Great Community Living here for almost 5 years has absolutely been wonderful. Any time I needed something done they were right on it. The management and maintenance team are outstanding, so helpful and friendly. Everyone here is awesome and if I could give them 10 stars I would. Best place I have lived in! Thanks to everyone.
Best Apartment living Fusion 355, is a stunning community next to the Omni Golf Course. The amenities are like no other, pool and spa open year around. State-of-the-art fitness center. The team at Fusion is very hospitable, on top of everything that is going on in the community, and keeps residents in the know with continuous timely communication. Maintenance requests typically get taken care of the next day. I have never had an issue here. It's a quiet, lovely, respectful, community!

Awesome office and maintenance people My Nest thermostat was acting weird but when I called the office they sent two maintenance people over immediately. These two gentleman were absolutely amazing. They spent over 2 hours getting it it corrected and it works perfectly fine now. I can not say enough good about the staff at Fusion 355. They are absolutely amazing and helpful in all aspects. Love it here!

We have been living at Fusion since the building opened in 2019. We have enjoyed the amenities, friendly neighbors, love the community events, and actively enjoy our time gardening in the community garden. Michelle in leasing is very kind and is really intentional about building a good community and Shauna, our cleaning facility manager is a gem. There has been a large uptick in crime in the area (cars being stolen, break ins, and an attempted shooting right up the street) but the local crime rate can not be attributed to issues with management but is good to know if you are thinking about moving to the area! An issue that has arisen is lack of attention with maintenance requests and community amenities not always being available or working. We have had a maintenance request in for over a week and no one has come to check in on our apartment. Our toilet is not working properly and we have been left with paying for excessive water fees. If it were only a few days it would not be an issue but this has been going on for far too long. I went to the office to see if it could be expedited and was told I wouldn't be able to be helped because it wasn't an emergency. The response I was given was very short and not very kind. I felt my concern was not taken seriously. Thankfully, Shauna was wonderful and helped out to at least bring a wrench to allow us to manually turn on and off our water. However, we are still waiting for a simple maintenance request to be filled. I am also concerned by the lack of initiative on community maintenance, namely our community game room has been under construction for nearly the full summer and early fall with no signs of reopening soon. Overall, we enjoy the community and appreciate the management's work with planning community events and will still be here for the foreseeable future as we did just resign a lease. No place is perfect, but we are appreciative for this community. Hoping to provide an honest review with the benefits and honest experience of living here.
