decent sized pool, and even exercise rooms! The woman who made my move possible informed me that they were helping a tenant while she sold all her things, because she was having issues and let her store some of it in one of the empty areas they had. I can't even believe they are that nice! It is down the street from the major Everett Mall, bus stops, gas station and easy store access from crossing streets. Overall, after all I've been through with my mother being hospitalized, I'm glad I'm living in a place so comfortable, and wonderful as this.
