Property Ratings at Fusion 1560
The property has been under construction for past 9 months. Tenants' lives have been made miserable, false promises have been made and management does nothing about it. Units flooded due to construction prior to the hurricane. Items were damaged and stolen during the remediation of this flooding. Construction has caused noise issues for months. Amenities like the pool are constantly closed due to code violations. Garage gates are left open by management leading to break-ins of cars and homeless people in the hallway. Do not live here you will regret it every day of your life
Prices keep going up for basic appliances, peeling adhesive wood patterned cabinets, and not even a real balcony (in most units). Walls are SO thin you can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes. Parking is $75 on top of your base rent. Good luck getting a spot after 7pm on your floor if you live on a lower level.
Management is rude, disrespectful. Gates to garage frequently arent working. Mailroom is trashed. Resident sits in common area all day, loudly conducting his insurance business from his cell phone. Walls are thin. No sufficient parking available for tenants or guests. I cannot wait for my lease to end.
Great location! Great staff! When I walked in and was greeted by Crystal, I knew I had found the right place for me!! She helped me pick out the perfect place and made my move-in stress free!! I love my new home and the ability to walk out my door and be in the middle of downtown St Pete! They are very pet friendly as well which was amazing for me and my girl!
Gates never work in this community, and regulations are not well enforced. The place has had multiple breakings and yet the gates are not fixed. For the money they charge all this should be a priority. Additionally, the parking is horrible.. No assigned Parking.
Walking distance to the heart of dynamic, cultural St. Petersburg with Trolley stops on your doorstep, Pinots Pallette and Flying Pig Pub downstairs, rooftop garden with views of the downtown skyline, and delicious amenities such as an oasis style poolthis is a gem of a renter's find. I have been a Fusion resident for 3.5 years and have lived through a new management change with Improvements to an already impeccable staff and building! I have additionally relocated from a fouth floor 1 bedroom to an incredible 2nd floor with a 400 sqft balcony which has extended the slightly tight space of our 1 bedroom into an inside out extension complimenting our love of gardening, outdoor dining and entertaining, and appreciation of the Central Ave Edge District. Caveat: Get on the waiting list immediately due there being only 7! Quality, super amenities such as fitness center with serious to novice enthusiasts with an aerobic room for Yoga and DVD pre-programmed tapes such as Insanity. There's a dedicated 2nd story with quality, modern machines with an ample ratio of equipment to person. Ive never waited on a machine at all hours. Did I mention 24/7 with excellent security. There is also a downstairs dry sauna which is a best kept secret. In fact in 3 years 75% of my am showers are in that location! The roof top and downstairs butterfly garden gathering spots are mini tropical escapes with gas and infrared grills all generally clean and functional. These tend to be 'in use' during peak mealtimes so plan ahead! The pool area is my favorite spot with lush landscapes and a courtyard feel literally 'nestled' in the center of the building...no direct wind and nice shelter from the elements including gawkers! The wifi cafe, billiard and poker table areas, and community conference room and spacious kitchen are great for business and personal events or just a guy/gal poker night! High def TVs abound in all these areas. Additional accoutrements include a wine cellar, upstairs quiet lounge, on site massage therapy center (by appt) and consistent social events with moderate turnout! The new management 3 months in however, has yet to continue and pursue feedback in this regard. With too many pluses inherent in the building, the prime location, and a 5 minute walk to a Rays game and a great evening out this building offers some spoiled comfort amidst continued downtown and edge district maturity. Highly recommended considering opportunity cost and apt rates.
Fusion 1560 has a great location, right by the Rays stadium. Next-door is Ferg's, one of the best sports bars in St. Petersburg, and in the building is the Flying Pig Taphouse, a craft beer tap house with 50 different craft beers on tap. The poor areas excellent, and the gym is top notch.
I love living in Fusion. The location is perfect. It is really close to USF St. Pete, downtown St. Pete, and surrounded by all types of restaurants, entertainment, and art! The size is slightly small considering the rent; however the location and great amenities are definitely considered into the price. It is great having a parking garage and guest spaces for friends before going out on central, downtown, or Rays games. Overall, couldn't be happier and I do not want to live anywhere else!
This is the perfect building for my girlfriend and me. First of all location is perfect. Close to downtown without being in the middle of it. There is also a great variety restaurants, entertainment, and bars within one mile and it is directly across the street from Tropicana Field and right next to Ferg's sports bar. It is also great to have a covered parking garage. Great game room, courtyard, pool, study room, and my favorite, the rooftop. Smaller spaces, great location, and great amenities.
This is a great place to live. Location is perfect, you'll find a lot of restaurants and bars. I have a had a really good experience with staff, they are very helpful and nice. They are always working to make everything nice. I recommend Fusion 1560 Apartments.
Fusion1560 is located directly across the street from the Tampa Bay Rays stadium. About a mile to downtown and ~10-15 minute drive from the beach, it is in an excellent location. Despite being new construction, the walls are relatively thick (I haven't heard a neighbor since moving in). However, the amenities are what completes the package. These include: a large V shaped pool with fountain, fully-stocked 2-story gym, common area including a game room and deluxe kitchen, and a great rooftop grill area/patio with a nice view of downtown. Maintenance is quick and respectful whenever there is an issue. However, you are paying for what you're getting. Rents are relatively high for the area but since I currently have a roommate (being a recent college grad) it is feasible. Honestly there aren't too many negatives for this property minus the price. Garage parking is $50 extra per month and that is really the only viable option for parking. All in all, if you're looking for a clean, modern place with excellent amenities and don't mind paying a slight premium, this may be the place for you.
This place looks and feels GREAT from a distance. The reality of it is that it's really just OK when you live there and closer inspect everything. It's Incredibly overpriced, and I don't agree with the fact that they charge me over 10% of my rent in 'Convenience Fees' for paying my rent with a credit card. The Gym looks good from the outside, but you'll see a lot of the equipment is outdated, or not working when you go in. The construction looks solid, but you WILL hear your neighbors above you. Or next to you, or when they walk down the hallway. The maintenance is hit or miss. It took less than 5 hours to fix my AC, but 3 days to fix my fridge. The parking is ATROCIOUS. Pretty much everyone in St Pete has figured out that if you want to go to a Rays Game, you can just park in the 'Visitors' parking in our garage and just walk over to the stadium. Leaving ACTUAL visitors to fend for themselves. I'd be ok with this if the towing company they use wasn't as ruthless as they are. They've towed my car before, AND the management company didn't do anything to help me get it back. I had to eat the cost to get my car returned. Management just shrugged it off like it was nothing. Overall, I'd say look elsewhere... this isn't a BAD place to live... but you can get much better (And much newer) for you dollar.
fusion 1560 is so amazing! Roof top deck with grills, incredible pool. It's the best spot for young professionals and couples. Very pet friendly. Maintenance is by far the best I've ever experienced. They respond so quickly to every request.
Fusion 1560 is Amazing!! Everyone one on staff is very helpful and caring of your needs. And can we say sound proof!! I never hear any of my surrounding neighbors. I never hear anyone above me walking around. It's just great! And all the amenities worth every penny. Come and check it out if you haven't already.
Fusion 1560 has been our home for two years now and we hope to be able to continue to enjoy living here for years to come. Just a few short blocks from the heart of the best up and coming city, next door to an MLB team that always has affordable tickets, and minutes from the country's most beautiful beaches. Fusion 1560 simply cannot be topped. The residents of Fusion 1560 consider themselves lucky to have a chance to live in such paradise.
Apartment is nice. property management company not so much. They took over for the last company and despite the first company changing rules and leaving amenities open 24 hours they close.
Awesome building with great amenities, nice pool and roof deck with grills for everyone. Plenty of group activities for the building to do together and a nice gym/coffee stand and wonderful employees. Only negative is that on the West side of the building it overlooks Fergs Sports Bar which can be pretty noisy on some weekend nights and when the Tampa Bay Rays are in season. Live music is played quite a bit during certain nights.
